Nice and clean property

Just nice for budget travel like me

Aku booking hotel ini karena nonton konser SMTOWN di GBK. Lokasinya strategis banget karena dekat dengan Gate 1 (Istora Mandiri) jadi bisa jalan kaki abis pulang konser (jarak tempuh kurang lebih 1 km). Selain itu ada alfamart di depan hotel ini dan banyak juga penjual makanan jadi jangan khawatir kelaparan. Space kamarnya pun luas, suka banget.

Ga bisa early check in, selain itu kalo pertama kali dateng agak bingung karena sign hotelnya ga terlalu kelihatan. Oh ya amenities kamar mandinya ga ada ya, jadi harus prepare bawa sendiri.

Place looks mice from outside but quality is very, very poor-sheets, towels and covers were dirty, cable didn’t work, shower was dirty, AC was providing the room with more heat.. Electricity socket was hanging out of the wall. Staff was not very helping as well. Don’t recommend to stay there!

1. Water pressure was good 2. Property is clean/well maintained 3. I was there for sports event so location is good.

1. TV did not work properly (no sound) 2. Shower head holder was loose (held together with black duct tape). Consequently, could not mount head unit to wall 3. Room was on ground floor with a window facing main lobby. Noise was an issue from time to time throughoit my stay.

Clean room, chair and desk space to work, staff on hand, kitchenette area in the lobby with hot/cold water and sink, convenience store across the street, 25 mins walk to mall, near train,

Entrance is a garage type gate so hard to figure out entry, proactiveness required to get fresh towels/water replenishment left if room service declined, plumbing a bit finicky

strategic location, clean, free wifi, car park and affordable price

the location was eight near the GBK Madya Stadium in case one is attending an event nearby

the towels were dirty, the bed sheets were dirty, the chairs were dirty
