Not much to like here. Very old and dated and over priced

The place is far to expensive for hotel. Very old and dated. Smells of pee and old moldy pensioners. Desperately needs renovating. There are hotels far superior to this at s cheaper price with breakfast included. Typical crap Davao hotel. Old, over priced, over rated. Don't waist your time staying here.

Staff at the cafe are very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom may need renovation. Water does not drain properly.

Smell in the room whenever we enter, smells like the fabric that didn’t dry well, but I was tolerable.

The breakfast was buffet, so it was good. My whole family enjoyed it. The location was good also since it was next to Gmall. 🤗

Just in the reception, it took us long time to get to the room but aside from that everything was really good. We'll book again when we come back to Philippines and stay in Davao.

I highly appreciate the security guards and the cleaners. Very attentive to customers.

The day we checked in, I have to wait for a hour for them to check my booking through booking.com. they said they will call me when it's ready. After an hour of waiting, went to the front desk and it's already there and didn't even bother to call me. I was with my parents who are 70+ that have to wait for an hour. Seriously? When I rang the front desk if they give a pair of sleepers to guests cause I didn't have in my room so I asked for a pair however it didn't arrive at all. In the morning I have to ask the cleaner for a pair of sleepers and in minutes it's already there. The front desk lady the one who answered my call was gasping for air. Like she had to ran a mile to answer the call. They left the front desk with no one there I guess. Seems like it's a joke for them to be a the front desk.
