25 minute walk to fira (and bus) cabs cost $50 no matter where you go

Ntaiana was a fantastic host who went the extra mile for us since we made the booking. You will not regret staying here. The room is so spacious with lots of lighting and it was very clean. We truly appreciated the breakfast that was brought to us every morning and was amazing. The location is brilliant, the best on the island in my opinion. There is a pharmacy across from the road and small shops nearby and it is in close distance of all the areas on the island. The walk to Fira from here is beautiful. Our stay was very safe and quiet at night. Towels were changed daily and the hot tub was wonderful in the evening. The balcony has a very clear view of the sun rise and was so pretty. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!!

There's nothing we didn't like :) The only feedback which might be helpful is that the iron & ironing board could do with being replaced.

Jacuzzi was wonderful addition. Loved the room layout loads of space. Lovely restaurants nearby and easy to take bus or walk to Fira.

Liked everything only suggestion is a kettle in the room for next time!

the property was beautiful, just like the pictures online. and the owner Themis was so accommodating to all of our needs. he also helped us set up transportation multiple times and quickly. such a great experience

we loved everything

1. The breakfast is great - omelets & fried eggs were delicious as were the greek yogurts and cold cuts. Coffee is standard and good, orange juice while not fresh squeezed was fine. 2. The room is perfect. Shower room is in the middle with glass on all sides except the door (which is just an entryway), but offers shades/curtains on all windowed sides for privacy if you for whatever reason need it. 3. Location is great - you are across the street from 3 markets, 1 pharmacy, and many souvlaki/gyro places. 4. Jacuzzi goes up to 37 C which is more than most jacuzzis on the island. 5. Themis is quick to respond on WhatsApp and thats 100% better than having to call reception. 6. Parking is right in front of your own place. It's really nice. 7. There is a smart TV - you can watch YouTube & Netflix on it. You can even Chromecast! 8. The shower products are decent - they smell good, are local greek, and do the job. 9. The cleanliness is 10/10. Large room! 10. Privacy is a 8/10, as there are people behind the balcony that can see you, if they really wanted to. 11. Internet is reliable and some of the fastest I've had on Santorini. This is important if you need to be connected for work, or to Facetime family or friends.

Soundproofing isn't the best. Our neighbors knocked on the wall a few times at night when my fiancee and I were speaking/laughing in the room, while we Facetimed our family. We aren't loud people and we haven't had drinks, so that means the soundproofing could be better.

really lovely, communicative and accommodating young gentleman staff who helped us early check-in, look for atvs (although none were available), print our boarding passes, arrange breakfast etc. big, spacious, and clean room.

it’s not on the same side as all other villas looking out the waters, but faces the opposite side (quiet, greenery). perhaps a 3-5 minute uphill walk to get to the other areas, not bad at all though. the hot tub is disgusting though. soooo many insects in there that I didnt even bother to go in.

Exceptional service, modern and big room, and a very private balcony with a hot tub. It’s not facing the caldera but we actually preferred that as we had more privacy and could see the sunrise. Also if you want to see the Caldera view you can sit by the pool of their sister hotel. Our host, Themis, was very helpful and recommended great restaurants and things to do.

Loved the views and the location. The suite was very clean and staff was very helpful and hospitable. I would definitely recommend for people looking to stay somewhere close to downtown and main locations, but also isolated enough for relaxation.
