This is a very spacious apartment with all mod cons. Ideally placed 5 min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Close to train and bus stations for easy access to other resorts. Beautiful pool area for those nice relaxing afternoons. The four of us had a great family holiday and would recommend it for anyone seeking a superb getaway. Also the owner very helpful at all times before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very comfortable with all modern appliances, very spacious with 2 bathrooms. The pool and gardens are well kept and the standard of hygiene is excellent. The apartment is centrally located minutes from the beach and close to ''Fish Alley'' where there are lots of wonderful restaurants & bars. A visit to the town square is a must to have coffee and to see the wonder range of shopping. Our overall stay at the accommodation was excellent and real value for money. we are hoping to return again this summer.

A really lovely apartment in an excellent location. There were 5 of us in our party of differing ages and the apartment suited us all. There was everything we needed in the apartment including up to date magazines! The air conditioning was appreciated as it was very hot. The garden and pool area was lovely and clean. The owner was extremely helpful beforehand and we were met by a very helpful pleasant lady who was available throughout the week if we needed. We caught the trainboth to and from the airport and this was very efficient and cheap! The apartment was easily within walking distance from the station. We would certainly think about coming back again!

Every item or gadget we needed was in the kitchen and around the flat. One of our group was in a wheelchair and the facilities were perfect for him, especially being so close to town, the station and the beach.I would definitely recommend this to a friend, and would stay again.Very helpful before and during our stay.I would also recommend Fuengirola as a holiday destination, it's a well established town with a good beach, nice cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. There's a good mix of Spanish restaurants as well as other cuisines. The transport links are excellent if you want to get a train or bus to other parts of Spain.

17th April – 1st May 2009 This is a fabulous apartment, Everything you need is there, It is handy for shops, beach, train and bus service, The television was good as it has teletext and all sports channel, All rooms are large space so plenty of for all. Will certainty pay another visit and highly recommend it.

This ideal apartment for all types of holidays,we were on a golfing holiday,so the secured garage was handy for the golf club,apartment was spot on,very tidy,plenty of towels and linen,there was a new fitted kitchen but we did not cook very much,ideally situated for the centre of fuengirola,also the beach,bus station,and most important,fish alley,for pubs annd resturants,would recommend "moochies for fine food and music,the irish pub around the corner from the apartment called the half penny bridge does a nice breakfast,and we were most welcome there.

Spacious apartment with all mod cons, everything works as described and there was no disappointments with anything. Easy walking distance from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, beach, internet cafes, bus and train stations. Local key holder is very helpful and friendly and the owner was very helpful when we were let down by another property. We have stayed there twice now and wouldn't hesitate in going back, which we probably will.

Fantastic location, 2 mins from the beach. This apartment is 7 mins from the Train station, and 5 mins from the main Bus Station, both can take you to Malaga, Airport ect. Quite and very safe and very close to shopping and 5 mins from main town centre. No car is needed as everywhere is walking distance. The apartment is bright, clean and airy,. It has three very spacious bedrooms 2 twin bedrooms, and 1 double. There are plenty of clean towels, bed linen ect.This apartment is hard to beat in this very central area.Christina ( a very friendly girl) can be available to collect you at the airport and she is there if any problems. There is a great supermarket across the road, and plenty of cafe and lovely restaurants within a two min walk. Martin gives plenty of information in his arrival book, maps, restaurants ect.l

Just finished another holiday in Fuengirola staying at this apartment. Great location, on a side street just 2 mins up from the beach, away from busy shopping area and main traffic but just 5 mins from town centre. On arrival we were met by Christina who is a most friendly and helpful young lady and she had milk, tea and water ready for us and if you have any probelms Christina will sort things for you although we have never needed to call her. Apartment is brigh, modern and very clean and has everything you might need, plenty of bed linen, towels, a clothes and dish washer and even has all UK and Irish TV channels as well as a DVD player in case it rains! The apartment block is small and the residents appear to be a mix of owner resident and holiday visitors. It has a shared garden and swimming pool though most went down to the beach. I rent the apartment three times a year when I visit with my wife and family and again with my golfer friends. We have got to know a lot of the local restaurants and pubs and talk about value for money! There is everything you need nearby. When you come out of the apartment there are two small cafes on the right which are great for a quick lunch or a drink on your way out in the evening. Supermarket and Internet cafe are also just across the road. In th evening we usually went across to Fish Alley and O'Brien's Bar and then to any of the twenty or so restaurants in the area. We liked Moochers for their food and live music, Aroma for that special night where is food is excellent and Don Pe which is very special. Just up from Moochers you will find the square where you cna sit out till 2pm and soak up the Spanish culture and you will usually find entertainment here also. One negative comment would relate to some unsavoury individuals who hang out along the front road across from the Marina. When returning to the apartment after 10pm at night we tried to avoid this area and we used the higher main road rather that the seafront road. Overall, I rate this apartment and location very high and will be going back again soon.
