Great swimming pools and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. Sentosa is a great base with kids.

Rooms were very small with no wardrobes. No bar to sit in for the evening with family as as the rooms were small we had to go out.

Location was good and view from either side of building was pretty.

We had gastro on arrival but the staff didn’t allow us to check in an hour or so early which resulted in my son vomiting on the street. You can’t charge anything, like room service or pool bar drinks, to your room - inconvenient. Instead of amenities in your room you have to walk down the hall to a common area for teabags etc. These things are done under the guise of “sustainability” but just feels cheap. At $800 a night, you deserve a little convenience. Cleaners didn’t wash/replace cups/glasses in room for the whole three days. Breakfast buffet has limited choices and what’s on offer isn’t great. We wasn’t even allowed to take our coffee out the dining room which felt ridiculous.
