Great rental! Loved the outdoor patio with table and chairs and good views of water. Great location with easy access to Sanibel Island bridge.

Great space, perfect place with everything you need. All beach amenities, great restaurants, stores and shops are a short distance. Unbelievable sunset views.

We were very happy with the corner unit. Clean and decorated well. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking or entertaining. View was outstanding. No problems with check in or out process. Pillows on the master bed were very cheap and flat. Marriott Hotel was a very noisy neighbor, but we get up early anyway.

My husband and I spent the month of March here. We were blown away the minute we walked through the door by the spectacular view from almost every vantage point in the beautifully furnished, clean condo. Everything we needed was right there. The wrap around, screened balcony was amazing with its view of the water and sunset. We actually did see dolphins several times. Being able to walk downstairs to the well kept pool and private beach was another plus. Location perfect by hotel and near restaurants. Finally, communication with owner and property management company was helpful, detailed, and timely. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for the opportunity to stay here.

This corner unit condo had everything we needed for a long getaway weekend. Overlooking the water, we spent hours on the screened in balcony, enjoying wonderfully refreshing breezes, taking in the beautiful views including gorgeous sunsets. The condo had everything we needed and wanted during our stay. Very good communication with the unit owner and property manager. I would recommend this property and would stay here again!

This is a lovely and well appointed condo. We were there with our two granddaughters and the space was perfect. The lanai overlooking the pool and the water was extra special. A beautiful view and a restful spot for morning coffee. The owner checked in frequently and was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely plan a return trip to this condo!

Nice property. Many things to do in the area. Grocery store less than 2 mile. Restuants near by. Walking path accross the street. Small beach on property.

We loved the condo and the spectacular views/sunsets from the balcony. Pool and beach were very nice, and we loved the walking trails across the street. We will be back!

Very nice corner unit

Very clean and modern. Fantastic view. Great location near Sanibel and Fort Meyers. Good breakfast at Marriott next door. Just know that the Marriott gets its garbage picked up sometimes before sunrise - so if you are a light sleeper, you could get woken up before you would like….but this is not a deal breaker at all. Ceiling fan in the bedrooms is the only suggestion I would make. You will enjoy staying here !

Pluses: Great vacation spot. Lovely sunset views. Fully amenities property. Courtside is our favorite steakhouse. Minus: No rugs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The grounds and pool were kept up and the condo was very clean. If we had any issues, we contacted management and they were very responsive.

This condo is very well maintained and the pictures do not do it justice. Attention to Design & Cleanliness were noticeable. Communication w owner was perfect & building management extremely attentive to our single request to quiet the people below us one evening (it was a birthday, time gets away from you...its happens to the best of us. LOL). Management even followed up the next day.... Cant ask for more than that! The entire development property was pristine, the pool was amazing! Even the beach was fun to go build sandcastles between swims! Never had to wait for an empty lounge, even though high season. The Marriott next door (2 min walk) was one of the nicest Marriotts we've ever been to! Decided to eat all of our breakfasts there since buffets were just reopened. Wonderful benefit to this unit!Trulthfully, we waited until the last minute to book a trip to Sanibel/Captiva & this condo was the best of what was available at the time. After staying on the islands in the past & now staying here, we all decided that staying here is way better. You get more space, much newer facility, less traffic, and the most important-clean & fresh unit!!!Driving over the bridge every day a couple of times only adds a few minutes (and is actually the most beautiful, sensational part of any drive on the island, in my opinion).My family travels all over the US & world and usually stay in VRBO's. This one was one of the most accurately advertised, best maintained, best value, pleasant surprises of all!! We will be back & we will recommend to all!!

The condo and property were in excellent condition and well maintained. The location is phenomenal with stunning views. The location's proximity to things to do makes it super convenient. The couple minor issues we experienced were addressed immediately. We look forward to returning in the future!

The condo was very nice with incredible views from the wrap around balcony. The pool was nice and warm. The private beach is very nice although it is a little bit small. It did not get very crowded though. The property has some nice walking/running paths as well. The location of the property was very convenient with it being located right next to the bridge to Sanibel Island and also within about 10 minutes drive to Fort Myers Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We could not have asked or a better view of the water and sunset each evening. The huge corner screened in balcony is absolutely wonderful. Unit is spotless, new, and very comfortable. Very roomy living area as well, not even counting the outside space. Pool is great, beach is clean. Great central location for going to a twins game or over to Sanibel. We will come again :)

This was a very nice property in an excellent location. Everything was very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We loved every minute of our stay. The apartment and building were spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The property managers were very responsive. The sunset view from the wraparound balcony is stunning and nearby Sanibel Island is beautiful and great for walks. We even saw dolphins from the balcony!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very well maintained, owner had great communication, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Beaches were small at the condo, but Sanibel Island, which is about a 5 minute drive from the resort, had very nice beaches. I would absolutely stay there again!

The property (unit) was AWESOME which was the + but the Beach wasn’t your typical Beach and the water was brown (nothing like the color the water is in the listing picture). The sunset was really nice on our first night but rained all day and night after that.

The property was in a perfect location.
