Really really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend!! Love how close it was to walk to beach and restaurants. It was fully equipped and the pool was beautiful too!

A lovely week in Siesta Key! Location of the house is perfect. Easy walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. We stayed on the property with our two teenagers and they had the best time.

This property was so accommodating to all you needs, it has all the little conveniences of beach chairs to bikes to make staying here so easy. The 2 min walk to eat, shop or the beach was exactly as it said. The personal attention such as the cupcakes was above and beyond what was expected.

Sea Esta Cottage will be considered as a very special place in our family for many years to come, as we shared a very happy stay. Super clean, beautifully decorated and the beach access excellent. We are considering to rent both cottages next Summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The house was spotless, all the restaurants and shopping were walkable. The house came with all the beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc. that we needed for a day at the beach which was awesome! We would definitely stay again.

The photos and description of this property are extremely accurate, which is not always the case unfortunately. We would definitely recommend this to people like us… Low-key vacationers with a young child who want a beach place within walking distance but far enough away from the hubbub.

Location, decor, and interior cleanliness excellent. Kitchen well equipped but lacked a sharp knife. As a man in my seventies and just having driven over 9 hours, I was not happy to find I had to lug our stuff up two flights of stairs. Other areas that could be improved include replacing the "gas station quality" toilet paper with something better, repairing the blind on the sliding doors to provide privacy at night, installing a rack or similar at the bathroom vanity to hang hand towel and washcloth on and removing dirt and mold from the outside of the sliding doors.

Place was awesome and very clean .. it has all the needs for the perfect beach vacation .... bicycles, grill, towels , chair and cook utensils! VERY VERY NICE PLACE

We stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The Cottages crew were so helpful and easy to work with. Our plane arrived before check in so they let us keep our bags in their office while we wandered around town. They gave us a bunch of recommendations of places to eat and drink. They even gifted us cupcakes and a bubbly to celebrate the special occasion. The house is very clean and exactly like the pictures. We were very happy with how comfortable the mattresses and pillows were. The best part was the very short commute to the beach. This beach does not disappoint. The sand is like powder! The house has beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys/games. The only things we had to buy were the groceries and booze. I highly recommend ordering food and beer online from Publix. They will deliver everything to you. The commute to town is easy as well. We were a quick walk away from the center of town. We highly recommend the margaritas and mojitos at The Hub. You also have to try SKOB (siesta key oyster bar). Their happy hour does not disappoint! Discounted oysters on the half shell that are enough for two people. Their fried grouper was my husband’s favorite appetizer. Siesta key village is very chill and family oriented. Most bars close around midnight. The two party bars were The Daiquiri Deck and Beach Club. We preferred the Beach Club. They had some great bands. We plan to return to this beautiful beach town and we will definitely rent from The Cottages again!!

This was a great place for me and my family to stay for five days. It's very close to the beach and in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. They provide everything you would need like towels, utensils, bikes, and a beach caddy. I was shocked. When called when something wasn't working properly and maintenance showed up within the hr to fix it. The property management crew came and brought us something that we asked about. They are all really great. I would definitely come stay here again.

Lovely condo within walking distance of downtown and very close to the public beach access. Stayed with two other couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beaches are beautiful and the pool is lovely as well. The management team also responds very quickly to any needs/questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend this place.

We had a short stay at Sea Esta and loved every minute of it. The unit is decorated very charmingly, the welcome cupcakes were adored by my children, and we had a great time both at the beach and the pool. Being right across from the beach access was incredibly convenient. The unit had everything we needed and the available chairs/towels/bikes were all easy to find prior to departing for the beach. And the village was super close to walk to for dinner at night. Highly recommend this rental!
