We had a great time at the condo and loved the private beach. The kids were able to run freely on the beach while always being in line of sight. My husband used the fishing poles to fish off the shore. We saw dolphins, iguanas, a skate/ray, and lots of fish during our stay. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was also a breeze.

We all enjoyed our stay at your condo! It was beautiful, spacious, and a very comfortable stay. The only issue is the beach was dirty but that’s out of their control. Jim is the only person I’ve ever had call me the next day and see how everything was going. Would highly recommend

Checking into the property was easy enough. Finding out where to get the parking pass was the only hiccup. The private beach was a little dirty with vegetation but a great spot to relax and let the kids play in the sand while momma got some sun! The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. A great place to relax and cool off. The rooms were cleaned but looking under beds and in hard to reach places revealed the cleaning service is not thorough. Overall, this was a good property to take the family for vacation.

It was nice to have a semi-private beach and pool there was always a place to sit and play and the public areas were very clean and well maintained. The condo itself had nicely upgraded kitchen and master bath as described, the carpeting in the two bedrooms could use replacing. The tile in the main area was very nice and the patio was a great size. Communications with the owner was good.

The place was great and Jim checked in before and during to make sure things were going well. All of the closets had stuff to make the trip even better! There was a beach cart with all sorts of toys and items to use on the beach, fishing rods, tennis rackets, etc. thanks so much!!

Condo was clean and as described on VBRO. Owner was very helpful and responsive to calls and text. I would defiantly rent again.

The view is beyond gorgeous in this condo and the owner Jim went above and beyond in his communication throughout our booking and stay. I’d highly recommend this condo, owner, and location to anyone looking to enjoy some down time in paradise.

Went down with the 15year old son to play golf. The condo is great location and great views. Swimming pool was great! Carpet in master bedroom was little dirty but as in past reviews they are planning a replacing. A/C seemed like it couldn't keep up. As no ceiling fans as I noticed in other units they had. Also had fans in each bedroom to keep the rooms cool since the A/C couldn't be turned down past 74. Overall a great time was had and the unit was very nice.

The unit had everything needed from kitchen, laundry, pool/sand toys, and bikes and a kayak. The negative: - The description listed a fitness center center which was a must for my husband & I and was one of the reasons we chose the property, as well as use of the Marriott pools (pool bar with drinks & food on vacation is a plus). We called the Marriott to see if we could buy a pass but we were told the amenities the owner listed online (fitness center, pools, etc) are for guests of the hotel only. We had to find a fitness center 30 minutes away to use everyday and pay extra. - WiFi is too slow as it took forever to just Google a restaurant. - There is no water pressure in the showers and barely a trickle in the bathroom sinks. The shower in the master bath would not drain the water and my husband had to plunge it to clear it. - Cleanliness is my number one priority when staying anywhere and this unit needs a thorough cleaning as the fixtures, pictures, lights, etc., in the bathrooms and throughout the condo are covered in dust/dirt as were the baseboards as if they haven’t been cleaned in sometime. My daughter’s socks were black after walking on the floors.
