The property was spotless. There were snacks and fresh fruit provided for our breakfast our first morning. We also found fresh flowers in most rooms. It was hard to believe we were right on the beach. Not a grain of sand inside. Our hosts met us even though our flight was late to walk us thru and answer any ?s we had. When we found we would like an additional blanket they brought one right over. We had all the amenities we needed and more. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler etc were provided for our use. Being right on the beach was so easy and convenient. Our family of 6 would 100% stay here again. It was worth every penny. Thanks again for your top notch hospitality!

I would rate this place higher than some five star hotels I have been to. It was an amazing property, very responsive hosts, and so convenient for a family with smaller kids. We were greeted in person by Elena who showed us the apartment and the ins and outs of the property. Because of our toddler, we were given a pack and play, a baby gate, and a high chair. Most of the area was very kid friendly with no breakable items within reach. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary items and more! Elena provided us with some breakfast food and drink to get us started, which is above and beyond. We were also provided a huge package of toiletries available for our stay. The property had extremely easy access to the pool and the beach with all the items available. Ease of access is important for me with a preschooler that is active all day and a toddler that naps. There even was free valet parking for one car (although save some cash for tipping). Of note, for those who need handicap accessible, there is about a half flight of stairs to the first level of the apartment. We did have a few minor hiccups but the hosts were responsive and helpful throughout. It was such a wonderful stay! I would definitely visit again the next time I visit Miami. If you have small kids and are looking for a convenient place where you don't have to worry about getting to the beach, the pool, or having the equipment with nearby food and grocery store, then this is the place for you!

Our stay in Miami at Mickael's beachfront condo was perfection! The pictures do not even begin to show all the details of this exquisite condo! Mickael was easy to reach and made checkin a breeze. He personally greeted us, carried our luggage and gave us a tour of our home for the next 4 days! The view was gorgeous with blue green ocean and waving palms, white beaches and plenty of people watching ! Even with such a great view, we still had plenty of privacy with the trees. We loved counting the at first hidden iguanas resting in the trees and looked forward to seeing them each time we returned to the condo. No, they are not close enough to jump onto our balcony but so interesting to watch! Mickael had everything we needed to venture to the beach:cooler, towels, umbrella and ice! We only had to use a very short set of stairs to access beach and streets of Miami! No annoying elevators stopping at every floor. Mickael's place has its own entrance so convenient to everything! Mickael even had fruit, croissants, wine, water and full coffee bar waiting for us! The condo has beautiful Italian tile and marble throughout. The beds are cozy with soft sheets and towels. The furniture is beautiful and so unique! Everything was spacious with so much attention to detail and design! I especially enjoyed the vintage picture above the sofa with a glamorous pool scene from the 60's! The condo and Mickael made our first trip to Miami so memorable, we will return!

Had a wonderful time staying at this beachfront condo. The apartment was spacious, very clean, comfortably set up with everything a family needs. Super easy access to a private beach, short drive to south beach and north beach, where you can can find ample restaurants. And our host, Mickael, took extra effort to welcome us and ensure everything was in order. I highly recommend this property!

Stunning place to stay. High-end condo with very attentive owners. It's like a private paradise. Would definitely return!

The condo is exactly as pictured online. It’s well appointed, impeccably clean, ideally situated on the beach, stocked with quality linens, has lovely views of the ocean, and there is an xtra AC unit in the loft along with the central AC (w/ separate controls for upstairs and downstairs). Upstairs there is 1 brm, 1 full bath, and loft/optional “bedroom” with pullout sofa. If using the loft as a bedroom, you need to go through the upstairs bedroom to use the bathroom. Downstairs there is 1 brm, 1 full bath, and a 1/2 bath with a Toto washlet bidet. Washer/dryer are in the downstairs full bath. Hosts are beyond lovely. As noted in prior reviews, they very thoughtfully left us bountiful provisions (organic fruit, bagels, English muffins, cream cheese, juice, almond milk, coffee pods). They also provided travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, makeup remover wipes, and toothpaste. Mickael was kind enough to help tote our luggage to the unit (note that there are stairs into the building, along with a luggage ramp, plus stairs up to the unit and to/from the pool/beach ). He was also very responsive to texts with very prompt replies. And he very graciously accommodated a late night arrival. There is a valet for car parking. Uber/Lyft were very easy to get to/from the building. If back in Miami I’d stay here without hesitation. Thank you Mickael, Elena, and Mirella for a lovely stay.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this Miami apartment was nothing short of fantastic. The host's (Mickael) warm hospitality truly set the tone, with thoughtful touches like providing basic groceries and personally guiding us through the apartment's amenities. While the apartment itself exceeded our expectations, it's worth noting that being located within a hotel meant our experience with neighbors varied. The first night was perfectly pleasant, but subsequent evenings required a bit of coordination with security due to noisy neighbors. However, the host promptly addressed the situation, working closely with security to ensure our comfort. (Also note that our group consisted of baby, mom and dad, and grandma so our resistance to noise was likely higher than most) Although the pool was undergoing renovations (looks to be completed soon - as of 3/1/24) the nearby beach offered an uncrowded and clean alternative. Overall, our stay was marked by Mickael and his team’s attentive care and the apartment's comfort. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

We had a great time in Miami. It was a great time of year to visit.

