My wife and I were looking for a relaxing break immediately following our wedding. This property was perfect. The hosts provided everything needed. The space was quaint and comfortable, extremely clean, secure, the property was beautiful with lake front access and hosts provided beach parking pass. Close to Montauk state park and close to town. Perfect spot for a couples retreat. We will be back.

This was a great spot for my husband and I . We were in town to celebrate our anniversary . The location was remote enough to give us a peaceful relaxing environment but close enough to town that we could zip in and out . The access to the beach pass was key so we could access most beaches with no problem . Sitting by the lake at night was serene . We would love to return !

Duffy’s is a wonderful escape from the busy parts of Montauk while still being a 5 minute drive from everywhere. The place is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean! Kathy and Rick are wonderful hosts. We cannot wait to return to Duffy’s.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Montauk property. The cottage was impeccably clean, tidy, cozy, and the grounds are just stunning. The property is right on the water and the views are gorgeous. Perfect location too. Can't say enough good things. I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at Duffy’s and have only good things to say. The cottages are beautifully renovated, clean and cozy. The grounds are gorgeous with stunning lake and sunset views. Kelly and Rick make everything easy for you whether you’re looking to hang around and go out on the lake with kayaks or head out to one of the area beaches, etc. Everything you could need is within reach. Not much more that can be said about the place. It's immaculate, updated, spacious and easy. It's lovely to have a fridge and kitchen area. Having the parking pass is great to have also when going to the beach. It's always fun to use the kayaks or paddleboards to cruise around the lake. We will keep coming back.

This was our first stay in Montauk and will absolutely not be the last. The property and accommodations were impeccable. This property is perfect for either a short or long getaway. After our first night we were already making plans to come back in the future. This property is owned by locals and they do an excellent job in capturing the Montauk lifestyle and feeling for the guests. Stay here!!!!

My boyfriend and I spent a weekend here and had an amazing stay! The place was on a beautiful lake and came with all the amenities we needed (cooking supplies, spices, toiletries, etc). The host was responsive and super kind too. We would definitely return and recommend to friends!

My wife and I loved the location and the unit. We would had given it 5 stars but the bed was horrendous. It was very uncomfortable and much like a pull out mattress on a couch. Our backs are paying the price as we could not sleep well.

We needed some time away from our very busy bed and breakfast in Connecticut. This was the perfect getaway the cottage was clean, and had everything we needed for a peaceful place to call "home for a few days"

We had the Best time at this cozy retreat. It was perfect ! It offered everything we needed and more ! Kelly and Rick were the perfect hosts and great people. So knowledgeable of the area and gave us great tips on where to go. The cottage and grounds were pristine. We used the BBQ and spent most of our time relaxing by the beautiful lake. Sunsets are gorgeous and we even got lucky to watch a firework show across the lake. We'll definitely return, but this time for a longer stay. 10/10

My fiancé and I had a lovely stay. The property itself was exactly as advertised. The manager of the property was extremely responsive. They went above and beyond to try to make sure that we had a wonderful experience. Furthermore, we got access to Gin Beach and we prefer that beach to the town one. All in all, great stay and would love to stay there again next summer for my annual trip!

We loved our stay here! The unit was very clean, well-appointed, and decorated nicely! It was stocked with everything we could need. Kelly and Rick are super nice. The view of the lake was beautiful and we enjoyed the location. We had a lot of fun with the kayaks provided. We will be back!

Absolutely mint, clean little studio with everything you needed. Kelly is an amazing communicator and gets you anything you need immediately! There’s nothing this studio doesn’t have! We especially loved being able to drink our morning coffee on the lake and go out for a paddle board ! Will certainly rebook!!!!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Cozy retreat!

We loved the cottage right on the lake - beautiful sunsets and loved being able to walk out the door and see the lake - my husband got to kayak and I got peace and quiet to read there. We would def recommend this place!

Only great things to say about this rental! The place was so cute and perfect. Everything we needed was included, impeccably clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and the hosts were so kind and went advice and beyond helping us out with ideas and recommendations for our weekend. Next time hopefully there is less wind and we can use the kayaks and paddle boards! I chickened out ◉‿◉ So many hikes to do close by and the hosts restaurant recommendations were on point! It's in a perfect location and was super easy to go do an activity and come back and change/take a break. We loved our weekend and hope we can book again next year! Also we loved the personalized note and cookies! 10/10

My husband and I came for a quick 2 night getaway. Great place. Very quiet and serene. Loved it! Immaculate. The owners thought of everything. Would highly recommend.

The property was amazing and our condo/ cottage was amazing. It had everything we needed! We cooked a full amazing meal in the kitchen and used the grill. The space was immaculate. The cleaning place I have ever stayed! We will be back and already told all our friends and family that if they need a get Away, this is the perfect place to go!!!

The place, specifically unit 71, is well-designed and very clean. Size is perfect for 1-2ppl. It was too windy to use the fire pit, but would imagine that being pleasant on less windy days with the lake views. We’ll definitely consider coming back in the warmer months to take advantage of the lake!

Kelly and Rick's property is clean, comfortable, and cozy in the winter. Beyond that, Kelly is an excellent communicator and extremely kind. Our car broke down on the way to Montauk and Kelly offered to help us in various ways. Ultimately, everything turned out well and we got a chance to appreciate the beauty of Montauk in a great VRBO!
