Was my second time at this listing and it’s the perfect place for a peaceful stay in PTown. The pool, jacuzzi, and privacy are great and Commercial is a very short bike ride away!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Jay and Ian’s property recently. It’s in a perfect location close to beaches and downtown. The pool and hot tub were definitely a bonus, the unit was perfect for our vacation, we would definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely place to stay. The apartment is comfortable and clean. The pool is so pleasant--the perfect way to beat the heat. The garden and fence also make it seem like your own private paradise. The occasional hummingbird in the flower garden is one of many ways this house fits in so well with the extraordinary natural beauty of the cape.

The property was as described. A short walk into town and smack in the middle of things. Grocery store and liquor store so close. We did not have a car and didn’t need one! The home property was gorgeous! They made it ver convenient to use their pool and hot tub, though we only did once! So much else to see and do! We had a blast!!! Highly recommend this choice!!!

Jay and Ian's place was perfect for our recent trip to Ptown! The basement apartment was clean and the location was perfect since we had a car, and were very close to the beach. The beach amenities were great too. We appreciated that beach towels, an umbrella, and chairs were provided.
The full kitchen and laundry amenities were great as well. Jay was very quick to respond to any messages as well. I recommend it if you're looking for a spacious place to stay in Ptwon.

Although my vacation was plagued with bad luck in that my partner and I were sick the whole time, it was still a lovely little apartment in a fantastic part of town.
There were some very minor issues with the property, but they weren't significant enough to warrant bothering the owners with and didn't hamper the experience. I think the only thing that would have improved the experience is more privacy to enjoy the pool/hot tub. But that's on my for not reviewing the listing closely enough to see the owners lived on site. They are both lovely people though and I would definitely come back.

Jay and Ian were great host when we arrived. Our appartement was very well equipped for our 6 night stay. We did enjoy relaxing in the pool and hot tub. This vacation home is close to everything in Provincetown. Excellent place for a couple’s retreat.

This lower-level walk-out apartment is well-decorated and equipped with everything one might need for a PTown stay. It’s a bit of a walk to the center of town but the added exercise helped compensate for the delicious food options in town!
Since the owners live above there’s never a time they are not available for questions or any last minute needs. Sharing the pool and jacuzzi was considerate of their needs and those of their guests.
I plan to reserve for the same week next year!

Jay and Ian were great hosts. The rental was very comfortable and well appointed. The pool and hot tub were spot on. I can’t say enough, it was so nice to be on the quieter side of town. If being in the hustle and bustle of town is your thing, stay downtown. If you would like a quiet stay, this is perfect for a couple. Thanks again.

Great little spot on the edge of town, but easily walkable downtown. It had everything you could want. Ian and Jay were so welcoming. I just wish it hadn't been so rainy so we could have laid out to enjoy the pool. Highly recommend the place and would love to go back

Love the apartment… perfect for us. Ian and Jay were great hosts, and even got us in a few hours early. The pool/hot tub area is fab, and very relaxing. We really enjoyed grilling a few nights too. Just a few minutes on bike from the center of town, and maybe 10 minute walk to tea at the Boatslip for great time dancing. The bed was king size and very comfy. Huge bedroom, large living area, very well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer which is so nice, and nice large bathroom too. We will def stay again, if we can get a reservation, that is!

We’re consistently impressed by this lovely, quiet retreat that is also so convenient. Wonderful yard full of flowers, and easy access via bike or car to the extraordinarily beautiful bike trails. Friendly hosts who’ve thought of everything. Bravo!

This was our second stay with Jay and Ian. Once again my husband and I had a wonderful time. The apartment itself is lovely and well appointed and quiet. Perfect for our needs. And the star of the property is the immaculately maintained and landscaped (those stunning flowers!) pool area. Nothing is better than coming home from a hot day at the beach or biking on the trails to enjoy a refreshing pre-dinner swim in this oasis, which is truly unique for PTown. Jay and Ian very kindly accommodated our early arrival and were always there if we ever had a question. Highly recommended.

