Very cozy The downstairs AC is quiet and very nice. The Internet was good! Guards are very friendly. Neighbors are very friendly. Walking distance to a black sands ocean resort.

No water from six in the morning to 11 AM every day.(you must fill up a bucket if you would like to wash in those times.) No hot water just regular water. Very uncomfortable couch (you will get hernia.) Second, no AC. Lots of very loud dogs that bark at night, but that can’t be helped. The stairs are very small and narrow. Lots of friendly cats and dogs. The cats will wait for you at the back door for food. (DONT LET THEM IN!!) Our last two days there was no water at all. Nothing the owner could’ve done.

The owner was very accommodating.

Location was excellent.

My suggestion is upstairs rooms very hot, there is an aircon, but none of those are hold a cold temperature. Otherwise , the aircon lower grown lounge room were perfect .

No power for a day, plus the internet didn't work.

Everything was clean. The house was spacious as well, this made moving around very easy. Internet was generally speedy. TV was big enough to enjoy watching horror films late at night lol. The place is also furnished to the gills — other than food to cook, you don’t really need anything else.

The property itself was great. This one is not something that the owners have control over, but the roads going to the property are currently under repair. It can be a bit of hassle if you don’t like driving under rough road conditions.

I liked the fact that I had ALMOST everything I needed. Not all facilities listed were available though.

Their stairs were kind of UNSAFE. It didn't follow the standards for the building code of the Philippines which makes it a bit DANGEROUS to climb up and down. Also, You have to inform the owner right away if you encounter issues with their facilities because they tend to blame you for it. For example, there was an ISP outage during our stay and they blamed and told us that we destroyed their wifi. Their Netflix was not signed in as well so we had to use our personal account. The water pressure in the bathroom is not so good. Lastly, the owner tends to answer sarcastically all our questions prior to our stay.
