Property was nice. You have to keep the AC no lower than 72 and it never was cool enough for us. The bedrooms were especially stuffy. The pool was not available because of Hurricane Ian and initially the owner said we could go to the Marriott to use the pool, and then on day of arrival the welcome letter stated that the Marriott was not allowing Sanibel Tower renters to use the pool. Not cool!

This is a nice place. Owners were honest about the condition of the area. We were bummed that we couldn't use the pool yet, but hopefully people who are staying in the future will get to use it soon! Balcony is awesome. Beautiful view. Short distance to a great breakfast place called Chocolattes, which we had every day we were there. Unit was clean. Only minor criticism is the checkout instructions on the app didn't have much info except to take out the trash. Otherwise, lovely place.

This was our first time in the area. What a great spot to vacation. We walked over to the Marriott to enjoy the Tiki Bar on the water during the day and the sports bar at night. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The pool was still under renovation but lazy mornings enjoying our coffee on the balcony or cocktails at night were enjoyed instead.. Great communication with our host, responses within minutes! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Our ONLY suggestion was that you may want to leave instructions for TV operations.

The place we stayed was disappointing. The master bathroom was a joke. The shower stall was so small I couldn’t bend down to wash my feet. The toilet enclosure was also small. Needs to be redesigned and remodeled. What a tiny beach to be called a beach. Not enough towels .Had to wash towels every day .

Leslie and Andrea the owners of the VRBO were great to work with and the condo was fantastic. It had a great view overlooking the water and everything was in working condition.

The condo was clean and tastefully decorated with beautiful sunrise and sunset views of the bay and dolphins. Lovely pool that we had to our own. Loved this place and would recommend for those wanting a wonderful beach escape. Thank you to the hosts!!

This is a great condo for a small family wanting to be near Sanibel & Captiva Island. You are literally a bridge away from Lighthouse beach (our favorite). Our trip was amazing and the location allowed us to save money by cooking at the condo daily! I will start with the pro's of the condo: Great view of the bay area, beach, pool, hot tub, right off the elevator, pool toys, cooler, plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrella (with a handy tool to screw securely into sand), very clean, beach towels, Kitchen with a fair amount of supplies for cooking (could really use more), and location, location, location! Some things worth mentioning that did affect our overall score of the condo. The price vs the condition of things didn't seem up to par. The master bed and the pull out bed are not in the best shape. Both my husband and my son had sore ribs after sleeping each morning. Only 2 pillows were provided for the king bed, they were only standard size pillows, not even the right size for the bed. Our check in instructions stated we were not to touch any extra pillows/linens/towels in the master closet. If we did, an excessive additional fee would be charged. The light in the master bathroom is so dim you can barely see to shave/bathe in the shower or put make up on in the mirror. The kitchen cabinets are in serious need of updating. They are beyond repair, yet it seems the handyman just keeps rigging things. Many of the finish to the pressed wood cabinets are coming apart, the large drawer containing the silverware opens at an angle. It's off center and nearly impossible to close all the way. This is due to the multiple times it's been screwed back together. The giant block of wood used to shim the dishwasher keeps falling. It makes it very hard to start the dishwasher and keep it running. The condo interior is due for a renovation at this point. Otherwise, it was a great family trip and the condo was the perfect size for our family!

The condo was wonderful! Close to everything yet out of the way enough for privacy. The unit was clean, we were stocked with anything we’d need and there was plenty of room. Such a great trip!

Excellent adventure. I chose this condo over others because of the magnificent view and it didn’t disappoint. My daughters and I gathered for a once in a lifetime girls only trip to celebrate their birthdays. We spent our time divided between Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Fort Myers. Went to several beaches that were all very different but wonderful. Very short walk right to the beach on all of them. Great location for exploring the area. The condo itself has a Marriott hotel right next to it. The hotel has a concierge that was very helpful in planning what we wanted to do. I would definitely go back and recommend my friends this location and condo. The owners were extremely helpful in every way.

The view was breathtaking. Saw sun set every night. The property was clean and convenient. The owner's were very helpful.

Beautiful space right outside of Sanibel. Cozy however big enough to have several families join us during the day for pool, beach, tennis and meals. Everything we needed was available on the property. Nice walking trail as well.

This was a great place for a sisters trip!!! Great location with easy access to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Private and quiet but still only a few minutes to Walmart, Target, pharmacies etc.. Nice pool! Easy access to condo with convenient parking. Small but quiet beach with some great shade for reading a book or enjoying the spectacular views!

Our vacation started the moment we opened the door to a nicely decorated, very, very clean spacious oasis away from home. A view that should be on everyone's bucket list. Well organized and maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed. The grounds were meticulously maintained. Plenty of walking areas with views of some real neat wildlife. AKA... 18" lizard. Pool was a pleasant temperature and the hot tub was relaxing. We shall return. No doubt about it.

The property was kept up beautifully. All the people we ran into were very nice and friendly.

A lovely condo, with sunsets (and sunrises too) to die for. A great pool - my 6yr old granddaughter spent 25 of 24 hours each day there. Not too many choices for dinner nearby but not far from a big market.

This property is in a large condo unit, building one of two. The pool area is clean and well maintained, and right next to a small but groomed beach that is easily accessible and checks the box for a beach vacay. Access to Sanibel Island is within minutes and there are great restaurants/shopping, activities, etc. This unit has the basics of any rustic VRBO but if you want to cook or meal prep, bring your own spices and supplies.

Clean, spacious condo with a beautiful view and easy access to the pool and beach. Our young family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. Off the heavily trafficked areas, but so easily to hop over to Sanibel, Captiva, and Ft Meyers. We loved our time here!

The property was great but getting to and from Sanibel or Fort Myer beach was very long and once on Sanibel not able to get parking spot at beach . Not good location for Spring Break. Condo pool and beach was great. Nice to have Marriott next door.

We had a fantastic time at this condo in Punta Rassa, close to Fort Myers, Sanibel & Captiva for activities. Also a nice pool on site! The owners were accessible for a couple of issues and helped resolve them quickly.

Sunsets magnificent Watching the sea birds from the balcony even better. Only drawback to us was you had to drive to everything. Lots of places to walk and eat out not too far away. Rent with confidence.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. We loved the sunset views. Location was ideal, with easy access to Sanibel/Captiva and great access to restaurants. Would gladly stay here again.

We had a great time visiting nearby Sanibel Island, and enjoyed coming back to the condo every night. The view from the balcony every morning was so beautiful. It was also nice hearing the ocean waves with the window open at night. In addition the condo was clean, and kept up.

The view from the balcony is beautiful. I give this condo 5 stars. They had lots of kitchen items that we needed for cooking and the neighborhood that the condo is located in is great. The only thing we didn’t like was that the owners said the thermostat had to stay at 74 degrees. That made it very muggy/uncomfortable in there.

Great location and clean amenities. Definitely recommend.

Best time

Beautiful setting, awesome location!! The only complaint we have is the pool shuts down at dusk with a locked gate. When you are out and about during the day, the pool shuts down as soon as you get back. Otherwise beautiful setting!!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very clean, well appointed and comfortable.
