Our interactions with the owner prior to our arrival were wonderful. We missed our flight and arrived late in the evening. He graciously rearranged his schedule to still meet with us and provide a tour of the apartment, suggestions for late night dining, and some bagels for breakfast. Mickael is a gem! He has thought of everything you could need during your stay. The morning view of the ocean from the master bedroom is Fantastic! Schedule your breakfasts to enjoy at the apartment. Espresso, Nesspreso or any coffee preference is provided. Stay in and take in the sight and sound of the ocean. The kitchen is fabulous, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. After a week of staying at most locations, you are ready for the comforts of home. We could have stayed 2 more weeks with the well thought out and inviting amenities provided. This owner has paid great attention to detail and the enjoyment of his guests.

Large room and wonderful host

This condo is very nice and as described - a spectacular view of the beach! It was very very clean, modern and the kitchen is particularly well appointed! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice too. We loved how quick and easy the access to the beautiful beach was, and we sat out there often using the condo's beach chairs. The owner is an excellent communicator and very welcoming! We enjoyed ourselves and we look forward to returning in the future!

First and foremost Mickael is amazing. He caters to every need. He brought welcome gifts and made us feel right at home. He is the best. Condo was very clean with high end appliances and has amazing beach/ocean views. Beach is great right in front of condo. The building itself is a little dated and the pool was still under renovation which was a bit disappointing but again, out of Mickael’s control. Overall, this is a great property with everything you need to make it a great stay! Thank you for sharing your property with our family!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beachfront rental, and it was an absolute dream come true! The location is unbeatable – just steps away from the pristine, powdery sand and the soothing waves of the ocean. The property was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The breathtaking views from the balcony left us in awe, especially during the sunrise. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails while taking in the stunning scenery. The amenities provided were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The property manager was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality. The Unit is wonderful. It is purely luxurious. Mikael, the owner and host, spares no efforts to make the stay enjoyable and attends to any issue that comes up without any delay. He is a truly nice and caring man. The views are spectacular. The ocean at the location is also wonderful. The children and I enjoyed multiple sunrises over the ocean. If you have kids, there is a public park about 1 mile down the road, which has the best kids playground I have ever seen.,

Our 5 day stay at this duplex condo went beyond our expectations!! If you’re traveling to Miami and looking for luxurious accommodation with beautiful views and amazing service - don’t even bother looking at hotels, Mickael has got you covered! It’s been the best experience I have ever had traveling and here is why. The unit was extremely clean, spacious, stocked with some delicious products and snacks for your arrival and had absolutely everything you would need on a vacation. Having a view of the ocean right from your balcony was just spectacular!!! The property owner Mickael has been very welcoming, kind, and helpful! He would stay in touch and make himself available at any moment. He will go above and beyond to make your stay to be one of the best vacations you have ever had! The condo is in a superb location - in the heart of Miami Beach. It was a wonderful family vacation experience and we will gladly be back next time!! Highly recommended! The property was clean. Everything was in working order and easy to find. I loved drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach.

We were met in person by the owner so we didn’t have to wait in line to check in. Owner was so great. Had flowers and a balloon for one of the group for her work celebration . He also purchased some snacks for us so we had food available. Had let us know before our stay that pool was being repaired but it was completely fine as we were just steps away from the beach.I would definitely recommend.

Several ladies stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights. The views , layout, communication with property manager were excellent! But the added extra touches such as some food items and bottle of wine awaiting us upon arrival really topped it off! Highly recommend. Michael and his team are superb!