Great property with excellent hosts. The apartment has everything you need to make you feel at home. Beautifully landscaped yard with pool, hot tub, firepit and grill. Groceries, gym, bike rentals, and restaurants just down the block. Commercial street an easy walk, or a quick bike ride away. Would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing vacation at Ian and Jays place. The apartment was perfect for my wife and I, clean and cool and fully stocked with anything you could need. The pool and hot tub were great, and the walk to town was easy. Ian and Jay were super helpful when needed but also the apartment felt very private. Would love to stay again :)

The location is great and the apartment very cozy. The property also has a heated pool and hot tub, which is great. It’s a close walking distance to the main street and the grocery store. We would definitely go again! Jay and Ian are great!

We spent 10 days at Jay and Ian’s lovely property and had a great time. The apartment had everything we needed to work from home by day and have a short walk to dinner at night. Super convenient location to Commercial St, the grocery/liquor store, and to our friends and family scattered in both the east and west ends. We couldn’t have picked a better central spot! Jay & Ian are such responsive and considerate hosts. Our only regret is not spending more time in the hot tub! We can’t wait to go back.

This property was awesome for our stay in Provincetown. In no time, you can be to Bradford or Commercial, and you'll have everything you need in the unit. I've never seen a property manager respond more quickly than Jay. He's more than happy to help with the property or any questions you might have. Super easy!!

We enjoyed this property for many reasons. The property was clean and furnished efficiently. The location was within walking distance to downtown, yet far enough removed to separate and wind down. We used the pool daily, and every interaction with Jay or Ian was easy and engaging. We will definitely look to stay again in the future.

I want to find the right balance between accurately describing how fabulous our week was at Jay and Ian’s house and risking it being booked up for next summer and missing out on another stay.
The rental was everything we wanted. It’s gorgeous, peaceful, spotless, and comfortable. It had every amenity we hoped for and some we didn’t know we wanted, yet were pleasantly surprised to get.
Jay and Ian are friendly and helpful. They are available when you need them and they are great at giving you space to enjoy their resort-like grounds.
We very much look forward to staying there again.

This is a perfect property for a homey stay in Provincetown with wonderfully welcoming hosts. Jay and Ian both are extremely generous with their hospitality at their home that includes a beautiful garden and a cool pool to enjoy during hot summer days. The apartment has all the amenities of home, and the BBQ on the beautifully landscaped grounds was also a great bonus to use as a summer staple! Thanks for your hosting us, we will definitely be back!

Much Needed Break
What a great week in a magical place! Jay and Ian were perfect hosts. Both the apartment and pool were fantastic. Rented a bike down the street, went everywhere I needed, explored all the wonderful bike trails and beaches. Easy walk to all the restaurants and nightly entertainment. Can't wait for a return trip to do it all again.

Gorgeous peaceful Stay
This is a beautiful place. The grounds, the saltwater pool and nicely appointed suite with separate entrance make for a wonderful stay. A short 7 minute walk to Commercial St and basically right next door to Stop and Shop. Its very peaceful and Jim and Ian are great hosts. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place. Just the right amount of space for two people. The use of the pool and hot tub in the afternoon was amazing. The place is in a quiet neighborhood close to the super market and an easy walk to Bradford and Commercial streets.

Jay and Ian are great hosts. Very accommodating, friendly and informative, their home is located to just about everything you would want with just a short walk. P-town had a lot of energy this particular week, but if we wanted to stay they have an exceptional pool and hot tub for just hanging out. My wife and I highly recommend this spot.

Quiet oasis close to EVERYTHING
This listing had it ALL. Walking / biking distance to the hotspots on Commercial and the beaches and parks in addition to quiet surrounding to return to in the evenings. The hosts made us feel like we were truly guests in their home - welcoming us to enjoy the pool, hot tub, patio chairs, expansive deck, as if we had known them personally.
The kitchen was well-appointed, and the large grocery store was walking distance, so, we were able to cook a number of meals and enjoy them outside, surrounded by the beautiful landscaping. I can see why this is often booked so far in advance with repeat customers. We wanted for nothing all week. Thank you!

Close to downtown and very clean place
The property very close to Downtown, Jay and Ian very welcome in case you need something, they're always willing to help you with anything, the place was very clean and you can find anything what you need in the kitchen. Grocery shop basically is around the corner, something very convenient. We are planning to come back next year!!! You won't disappoint. Pool and hot tub also amazing.
