The location of hotel is great for my needs. The breakfast is good.

The breakfast was reasonable. Clean and good options

There's a lot of dirty and old paint on the walls. Needs updating. The Shower in the bath is old fashioned and can not be adjusted to point downwards. Overall, the Hotel needs updating and cleaning of the carpets in the corridors.

Have been staying there 2 years ago and back then I thought it needed renovation. Nothing looks to be touched since and I have stayed this time in 2 different rooms on different floors. it cannot call itself 4 star. At best it’s 3 star but still better then many other around. Food was better 2 years ago but still okay now. only few staff can speak English. Great location though. not bad hotel but you’d expect much more from 4*

warped carpet on the hall, dirty windows single glazing and even on 9th floor it was noisy from 6am, stains on the ceiling looked like it was flooded. food pretty much same every day apart from the soup that was different every day.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room size was good. View from the 11th floor was also very good of the river and surrounding area.

Room was not clean, carpets had not been vacuumed for a very long time. Sheets had a bad odour to them and needed to be constantly changed every day. Restaurant was very limited and only opened for breakfast buffet. Laundry services were very expensive. Would not stay there again.
