My three sisters and myself rented this property for a few nights as a sisters’ getaway. We had a great time! The condo itself was lovely. Nicely decorated and immaculately clean- it had all the amenities we needed. We loved our morning coffee on the screened in balcony. Such a beautiful way to start the day, watching fishing boats headed out for the day. We went to dinner at the Lighthouse Restaurant which was very close and had good food and friendly staff. We spent part of our day at the pool which was very nice. We went shopping at the nearby outlets ( which, sad to say, some were closed -probably didn’t survive the Covid closures).There's a small beach to walk along and gather some seashells , along with a wonderful walking trail on the property. Our last night we enjoyed the sunset dinner cruise aboard The Princess which conveniently set sail from the Marriott which is in the complex. Everyone was so friendly at the condo - very welcoming to us that were just visiting. Other than the two twin beds needing pillow top mattresses to make them more comfy, and some fluffier pillows- we all agreed it was definitely a place to which we would return.

Wonderful stay. The unit was impeccably clean and had every amenity that you could possibly need. The beach and pool were as described and the location was convenient, yet secluded enough to have a perfect resort feel to it. I will definitely be coming back again!

We also had a hard time finding a place to park our bicycles initially as all of the lounge chairs were stacked in front of the bike racks, but a couple days after we checked in the chairs were removed and we could finally park our bikes at the racks. Management was not the most helpful when we initially called about this issue, but they got on a solution right away.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing and even during a heavy storm we were able to sit out on the screened in porch end enjoy the gulf view. It was fun to watch the dolphins. We would definitely consider staying here again!

This condo is right in the bay, very few shells, very small stretch of beach. Very nice for people who aren’t able or interested in long walks and shelling, although a short drive away is Sanibel and you can do both. Beautiful views! The owner is awesome and the condo is beautiful! We ended up leaving early due to an energy at home with my German Shepherd, but I’m sure we will return to the area.

Lovely area & convenient, with restaurants and amenities nearby at the Marriott property. The condo was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The beach and pool were an elevator ride down and a short walk away. The cable tv was great with lots of channels & there was a dvd and a vcr player & books to read, too. The property is near the causeway to Sanibel & Captiva Islands.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo!! Perfect location close to everything but yet quiet atmosphere at condos !! Incredible sunsets with panoramic view from the deck !! Sanibel Island shells and fun just a short drive . Hopefully can return soon!!

I'm not much for writing reviews but I feal out of respect I should do so. I was totally amazed upon arrival and fell in love with everything! Everything from their choice in location, color scheme, furniture, and decor. It was very easy to access and stress free. Totally what I needed for time off and away from my career. I took my mother and two beautiful daughters and I must say we built memories that ill cherish for a lifetime. Thanks Vicky for everything . You did an amazing job with everything from your choice of colors and the furniture as well as location. We had such a great time I would love to stay again or maybe even invest in a condo of my own someday. Thanks again and have a blessed 2019! Rodney

We chose this condo mainly because it had carpeting throughout. This was important because our 1 year old grandson still crawls everywhere and it would be easier and safer for him. The carpeting seemed new and was a nice alternative to the usual tile that is hard on your legs when you are used to hard wood or carpeting at home. The condo was VERY clean and extremely comfortable. The second bedroom was very private which was a bonus having a baby with us. The owner and management company could not have been any nicer or more helpful. They were extremely efficient in answering our questions and concerns. We mostly went to the resort pool because it was much bigger than the one close to the condo. The spa and fitness center was fabulous! You must spend some time over there! The only downside was not having the usual "starter" items available. There were packs of dishwasher and washing machine detergents but nothing for cooking in the kitchen early the next day. (salt, pepper, cooking oil etc) Starter coffee packs would have been divine :), so make sure your shopping list includes all of those products. It was pretty windy when we were there and the wind coming through the front door made a whistling sound that could be a bit disturbing. Since were weren't in the condo that much it was ok, but if you were spending time working or reading it could be distracting. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this condo and would recommend it to anyone! It was a great location due to its proximity to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers.

What a beautiful, spacious, clean condo! It was perfect for 6 of us (2 adults, 4 teens) for the week. The view from the screened in lanai was amazing, and from here we watched the gorgeous sunsets each evening. There was everything we needed--dishes, pots and pans, towels, books, movies, washer and dryer, chairs for the beach, and there are toys for the beach if you have younger children. Thank you for a lovely vacation!!

We would definitely recommend this beautiful condo to anyone!! It has every necessity we could possibly need and was nice and clean. We loved having breakfast on the balcony while enjoying that incredible view of the Gulf. We also enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony – a view that’s impossible to beat. The condo is very spacious and a wonderful place to relax after a day at the pool, beach, or coming back from one of our day adventures. Vicky even provides beach chairs, sand toys, and pool toys at the condo. We saw dolphins from the balcony, and at one point, while on the beach, we saw a manatee just a few feet from us. The view is absolutely breath-taking, and the sunsets even more amazing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to visiting again!!

