Nur die Lage.

wir sind angekommen und unser Zimmer war nur für 2 Personen obwohl wir das Zimmer für vier Personen gebucht haben, so steht es auch in der Bestätigung. Das Personal wollte uns das zweite Bett in Klammer Couch nicht vorbereiten. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption bekamen wir nur die Antwort dass die Decke in der Couch liegt und wir uns sie selber ausziehen sollten. Erst nach einem halben Wutanfall schickten sie uns jemanden. Das Sofa, das ausgezogen wurde, hatte eine dünne Auflage mit 3 cm durch die man jede Feder spürte. Erst nach wiederholten anrufen gaben sie auf die Couch genügend Decken so dass man darauf schlafen konnte. In der ersten Nacht war eine Party im Nebenzimmer. Wir haben dreimal an der Rezeption angerufen und gebeten, dass die Security kommen sollte. Das Zimmer entspricht nicht den Fotos. Das Badezimmer sah ganz anders aus. Verdreckt und die Türe durch einen Feuchtigkeitsschaden kaputt

The Gates seemed pretty run down - definitely needs updating. It was a dark room, felt a little institutional in the halls and the room. It’s unfortunate because the location is great!

The Hotel and its staff were absolutely fantastic, Thank You for a wonderful stay.

Prédio antigo , piscina antiga e academia mal equipada

Me gustó la ubicación, la habitación era amplia y muy limpia.

El desayuno es pésimo, ofrecen muy pocas opciones y de mala calidad. El personal no es muy amable ni servicial, en mi experiencia un día no hicieron el servicio de limpieza en la habitación y después de reclamarlo 4 veces lo realizaron.

La cama

El precio, las habitaciones que me dieron, una que daba al jacuzzi con el ruido de las maquinas y la otra con vista a los caños de aire acondicionado. Pagué casi 600 dolares la noche de lo que se suponía era la mejor suite

The staff and the level of customer service… they treated us really bad when we first got there….lady at front desk gave me the wrong room messed up my guy bday… also played like she didn’t speak English…. Only gave top tier service to…., I don’t want to say this…. The white patrons😢

The pool was nice and the food in the restaurant was OK

Room 634 is overlooked by the area outside the passenger elevator. People there could look straight into our room. I expect this is the same for all rooms vertically above and below room 634. There were no shade umbrellas by the pool. The covered beds were available at a cost of $180 per day. This is extremely expensive by any standard. The lounge area was very utilitarian.

Price, breakfast was not included and there was not microwave in the room.

I liked that they had a DJ in front of the lobby bar (not pool) but music reaches pool. The DJ is able to oversee the pool, it's just he still is not part of the pool area. I also liked that they offered chocolate chip cookies during check in and these are really good. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. I didn't see one single hair or dust. The lobby has Amazon lockers in case you are there for a longer stay. The location is walking distance from Lincoln Rd and the beach, which was great. However I have more dislikes than likes on this hotel.

I should have taken the reviews more seriously, it is true that when you get there chances are high your room will not be ready. Not ready at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, can you believe this? Ours was not, we had to wait in the lobby doing nothing. They had guests coming left and right complaining that their rooms were not cleaned that day. We were over hearing a lot of negative complains like these as we were waiting. Thank goodness we were there for just one night so we didn't have to deal with the housekeeping problem. They really need to do better with their service. I don't know why they have this type of management. The sheets are nice but the bed is hard as rock, I need to prepare you for this. No real warm blankets. The beds have thin blankets so if it's a cold day good luck to you. We had a terrace room with pool view and the terrace needs some TLC. New paint or pressure washing. Also it had two chairs but not a table to put your drinks or anything so I didn't see the point of having it if it was incomplete. We shouldn't have to be calling the front desk for everything these things should be readily available. The resort fee used to include aluminum refillable water bottles (According to the reviews everywhere online). When we checked in they gave us two disposable regular, new water bottles. They confirmed they no longer give out the reusable aluminum cute bottles. Guess what? They have them in your room (two of them) for $8 a unit now. Yet they still take the full resort fee. Warning, they take $100 DEPOSIT FOR EVERY NIGHT, YES EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, for incidentals. I'm still waiting for my refund. The lake/water in front of the hotel, in front of their restaurant is extremely dirty, try not to look at it, it will make you gag. There's too much trash in that water. I do not know if I'll be staying here again. I'm not happy with what I saw and experienced.

Poderia ter opção para jantar no restaurante, pois nas proximidades não encontramos muitas opções. Lembrei que nas noites de sexta e sábado ouvimos barulhos de música alta, no quarto!

De dag van aankomst geen water op de kamer. Maakt gebruik van toilet en er geen water . Kon die avond niet douchen en we hadden een lange reis achter de rug die dag. Volgende ochtend koffie , melk en suiker gevraagd . En ze zijn nooit komen opdagen met de gevraagde spullen

Over charged me. Charged 3 room only had 2 can’t seem to get help with issue. Gave us wrong reserved wheelchair. So much more went wrong

Ha buona posizione, vicino la spiaggia e offre una bella scenografia intorno. Ti offrono un giro in bicicletta elettrica di 1 ora gratuita e puoi fare un bel giro intorno. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. Molto educati. Nelle estreme vicinanze ci sono negozi sempre aperti.

La camera ha la moquette, anche se in buone condizioni non la ritengo igienica negli hotel. Ma negli USA è quasi sempre presente. La colazione decisamente scarsa. Non hai scelta, colazione americana, il piatto è unico (salsiccia, patate, bacon, uova e bagel) più caffè americano e un succo di frutta. Ti viene servito al bar esterno e quindi preclude la mancia obbligatoria. Nota negativa: Ho avuto un addebito per smoking fee, sostenendo che abbia fumato in camera. senza aver commesso il fatto. Ben 400 dollari e senza autorizzazione. Fate molta attenzione all'interno della struttura dove segnalato no smoking area. Ho contestato il fatto ma alla fine non mi hanno rimborsato. Non mi ha aiutato non avere una buona padronanza dell'inglese. Il deposito cauzionale non è chiaro quando viene sbloccato. Aspetta e spera...chiedete sempre la ricevuta al chek-out.