I stayed at this property with 3 other guy friends, everyone was ~40-years old, and it was terrific. The property is DIRECTLY on the ocean which made going there every day really easy and convenient. Also, the host provided beach towels, football/volleyball, and chairs which was really nice. In addition to being on the ocean, it was only a 5-minute Uber ride to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to go to during the day and at night. The property was very clean with high-end finishes. The bathrooms, especially the showers, were super nice. What you'd expect at a luxury hotel with multiple shower heads in each shower. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay in Miami Beach. I planned a 50th birthday girls trip and decided to stay at this property after reading nothing but amazing reviews. Let me just say, that it did NOT disappoint. Mickael was an absolute delight to deal with from booking questions to communication to greeting us at the property even though we arrived after midnight. He thoughtfully bought some basic groceries for breakfast and also had some birthday balloons and flowers since he knew it was a birthday celebration. The property itself is an incredible location, literally steps from a flawless beach. The pool at the property was under construction during our stay, but we weren't in Miami to go to the pool :) However, the pool area looks very nice, and we might have spent a little time there if it had been available. Everything in Miami Beach/South Beach was very accessible via Uber-- about a 15 minute ride. We also took an uber to downtown Miami which was only about 30 minutes away. This location was absolutely stunning-- the views, the balcony and the floor to ceiling windows in the main area. there were 4 adult women and we all had space to spread out and the sleeping accomodations were very comfortable. I have rented many properties through VRBO and have NEVER had such a communicative and thoughtful host/owner. He checked on us via text during our stay and was available for any questions or anything we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This beachfront property was convenient to airport, shopping, restaurants and most importantly the beach. We ubered everywhere and the ubers are fast, friendly and inexpensive. Outstanding hosts made our check-in easy, stocked refrigerator with yummy food and helped make my daughter’s Birthday special by leaving balloons with Godiva chocolate. We would highly recommend this beautifully decorated, well stocked, spacious place.

The apartment was as advertised and very clean and comfortable with nice appliances. Mickael was very nice and quick to communicate and answer any questions. The apartment is right on the beach and the boardwalk. Mickael went above and beyond for us during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo in Miami Beach and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the unit, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness. The condo was spotless and it instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the fully stocked kitchen. As a self-proclaimed foodie and coffee enthusiast, I was thrilled to find that the kitchen had everything I needed to whip up delicious meals and enjoy a piping hot cup of coffee every morning. The array of appliances, utensils, and cookware available was truly a coffee drinker's dream come true. The attention to detail in this condo was evident. The beds were made with fresh, crisp sheets with enough pillows and blankets. It was clear that the management took great care in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable sleep experience. Another aspect of this condo that impressed me was the prompt responses from the management team. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, Mickael was quick to respond and provided excellent customer service. It made me feel valued as a guest and added to the overall positive experience. We will return for sure.

We had an amazing time here; the condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything that we could have needed, including coffee and breakfast food. Elena was kind and helpful checking us in, and the location was great. Miami has so much to offer and we had an excellent stay….I would highly recommend this condo!

The home was beautiful, the property manager was quick to respond with any questions, the conveniency of being right on Miami Beach was wonderful, plus you have access to a huge pool. The home owners thought of everything including beach chairs, towels, toys, and food in the fridge! Would highly recommend!!

Pictures do not do this rental justice. The owner is absolutely incredible and went above and beyond. We stayed 3 nights and it just wasn’t enough time. If you are thinking about booking but haven’t yet, trust me book. A peaceful apartment that will make you feel like your in heaven. A walk through the complexes pool to get to the beach. Minutes away from everything. I had an issue with the tv and the owner was extremely responsive and even brought a sweet gift. Thank you Michael for everything!

Can’t believe we actually made it - originally booked for 2020 pre-Covid, Mickael was happy to honour 2020 rates even though dates changed several times, he was happy to accommodate us & kept in touch all the time. Check in with Elana was simple, apartment was spotless & as described with high end furnishings & gadgets. Good central location for exploring Miami. Beachfront location. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about this location as well as the owner. Mickaël was great! Amazing communication leading up to our trip, once we arrived, during and after. The house was spotless with amazing amenities, so much room and views that are breathtaking. Beach access is directly from the building and the beach area is not crowded at all and very clean. My family spent mornings and evenings on the beach playing football and frisbee. The location was perfect for us as it was close enough to South Beach to Uber and get there in 10-15 minutes but far enough that the beaches weren’t super crowded. Mickaël had some starter foods in the house for us so we didn’t have to rush to get food but we did use Instacart and that was a breeze. There are beach chairs and toys in the downstairs closet and the best of all for us was an in unit washer and dryer! Beach towels were provided by the host as well. If we ever travel to Miami again I am going to see if this condo is available! Thank you again Mickaël for everything!!!