Couldn't ask for a better condo & location! We loved it, the condo and the building was very nice and clean, had everything we needed and more. The views are amazing. Saw dolphins right outside. Pool is nice, little beach area right there as well. It was a perfect spot for our family vacation - we loved every second of it, and will be coming back next year! I would recommend it to anyone.

Right from the start this condo does not disappoint. The second you open the door you are smacked in the face with the gorgeous view! Be sure to catch the sunset on the lanai, or even down on the private beach. While the private beach is smaller, it's perfect, plenty of sunshine, beach chairs and space. The pool overlooks the beach and was favorite of my kids, they even have a whole storage bench full of pool toys to use. We felt right at home, everything we needed was there. Next time we can travel a little lighter knowing everything will be at our hands. Enough beach chairs in the closet for 6 people and a whole basket full of beach toys made trips to the other beaches convienent. The location was perfect, away from the busy rush of fort Myers beach, but less than a 10 minute drive for an easy day trip spent over there. Right next to the Sanibel causeway for easy access to Sanibel and captiva, but never loud. A grocery store and liquor store :) are also right up the street to easily stock up the fridge. This was my husband and I's second time to the area, this time bringing our 3 year old and 8 year old girls. We enjoyed are stay at the condo more than the time we spent at a more expensive resort last year. thank you Vicky for sharing your place, we will definitely be back!

I am a single working professional woman who desperately needed the right getaway. After researching several options, I chose Vicky and Paul's place. Although I live in Florida, Sanibel Island is always a beautiful option for a "staycation". The main reason I chose this place was the view...but since I've been here, I realize there's so much more. The condo is truly a home away from home. I arrived just 10 minutes before sunset. I desperately wanted to catch that view so I immediately grabbed my bottle of wine and found the wine cork without issue! I caught the sunset and it was truly the best start to my vacation. There are no words to describe the view of the sunset from the lanai. This home is comfortable; and coming from a person was severe neck and back issues… I was so incredibly grateful for the thought behind the furniture and the choice of bed. The property is quiet and serene. There are several amenities within walking distance and within a short drive. The access to the spa was truly helpful as I enjoyed a couple of services as well as the facility itself. Everything that you could ever need is here!! This has been by far the most relaxing and rejuvenating trip I have had in several years. I will be back!

Spent four nights at this beautiful condo. The accommodations were wonderful. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful view from the screened in balcony and all of the accessories required for a pool and beach vacation. We just stayed a week in this condo and our whole family loved the condo with a view. Great location near causeway to sanibel and captiva. We had breakfast on the lanai each day and enjoyed the view. We saw a few dolphins in the morning. The sunsets are great too. The condo was comfortable and spacious and had everything you need to feel like home. The pool was great too. It was a bonus to be on the same property as the Marriott too. We will book this unit again when we return. Vicky was very nice and easy to deal with.

We really enjoyed this unit and the entire property. Great pools, right at the condo, other buildings and adjacent Marriott. The condo had it all: large enough for our family of 5, kitchen for convenient meals, WIFI, electronics, etc. The owner was incredibly responsive and the rental office was right on site for convenience. Marriott family pass for tennis, gym, spa, etc. was also worth the cost.

This was our first visit to the Fort Myers area, I'm not sure why we never visited the area before. We wanted a location where we could easily explore the area with Sanibel Island as the main target. You can't get much closer to Sanibel Island without actually being on the island. The entry to the Sanibel Harbour Resort is just before the bridge to Sanibel. Driving into the property gives an excellent impression of things to come. The entry drive is lined with gorgeous vegetation and a very inviting walking path. The condo is on one of the upper levels which has spectacular views of San Carlos Bay and Sanibel Island. Watching the sunset from the screened balcony is definitely something to see. The condo is situated directly on the bay and steps away from the private pool and beach. The beach wasn't very busy during our stay and was a nice place to hang out under the palms. We split time exploring both Sanibel Island and Fort Myers beach. Getting to both locations was very convenient by car, with Fort Myers Beach may 20 minutes away. We were tempted to rent bikes and ride the bikes directly to Sanibel which I thought would be some work but doable. We ended up driving to Sanibel and rented bikes. I would highly recommend doing that and don't miss riding your bike on the paved road through the Darling National Wildlife Refuge, where we saw our first alligator and an unbelievable array of birds. For those a little bit more adventurous, ride the dirt paths around the ponds in the Gulfside city park, where we saw a small alligator and enjoyed the very quiet and lush surroundings. You can't go wrong if you love seafood. I was in "grouper heaven" my entire stay. All the restaurants we ate at offered some version of grouper. I really enjoyed lunch at Traders (grouper sandwich and seafood gumbo) on Sanibel. Happy hour at the Beached Whale (grouper tacos) in Fort Myers on the rooftop to watch the sunset was also one of my favorites on the trip. The condo accommodations and location was perfect for our stay. It was very well equipped and maintained, very comfortable. There are two bedrooms, however we only used the main bedroom with a King bed. For us, this was so much better than staying in a hotel room. I felt like I was at home instead of a being in a single room without the comforts of home. I would definitely recommend this property and Vicky was very pleasant to deal with. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Alex & Lis
