Responsive property manager, more beautiful than the pictures in a picturesque neighborhood, short walk to Queens Bath trailhead (a must do), the six of us were so comfortable with space for private time and plenty of group fun and meal time. We hope to stay here again! Mahalo!!!

We had a really great stay at this Princeville home. Communications with the Elite management team were excellent. The house was exactly as advertised, and it was extremely clean with some upscale features, and well-stocked with quality cookware, dishes, linens, beach towels, etc. Our group was 2 families with 2 kids each and the house accommodated us very well. Although there were some walkable trails nearby, the ones we found that seemed to go to a beach were pretty overgrown and not safe-looking for kids. So, we mostly drove to other beaches and activities which was fine. The cupboard containing beach equipment was a very nice plus. We have previously stayed on Kauai at the Westin in apartment units with full kitchens that were pretty nice, but this was so much better. Our 2 families have stayed together in many different vacation rental homes on the west coast and hawaii, and this was definitely one of the best!

The floors were sticky and they don’t want you to wear shoes in the house so we go some sandals just for the house…other than that the spa was nice, the rooms and bathrooms were nice and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

It's only a short walk to Happy Talk Lounge for those looking for afternoon cocktails, and Makai golf club for those looking for golf. If hiking's your thing, Queens bath is at the end of the street. Very easy acess to Hanalei and the north shore in general. The house is stocked with bikes and beach gear. Will be back!

The property was wonderful. There were six of us, my husband and I, our 23-year-old son, and three of his friends. We were upstairs and they were downstairs and they also enjoyed watching their shows on the large smart tv. It was truly a wonderful time and we will return.

Our large family enjoyed this house so much! A few reasons: beautifully decorated and spacious living areas, large bedrooms and bathrooms, well supplied kitchen, many beach items, location, and views from the front and back. Air conditioning was a nice amenity as well. It felt like our home away from home!

We joined another family for a trip to the north shore, and found this home to be quite comfortable and convenient to activities in Princeville and Hanalei. The house easily accommodated both families (8 people, including 4 kids, 7 and under), and was close to Princeville Center (which made for easy supply runs). Would definitely recommend!

This was a great house to enjoy with the family. We loved the wind that would blow through the house. Very nice neighborhood and easy walking to Princeville resort for a nice meal and beautiful views! We also used the surfboards to teach kids how to surf on Hanalei Bay, a huge hit! House had all the necessary things needed for a great stay.

Location was excellent. Home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great house overall! Master bedroom upstairs gave privacy and the bedrooms down stairs could be used by all the kids. There was lots of room for everything to eat together since it had a large dining room. Even though there was a nice breeze, it was very hot at night, especially for the elders in their house, with no AC. The ceiling fans didn’t help too much. It was. A nice location in Princeville, the super market and some stores were close by. Beaches are close but they all require hiking down to the water, which some of the elders and children could not do....so we had to drive to beaches that you could just walk into.

Beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. However, it would be nice to have some type of air conditioning. Made for very uncomfortable sleeping. I do not remember that being advertised that there was no air conditioners and that would have made a difference when booking! Nonetheless we had a wonderful vacation and cannot wait to come back to Kauai!!!

We enjoyed this house very much. The house was clean and extremely well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for our family of 10. Our daughter got married on the island so we had wedding preparations to do, there was plenty of room for that and having people over. There are nice bikes and plenty of beach gear available for use. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were up to date and comfortable. The location is perfect and in a nice community area. We took advantage of the walking paths, the bike paths and the golf course. The property manager was wonderful and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

This home was incredibly beautiful and wonderful overall. Our one complaint was that there was no air conditioning in the home and the ceiling fans did not push much air through the rooms which was inconvenient for sleep. Being from Las Vegas we wouldn’t have thought a home isn’t already equipped with AC but we forget there are localities that do not always need it. We found a single fan which didn’t do much good for the three rooms we used but the home overall is simply great in all other ways. The home was close to a great village and within walking or driving distance of several beaches and tourist type attractions. We would definitely stay at this home again should we come back.

Upon our arrival, we entered this spacious, beautifully appointed home and were in awe in every regard from that moment forward. Every room was immaculate and tastefully furnished, with the highest quality of attention obviously given to the preparation and care of this gorgeous space. It was so incredibly invigorating as well as restful to move through the house and grounds and be able to view the striking, lush green scenery around us. We all became deeply immersed in the beauty that is Kauai--the essence of it and all of its verdant landscape. And to be able to also enjoy the wonders of the ocean on the Island so up close and personal was a profound gift that will live in our memories. This experience was one we want to repeat each year. The management and service were remarkable, indeed. Our every need was anticipated and met. This was beyond a five star hotel vacation. A special thank you to Debbie Webb for her expert and continually attentive interest in maximizing our enjoyment on your wonderful Island.

We have stayed at this fabulous spot twice -- in May 2015 and April 2017. It is so much more than a rental house, it's a REAL Hawaiian home. The decor and total ambiance is wonderfully soothing, happy and bright. You get a true feeling of what it's like to live in this part of paradise. All the tropical touches lend to living in the Hawaiian style --from the front lanai for reading and naps to the huge back yard with lush grounds and flowering trees. The accommodations are first class. We have stayed in rentals all over Europe, South America and across the US. I've never had a kitchen so complete. Not just a small complement of dishes, pots and pans, but 2 full sets of dishes and a wide variety of appliances. The open floor plan is great for cooking, grilling and still being part of the action. A very large dining room is great for big groups and the outdoor table is equally big. The local grocery is very close and has all that you would need. A few restaurants nearby also. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed. I'm very picky about beds and the 2 we tried were super comfortable. Lots of closet space. Both master suites have great views out the back to the tropical garden and mountains filled with waterfalls. High quality linens and towels. The master baths are enormous with very large walk-in showers with pebble flooring and great water pressure and shower heads. It's like a fancy resort hotel bathroom. It's also very hand to have the half bath right off the kitchen. There also is a large selection of sporting equipment available, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. Very nice to not have to buy them for a short stay. While there is no ocean view, the lush tropical plantings of the neighborhood and the amazing views of the mountains and many waterfalls make up for it. This would be a great place for 2 couples, with or without kids, a combined family vacation or a gals getaway trip. You are a 10 minute drive to the "locals" beach, Annini Beach and closer to the historic town of Hanalei. While it is a 45-60 minute drive from the airport, you are in the most quite and peaceful part of Hawaii. If you want action and nightlife, go to Waikiki. We highly recommend this spot and hope to go back soon!
