one of the property needs some repair. some amenities are lacking like tissue paper and kettle.

The condo is in a great location. Close to the mall and market. easy ride to central city. The condo was clean, good aircon and had the appliances needed for needs. It was definitely a quiet and relaxing stay.

The things that could have been more attentive to were minor things but I think a courteously to the tenant for short stay. Provide these things. *Water *Paper towels *Small shampoo /soap *Basic cooking needs, salt, pepper, oil *Toilet paper All these things are a courtesy and should be provided. We were very tired soon arrival and had to go shop for these things. This is the first of many places I’ve stayed that didn’t provide. Lastly, we did some cooking and the frying pan should be replaced. It didn’t work on the burner.

the lavatory water was dripping on the lower portion of the pipe , the remote control for one of the air condition was not functioning.

NO soap in shower, NO toiletries, NO shoap wash plates, NO toilet paper, NO safe deposit , NO mirror in bathroom to shave, All the above are offered in your description, is why I choose this apartment. Pity, Pity, Pity

it’s very central. good for family stay. pool was a plus.

not that property’s fault but some other disrespectful tenants would park their car on the emergency ramp on the ground floor that’s meant for wheelchair access and in case of emergency even thought there’s a huge sign not to park there.

The place was perfect to bond with family. The unit's amenities were almost complete. It would be best if there's a water dispenser and thicker blankets. The owner of the unit was also pleasant to deal with. The pool was really great as well. I would love to go back in the future.

The shower heater's not working. Most of the blankets were too thin to be used on an airconditioned room. Check out time was confusing. What I know was it should be 2PM-12NN but the caretaker told us that we should have been out already at 11AM. The comfort rooms near the pool were poorly maintained and was just downright disgusting.

The host is so considerate and understanding.

Location

We travel a long way with 2 kids and an infant and the guards and agent have misunderstanding as the place is residential. The agent don't inform the guards for our arrival and it took as almost 1 hour waiting to go inside our paid accomodation.

It was a home away from home! It was so homey and comfortable! The pool was great and clean. Split type AC , water, heater and other facilities worked well. The place is well- secured and classy! Consider all my future Davao adventures booked here! Thank you 💕
