Very convenient location next to the mall

The property is clean and cozy. Everything you need is there. Aircon is also working well. Bathroom is clean and spacious.
The exhaust fan is so noisy and bothering. Wifi is too slow.

Location was excellent, access to the hotel was great. Condo had all that we needed.
Record of booking was not available to the security guard who did not know about my booking. After a call to the number provided on the booking we then received a key.
The electric power point above the bench next to the sink did not work

The location was fine and next to Abreeza just near to J P Laurel Avenue. I like the easy access to the building being so close. It's a fairly central location. There apartments are cleaned regularly with is excellent, the room is quite compact I would have preferred a larger room. All the ammenities were there that I needed however would have been nice to have a set of regular drinking cups for coffee.tea etc Took a while to work out the hot water system and no instructions in the room. - would have been useful to have ' how to use' in the room. all in all - 8 out of 10 for my rating.
I think the lifts can be a bit of a wait sometimes. There are 4 lifts but they can get rather busy with over 20 floors and sometimes there is a lot of stopping and starting with the lifts between floors. I guess that's to be expected when you're in Condo style living.- and for those that don't mind it.
