I thoroughly enjoyed the teas and cocoa set up next to the hot water maker. It was simply comforting.

The only thing I didn't like was the driveway texture didn't give traction and I got stuck a bit. I also had a little trouble with the wifi. But that was more me & the host helped me right away. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The studio apartment above the garage met our expectations and we had an enjoyable stay. The small kitchenette was well supplied for a small space - very nice!

We happened to meet someone out walking who lived nearby when we arrived. She advised us not to drive down the driveway as she was aware of cars having difficulty driving up and out of the property due to the thick gravel. Cars were often unable to get traction. We avoided the driveway and parked on the street, which meant a bit of a trek with luggage.

The property is a beautiful location surrounded by trees with a view over the house in front of you towards the water. The interior is decorated nicely And felt very spacious.

The jets! We had no idea they’d be so close! This home is on the flight pattern for the local base. We happen to be there during a practice night And for a couple of hours they were flying Over us and right in front of us. I believe they stopped at midnight. To give you an idea of how close they were I could actually see the pilot and by the end of the evening my ears were ringing. So I could easily recommend this place but not If flight practice was scheduled. Also, the toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned it had that toilet bowl shadow.

Upstairs view, decor, easy access to Penn area restaurants and quaintness of the bay there.

Mattress sagged badly didn't help our already old backs. dishes were left over from former and wasn't appetizing to look at. Luckily didn't smell. Shower head needs to be replaced or tightened because it would sag and spray out onto floor and over shower wall (thus towels used for sopping).

It was nice and cozy and pretty quiet.

A small kitchen sink or bigger bed would be nice to have.

Beautiful location. Nice room.

I didn't realize the unit was upstairs. I would not have rented it if I'd known. I spoke to someone at Vacasa twice during the first couple of days about some concerns and was told someone would get back to me. No one did even though I explained that I was still waiting to hear back from my first call. Thank goodness the head of the local support staff contacted me or I would never have received any assistance at all. The local team was wonderful. I will NEVER use Vacasa again. I think it would be nice to warn people that the local military unit flies constantly for days on end so low overhead that you can't hear each other speak.

The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows.

No cable TV and a WIFI that was super spotty. It would keep going on and off on my devices. I was also expecting a kitchenette but instead there was a counter with a small RV fridge, toaster oven and microwave. The electrical circuits could not handle the microwave and coffeemaker. It tripped on my first day there taking power out for the kitchen area and the bathroom. That's way too much load for a circuit breaker that includes kitchen appliances.
