Quaint; serene; tranquil; fresh clean air; stunning atmosphere!! Super clean unit furnished perfectly with the beach theme; very comfortable beds with loads of kitchen appliances. We really hated to leave! Communication with the property manager office was always done with the customer's satisfaction in mind; so pleasant to experience this wonderful support nowadays. Thank you for making our Christmas family vacation one of the most memorable ones to date!!

The property was beautiful and as advertised. The only issue involved the presence of mold on dishes that were left in the dishwasher and put away in the cabinets while wet. It was t a big deal, but I spent some time washing dishes upon arrival and didn’t feel comfortable using the dishwasher. Everything else was wonderful and the property management personnel were wonderful to deal with. We would definitely stay again. We even contributed to the tote full of beach toys for the kiddos - great idea!

My family had a wonderful vacation. The condo was cozy and the perfect size for us. Loved being on the beach and close to all the local activities.

I had no idea I had to supply my own toilet paper,paper towels. This was my 2nd condo in the same area. The first everything was provided. I added to it when I left for the next people. I was afraid to this time. I was afraid it would get thrown away. This condo was full of sand. I had to sweep and vacuum when I got there while other family members ran out after a 9 hr drive for toilet paper and paper towels.

This property was just right for us as it was located on the 18th floor. High enough to have nice views of the ocean even though the building itself sits behind the main "hotel" building. The unit was exactly as pictured. Clean and updated. The only negatives that we would point out is that we didn't have access to the lazy river water park shown in the listing photos. We were told this pool was exclusively for hotel guests and not condo renters. Also, the building elevators and glass doors could use a daily sanitizing given our learnings with COVID. These two points I would imagine are beyond the control of the condo owners but nonetheless the management company taking care of the building could do a bit better on maintaining the building on behalf of the unit owners.

Enjoyed our stay. Ocean view condo looks towards the north part of the beach. Beds and pillows were comfy. Plenty of towels and wash clothes for our group which we washed mid-week. Parking in the evening was challenging as the 2 parking garages filled up quickly at the end of the day but there are metered spots on the resort property. Easy access to the beach. Pool seemed to be a bit overcrowded but it was hot the week we were there! Cute pizza place and ice cream shop in the main building. We would return in the future!

We enjoyed our time at the property. We wish the water park area was included as it is tough to explain to a toddler why we can’t go to it. The amenities were great (store, restaurant, pizza and ice cream places. Next time we will look for a four bedroom and three bath place for more room.

A beautiful view of the beach from the balcony and living room. The condo itself was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Definitely plan to supply your own toilet paper, paper towels and soap as outlined in the rental details. Plenty of restaurants and local activities within a convenient drive. Parking garage is definitely tight and full every night. Additional parking can be found in the garage on the corner, just a short walk away. Security patroled the garages and were helpful. The only problem we ran into were late night parties by the neighbors. Loud music and yelling a few nights of our stay that lasted into the early morning hours. Overall we very much enjoyed the location, views and cleanliness of the rental. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, as expected from the listing. Beds, kitchen, bathrooms were all clean. Sheets were clean. Furniture could use some dusting and the floor was gritty. No vacuum available, only a broom and dustpan.

This property is awesome. We had plenty of space for everyone and this place is beautiful with a view of the ocean in all the bedrooms. We heave no complaints! I would defiantly stay here again!

We are, by far, NOT prudes and welcome some nightcap tunes...just not past midnight and in to 1:30-2am. We called when there were at least 3 other rooms cranking explicit lyrics etc. Families shouldn’t have to tolerate that and management needs to address promptly, instead of blowing us off as they did.

Beautiful view

The condo itself was nice. Appeared to have been recently remodeled. However I It was not disclosed by the management company that they didn’t provide essentials. Just that you “might” have to provide paper towels. No toilet paper, no bath soap, no shampoo. no paper towels, no trash bags, no beach towels. We were at the store a couple times a day to buy essentials like washing machine detergent so we could wash the shower towels we had to use at the beach since no beach towels provided though the resort had them, just not for us. We weren’t provided enough bath towels for our family. No Sheets on the bed. Had to put them on ourselves and strip beds before leaving and dump trash down the hall. No parking permit was provided. Car was almost towed and when we asked the resort they couldn’t help us. Found another guest who happened to have an extra permit. Not a good experience. Would’ve brought the essentials from home had we known. We ended ip spending a lot of extra money on the basic things we needed and aren’t used to having to bring with us on vacation. Do not recommend. Management company needs to better communicate that guests need to bring essentials like soap, toilet paper, coffee pods, beach towels, paper towels, trash bags, etc. with them.

Cleanest beach property we have stayed at!

Wonderful location! Wonderful view of the beach and since it’s on the floor with other condos privately owned the floor was quite.

My husband and I stayed for a week with our 3 kids, my best friend, her husband and their 3 kids and my sister and her bf. The condo was nice with a great view of the beach. You get use of the hotel pool but, the little kid water park and lazy river are not included. It is close to all of the great shops for shopping and also close to “broadway on the beach” which has awesome restaurants, shops and even a boardwalk with rides etc. It only has two parking passes so any vehicle after 2 will have to park in the extra lot or use a meter. They provide lines and towels, pillows, all kitchen utensils, a broom and dust pan but, does not supply a vacuum. I would stay there again.

I cannot honestly review this specific unit but I will review Ocean Breeze management company. Our unit was uninhabitable after it flooded. I had to decide within 1 hour whether I wanted to change units or cancel. At that moment I was at work and unable to really review the info that was presented. Since this info was presented 72 hours prior to our arrival, it was not realistic to find a new unit in the same budget. Based on the photos sent to me, it was my understanding that the bedrooms were the same as the original booking minus one bed - especially since I was told numerous times that it was an equivalent unit. These units were in no way equivalent in quality - which was expressed numerous times. Photos can be provided. It was discussed that I was traveling with 8 people - that I needed beds for all and that even the table didn’t have enough seats. Upon arrival it was found that the only thing equivalent was the number of bedrooms. The replacement unit has twin size beds vs full. Since I have four children, this is unacceptable to me. I don’t book units with pull out sofas intentionally. The original unit’s outdoor pool is at least double the size of the replacement. The indoor pool at the replacement is closed for renovations. One of the elevators at the replacement unit has been closed for renovations for 6 months; the other broken on arrival. I was told that I would not be provided a refund of any amount for the replacement unit because it was actually more expensive and in a better location. What about this location is better? There are no businesses around it. There are fewer restaurants within the building. There are fewer amenities. The beach is located across the street from the replacement unit vs directly outside the original. The original unit has amenities on the beach. Lastly, the replacement unit actually rents for less than the original when compared at the same time for rental of the same week (ex: October 10-14, 20% cheaper. The disrespect from customer service was also a problem. Telling me over and over again that there is nothing they can do, without bothering to try any alternative would make anyone irate. But then to be hung up on and my number blocked was over the top. Upon arrival the only remaining elevator was broken. I was told that if my handicapped mom couldn’t make it up the stairs she could sleep in her car. Customer service wins repeat customers. You have done the opposite.

Condo itself was great, very spacious, & had everything you would need for a stay. Good location, close to everything. Fast response to any questions. Only confusion we had was what was included in the resort amenities. Make sure you ask understand before booking with kids, i.e water slides/lazy River…All else was great!

Everything in this condo was exactly as described. Unit was very roomy and accommodating for my family. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to eat most of our meals in and the ocean view was beautiful. I’ve never had such a restful week of sleep!