Fantastic view of the ocean. Our dream of drinking coffee in the morning listening to and watching the waves roll in is finally fulfilled. Mickael is an excellent host and very responsive to our needs. Beautifully appointed two story condo one level above the beach. No elevator and only a few steps up the hallway from the main lobby. Very modern appliances, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Mickael even supplied chocolates, flowers and some basic items in the fridge for us.

Our interactions with the owner prior to our arrival were wonderful. We missed our flight and arrived late in the evening. He graciously rearranged his schedule to still meet with us and provide a tour of the apartment, suggestions for late night dining, and some bagels for breakfast. Mickael is a gem! He has thought of everything you could need during your stay. The morning view of the ocean from the master bedroom is Fantastic! Schedule your breakfasts to enjoy at the apartment. Espresso, Nesspreso or any coffee preference is provided. Stay in and take in the sight and sound of the ocean. The kitchen is fabulous, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. After a week of staying at most locations, you are ready for the comforts of home. We could have stayed 2 more weeks with the well thought out and inviting amenities provided. This owner has paid great attention to detail and the enjoyment of his guests.

Large room and wonderful host

This condo is very nice and as described - a spectacular view of the beach! It was very very clean, modern and the kitchen is particularly well appointed! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice too. We loved how quick and easy the access to the beautiful beach was, and we sat out there often using the condo's beach chairs. The owner is an excellent communicator and very welcoming! We enjoyed ourselves and we look forward to returning in the future!

First and foremost Mickael is amazing. He caters to every need. He brought welcome gifts and made us feel right at home. He is the best. Condo was very clean with high end appliances and has amazing beach/ocean views. Beach is great right in front of condo. The building itself is a little dated and the pool was still under renovation which was a bit disappointing but again, out of Mickael’s control. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beachfront rental, and it was an absolute dream come true! The Unit is wonderful. It is purely luxurious. Mikael, the owner and host, spares no efforts to make the stay enjoyable and attends to any issue that comes up without any delay. He is a truly nice and caring man. The views are spectacular. The ocean at the location is also wonderful. The children and I enjoyed multiple sunrises over the ocean. If you have kids, there is a public park about 1 mile down the road, which has the best kids playground I have ever seen.,

Our 5 day stay at this duplex condo went beyond our expectations!! If you’re traveling to Miami and looking for luxurious accommodation with beautiful views and amazing service - don’t even bother looking at hotels, Mickael has got you covered! It’s been the best experience I have ever had traveling and here is why. The unit was extremely clean, spacious, stocked with some delicious products and snacks for your arrival and had absolutely everything you would need on a vacation. Having a view of the ocean right from your balcony was just spectacular!!! The property owner Mickael has been very welcoming, kind, and helpful! He would stay in touch and make himself available at any moment. He will go above and beyond to make your stay to be one of the best vacations you have ever had! The condo is in a superb location - in the heart of Miami Beach. It was a wonderful family vacation experience and we will gladly be back next time!! Highly recommended! The property was clean. Everything was in working order and easy to find. I loved drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach.

We were met in person by the owner so we didn’t have to wait in line to check in. Owner was so great. Had flowers and a balloon for one of the group for her work celebration . He also purchased some snacks for us so we had food available. Had let us know before our stay that pool was being repaired but it was completely fine as we were just steps away from the beach.I would definitely recommend.

Several ladies stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights. The views , layout, communication with property manager were excellent! But the added extra touches such as some food items and bottle of wine awaiting us upon arrival really topped it off! Highly recommend. Michael and his team are superb!

I stayed at this property with 3 other guy friends, everyone was ~40-years old, and it was terrific. The property is DIRECTLY on the ocean which made going there every day really easy and convenient. Also, the host provided beach towels, football/volleyball, and chairs which was really nice. In addition to being on the ocean, it was only a 5-minute Uber ride to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to go to during the day and at night. The property was very clean with high-end finishes. The bathrooms, especially the showers, were super nice. What you'd expect at a luxury hotel with multiple shower heads in each shower. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay in Miami Beach. I planned a 50th birthday girls trip and decided to stay at this property after reading nothing but amazing reviews. Let me just say, that it did NOT disappoint. Mickael was an absolute delight to deal with from booking questions to communication to greeting us at the property even though we arrived after midnight. He thoughtfully bought some basic groceries for breakfast and also had some birthday balloons and flowers since he knew it was a birthday celebration. The property itself is an incredible location, literally steps from a flawless beach. The pool at the property was under construction during our stay, but we weren't in Miami to go to the pool :) However, the pool area looks very nice, and we might have spent a little time there if it had been available. Everything in Miami Beach/South Beach was very accessible via Uber-- about a 15 minute ride. We also took an uber to downtown Miami which was only about 30 minutes away. This location was absolutely stunning-- the views, the balcony and the floor to ceiling windows in the main area. there were 4 adult women and we all had space to spread out and the sleeping accomodations were very comfortable. I have rented many properties through VRBO and have NEVER had such a communicative and thoughtful host/owner. He checked on us via text during our stay and was available for any questions or anything we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This beachfront property was convenient to airport, shopping, restaurants and most importantly the beach. We ubered everywhere and the ubers are fast, friendly and inexpensive. Outstanding hosts made our check-in easy, stocked refrigerator with yummy food and helped make my daughter’s Birthday special by leaving balloons with Godiva chocolate. We would highly recommend this beautifully decorated, well stocked, spacious place.
