across the road from railway station, so convenient & not noisy at all. lovely lake views from our room & big room. the transport card was brilliant & the funicular railways which were included in the card were such a great way to get around & buses also great.

nothing really except perhaps their breakfasts could have had more variety for the price.

the vending machines reserve money on your credit card. what for if you paying immediately? unnecessary.

Excellent views of the lake, specially from rooms with a balcony. Even though it is only minutes walks to the train station, there is no noise from the trains..

With a room overlooking the lake and above the restaurant it was quite noisy at night until past 11pm.

Great view. Large outdoor terrace. Great breakfast. Provided off site parking for free. Suite was spacious and came with AC.

Amazing view from the balcony of the room over lake Neuchâtel.

The breakfast can be improved. The selection was very basic, missing slices of cheese for example. Additionally, it is not guaranteed that you will find parking in the area next to the hotel.

Very good, attentive staff, easy and fast check-in, near the train station, good value for money in comparison with hotel prices in Switzerland, good wi-fi, cleanliness.

A hotel room is more like an office room, with very little decor.

Not good value for money (too expensive for such a simple hotel - at least over the weekend)
