Super Lage, vorallem wenn man wie wir mit der Fähre ankommt aber auch der Weg zum Wasser oder in den Ort ist kurz. Relativ ruhige Lage. Prima auch der Parkplatz in Tiefgarage, so konnte der Mietwagen sicher und kühl geparkt werden. Ausreichend Platz wenn man so wie wir zu dritt unterwegs ist.

Es fehlte ein Anleitung wie man mit dem Auto in die Tiefgarage kommt. Dazu war der "Schlüssel" gebrochen, so das wir ihn nicht als solchen identifiziert haben und es etwas gedauert hat das herauszufinden. Es gab einen Wasserausfall. An sich kein großes Problem aber Flatguest Holidays (die Agentur) war telefonisch nicht erreichbar, per Whats App klappte es schließlich aber man kümmerte sich erst auf meinen massiven Druck darum und schickte einen Techniker der es dann reparierte. Und wie man in einem Haus mit potenziell 6 Schlaplätzen mit 4 Gabeln auskommen soll bleibt ein Geheimnis des Vermieters. Der Geschirrspüler war verdreckt. Die Unterkunft ist an sich recht gut aber die vermittelnde Agentur sollte dringend an der Kommunikation und Problemlösung arbeiten.

A good compact house in a good location

The builders were refacing the walls so a lot of noise and dust we could not use the sun blinds on Saturday or Sunday we sent 4 messages to booking.com/ owners and have yet to receive a response shocking customer care left property 24 hours early

Excellent proximity to all amenities, great space and accessibility to property, and lots of room inside - great to have two toilets too!

Although nice terrace at the front there was no view or real access to sun as it quickly appeared and disappeared behind the buildings opposite, behind the trees etc. This may be because of the time of year we went though…still lovely! Kitchen really needs some form of breakfast bar (fold down?) as although it’s large it has lots of wasted space…

It was a really good place in a perfect location. Everything was clean. Close to all beaches in town.

The beds and especially the big one were incredibly soft so no adult could sleep there. We had to exchange with kids and sleep with my wife in their beds which were also so soft but due the small size somehow we have managed to sleep on the side. Never in my life I have experienced such soft bed 🥺. Plus all pots except one were not compatible with the induction oven there.

Perfect little getaway . Quiet area with just a short stroll to the waterfront. Well laid out apartment/house, very presentable with everything you could need to make you comfotable . It was like home from home. We initialy booked for six adults but in the end there was only four of us which worked out well. It may have been a bit much had it been six. Very clean and tidy . Communication with the agents was simple and straight forward .

Great location

Too many problems with the property, Very poor response from the agents. Some basic equipment missing.

▪️ The location is perfect: a quiet street, 3 min walk to a supermarket and 3 more to the promenade with restaurants ▪️ The underground parking is very convenient (there is a different gate to enter and to exit, which could be confusing at first. To exit, follow the signs with "Salida" and a car picture. Just before the gate, on your left, there is a metal blue rail with a keyhole) ▪️ Collecting and leaving the keys was very easy (they wait for you in a lock box, the code is sent on the arrival day) ▪️ The apartment has a very nice layout with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and a big kitchen + living space on the ground floor (plus a small toilet) ▪️ It is well-equipped: TV, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, juicer, towels. And a rarity: very sharp knives in the kitchen ▪️ Wi-Fi was good (on the ground floor, not so much upstairs)

▪️ The double bed was too soft and uncomfortable ▪️ Wi-Fi coverage upstairs was very poor ▪️ No detergent for the washing machine ▪️ Not much natural light inside the apartment ▪️ Some noise coming from the neighbors (through the shared courtyard)
