Great condo in LaQuinta. Our family had a wonderful stay here. Spacious, clean, well appointed, comfortable. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay! Great communication with the owner. Lovely area too with lots of pools!

Great condo for middle age girls weekend. Well appointed kitchen and nice bedrooms/bath set up. La Quinta is lovely community with lot of pools and beautiful views everywhere. 30 minutes to downtown Palm Springs.

My sisters and I stayed at this location over the weekend and had a wonderful time! The unit was very clean and comfortable…close to two pools and the gym. Communication with the property owner was terrific! Thank you!

It took us a minute to find the unit in the dark. It's not on the street but rather at the end of the parking lot area. Upstairs unit. Upon walking in, I could hear all of the ladies making sweet comments about how cute the place was. The bedrooms are nicely separated. The main suite actually has an interior door that separates it from the rest of the house (very squeaky, it needs WD40) as well as an exterior door for a private entry from the outside. This suite also has it's own balcony which I LOVED! Everything was very clean. Lots of trash bags were provided which I appreciated. The walk to the MAIN pool is VERY short. You will be pleased by this when it's over 100 degrees outside. There is covered parking (first come first served) right at the entrance to the unit. Each section of the house has it's own thermostat. WONDERFUL! The only place for improvement is the kitchen. If you are a chef, the kitchen will disappoint. I recommend bringing your own supplies if you are particular about this kind of thing. The cutlery, pots/pans, cookie sheets, cooking utensils, serving wear leave something to be desired. So if you are planning to entertain with lots of cooking, come prepared. Also, I couldn't find Tupperware to store leftovers so bring Ziplocs. I should have done that. Icemaker needs work. Bring ice! Lastly, there are not any plastic tumblers for your poolside beverages. Overall I would recommend this unit. Solid stay!

We loved our stay here! The unit was spacious and clean with a spectacular view from the balcony. We enjoyed spending time at the clubhouse pool. The complex was very quiet and peaceful and we look forward to returning with our entire family. Thanks!

We love this place. Will definitely be returning to this home on future trips to Palm Springs! Make sure you plan on morning coffee on the deck with the Santa Rosas right in front of you! The blankets are right by the door near the deck to keep you warm in the morning and evenings.

Really perfect spot for a foursome playing golf in La Quinta. Place is clean, upscale and spacious. Really couldn’t ask for more. 5 stars across the board.

Great place! Great location if you are looking to play the Pete Dye Mountain course

The property is well kept and in a beautiful development. We enjoyed the fitness center, pools and hot tubs. A nice walking trail is available as well as easy walk to the La Quinta Resort and town. Kathi is easy to work with, organized and quick to respond. Great stay!

Great three bedroom unit. It was exactly what we were looking for and in great condition!

Wow!!! This condo is absolutely perfect!!!! There is plenty of space for a family or even a couple families. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. It was so convenient to have a washer/dryer. The furniture/beds were so comfortable and the condo is decorated beautifully. The La Quinta pools and grounds are great! If you have little kids, they are going to love it. Definitely will stay again! Thank you, Kathi. It was a pleasure working with you!

Fantastic location, excellent communication with owner, unit was clean, great lighting, comfy bed, great shower...had everything we needed and extras like magnifying mirror in bathrooms, hair dryers, coffee, plenty of kitchen utensils...a perfect stay for us!!

3 bedroom unit, very clean and comfortable. Nice views and good amenities. Only issue is that there are a lot of steps.

Beautiful villa and convenient location. Our only hiccup during the stay was the thermostat not working in the living room area.

I found the property exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect and my family truly loved their accommodations and size of property and the pool n spa. The bedrooms were absolutely fabulous with fireplaces n beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were to die for with large tubs n beautiful showers Couldn’t ask for more

Extremely comfortable and well equipped condo with good separation of two king suites, plus a third double twin. Our family enjoyed the outdoor space and used the electric bar-b-que unit to grill steaks and seafood. It was quiet and peaceful, even during a holiday weekend . Booking and check-in were flawless. We are all looking for an opportunity to visit again!