This was the perfect rental for our weekend in Miami. The condo is immaculate and has one of the most flushed out array of offerings I’ve seen in a rental, ever. They have a printer and Mac for your use. They have a great Breville espresso machine. They have a heated toilet seat! Everything is well thought out and just very, very nice. The location was perfect, right on Miami Beach. On top of that Mickael and Elena are exceptional hosts and seem like truly good people. It was a pleasure to stay there to say the least - my wife asked if we could extend our stay, we enjoyed it so much! Alas, we have to get back to business. Thanks Mickael and thanks Elena!

We enjoyed our stay immensely!!! The view and location are absolutely superb! Close to all activity, yet quiet and private. The suite has every amenity you need to feel comfortable and pampered. Elena greeted us and helped me successfully create a fabulous surprise for my partner!! Mickael welcomed us in person and gifted us with a lovely gracious gift! The staff treats you like you are staying at 1 5 star resort, and you are!! This is a premier location, worth every penny, that made our stay one to remember with the greatest fondness! Stayed here for our daughters college graduation since we wanted to enjoy a few days at the beach. The apartment was very convenient to beach and a short car ride to great restaurants

We had a wonderful time at Mickael’s. The property is 1min walk from the beach (which is not crowded like some of the beaches more south) and offers great views of the ocean. Communication was very easy and Mickael was always here to help us out with any questions we had. They even left us a couple of groceries in the fridge which was such a great touch, especially as we arrived with a toddler and needed milk for him :). Overall it was a very relaxing 5 days. Would highly recommend and will probably be back!

Truly the most amazing experience hands down when it comes to customer service! As well as the beauty and amazingness of this unit! Great owner and property manager made my stay at Miami one of the most wonderful experiences and I can’t wait to go back!!

“Is this too good to be true?” That was my first thought after booking this property. After all, this condo has a massive floor plan with killer views, updated amenities throughout, and on top of that—it’s right on the water. There has to be a catch… right? For our crew, and from our experience, the expectations leading up to our trip were far exceeded in several areas—primarily in the areas of customer service. Mickaël and his staff did a remarkable job of communicating with us (before we arrived, as we were there, and even after we were gone). They also went above and beyond in the area of hospitality. Upon our arrival, the fridge was stocked with staple foods and goodies, the condo was freshly cleaned, the beds were turned down and they even provided a bag of toiletries and amenities that we weren’t expecting. They even surprised us with a bonus blessing on our final night! This level of personalized service was totally unexpected and it was definitely the best customer service experience we’ve had with any of our VRBO hosts. When you arrive on property, at first glance, you may be a little underwhelmed. The valet parking experience wasn’t the best… (however, it was free!) …and the check in process in the lobby could use some efficiency assistance, (neither of these things should be deal breakers for you, but I want to be honest in my review)… but let me tell you: once you hand the valet your keys…park your car, get through the lobby, and walk through the front door… it’s like entering an entirely different world—a world that’s fresh and relaxing and the aesthetics from the front door to the ocean-side porch… will immediately kick you into vacation mode.

The condo is just beautiful! We enjoyed being right on the boardwalk, and of course the ocean. We did arrive a little early due to flight changes, but Michael met us and took our bags so we could venture out and check out some shops and eat at a lovely outside diner while the room was being readied. Communication was a breeze, and we appreciated all the big fluffy beach towels, beach umbrella and little beach chairs that are stocked for use. Great host and a great place to call home away from home!

The property looks exactly as advertised, and is located right on the water, and also has access to a pool (which we hadn't even realized)! Everything in the apartment was very nice, including making available a range of beach toys. In addition, the host left some food for us upon arrival, which we appreciated. Minor negatives would be the microwave was glitchy, which we had been warned about, and the building itself is more of a hotel than a condo (and feels that way). But the apartment itself was very nice.

I stayed at this location with my daughter and 2 of her friends as a senior spring break trip. Mickael and Elena were great hosts and answered any questions we had promptly. The VrBO had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc for us to use which was a plus for us. We were also provided a sampling of breakfast and snack items which was a treat! Everything was very clean and the view was amazing - right on the beach. I would recommend this location to others considering a reasonably priced VRBO on mid- beach.
