This house is great. Great location, very peaceful view and inside decor is the perfect beach house. We really enjoyed our stay.

CONS 1.) Location. What they don’t show you is next door is a parking lot public access and across the street is an abandoned building. With the increase in the transient population and moving them from the city this parking lot is perfect spot for people to park all day/night, sleep, use as a public toilet, change their clothes, smoke drugs and more. All of which occurred during our 5 days stay. Your only option is to call the police and we did. The host will tell you they are harmless; they will tell you that Oregon has loose drug laws etc. and you have to deal with it. The lot is right next to the drive way literally 5 feet from people smoking drug pipes, urinating, sleeping etc. everyday. 2.) Bathrooms. There are 2.5 baths and please note one of them is in the GARAGE. It is not in the house. Not at all convenient for 9 people sharing a house or really safe to use at night given the location. 3.) Space. This house is suitable for 6 -7 people but not 10, more guest beds, more money it seems. The TV has been removed from upstairs to add another bed. There is only 1 TV in the whole house now. 8 of the 10 guests will be located upstairs with 1 bathroom. There is barely seating in the living room for 7 people (deck doesn’t help when it rains for days). The dining room is set up to seat 6 people but you cannot get around the table tight space. 4.) The house is not as charming as it looks in the pictures. All of the floors (up and down) are extremely slated due to house settling, it’s instantly noticeable and it’s not slight. 5.) The ad indicated the cameras are off during the stay. The care taker told us not to worry about the people next to the house because there were cameras on. 6.) Most windows and doors do not have screens. Opening them or keeping them open is not an option because the river outside houses LOTS of bugs. 7.) You will pay fees to EVOLVE and VRBO on this property. These fees will not assist or protect you. PROS 1.) The property is very clean. The Hot tub is well maintained and clean. 2.) The house is well stocked with items. It’s important to provide all of the info and pictures of exterior , all sides to insure it’s suitable for your guests. Increasing the guest numbers, hiding vital location information and house amenities is wrong . What this property rents for you believe you are getting an exceptional property and location, not really. 5 guest left 3 days early, ruined our vacation

Beautifully renovated older seaside cottage. Everything you need to cook any type meal in the kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here in this cute house! It was super clean and well maintained. We loved having a washer/dryer and the hot tub was fun to use at night. We loved the decorations and the retro kitchen and the fireplace was so cozy to use on cold and rainy days. It's a short run or bike into town which was so nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming house that has been well maintained & is super clean. Very comfortable, stocked with plenty of kitchen, laundry & bath necessities. Views are awesome from nearly every window. Enjoyed town, nearby state parks, visits to Astoria & Cannon Beach. Loved swing in lower yard & hot tub. Would stay there again!

Such a beautiful home. me and my family absolutely adored staying in this house. It was so clean, beds were so comfortable, it was completely stocked with everything you needed for cooking. Lots of games, and the jacuzzi on the deck was amazing. It was a Perfect home!

The property was perfect for a short stay on the northern Oregon coast. The view, the house and all the extras made it a relaxing home base for exploration.

Unable to reach by phone. Slow to non responsive on emails. Website not useful. Thankfully you start communication directly with owners once Checkin nears. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with

We had a family reunion here and the stay was excellent. The house is fully updated, super clean, and communication with the owner and local contact were superb. It's right up the street from downtown seaside and although you're close to town, it is like a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Stand up paddle boards, bicycles and more are provided which was a nice distraction. We will definitely consider staying again. Super clean house and hot-tub were bonuses for us.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was better than advertised and perfectly outfitted for our group of 5. The location on the estuary is great and the outdoor space is beautiful.

This house is amazing! It was easy to locate, spotless, and had stunning views. Everything is within walking distance and includes beach toys and paddle boards. Plenty of room for our group of 7. We would definitely rent this property again if we are ever in the area.

We had a terrific stay at this house - it was exactly as described and was in such a nice location. So nice to sit in the hot tub even during the rain and see the river and ocean. I would return again!

We loved this house. Loved the location. We loved the bikes and paddle boards. They house is gorgeous and well thought out. Top 5 vacations for me.

The cleaning crew was still on the house when we got there and the hot tub was dirty. Two and half hours later the hot tub guy came to clean the hot tub.

We loved the location, the views, all the beach gear, the outdoor shower and the views. At low tide, you can walk to the ocean. The tidal flats are filled with crabs and other sea life. The sea kayak and paddle boards are really fun! The house is walking distance from a Tesla super-charging station, which is nice if you have one of those cars. From Seattle, you can get to the house on one charge.

Great home, in a good location. We enjoyed our stay in this adorable home. The views were fantastic and the deck space is great! Owners were great and the local contact was very helpful as well.

The views from this home were spectacular, neighborhood was quiet, walking distance to downtown, all items needed for cooking available. We all had a great time. Plenty of room for 3 kids, 6 adults. Seaside is a cute town with so much for kids to do!

Great house with terrific view of the creek and the shore. We used all the toys: bikes, hot tub outdoor seating, hikes along the shore. Had a magnificent Thanksgiving here with all the kitchen amenities!

We will be back. The home was breathtaking as was the views. It for our small group perfectly.

Had a great time connecting with friends & soaking in views of the water. Kid friendly as well with bikes, paddle boards, & even a two person kayak. We even had two Bald Eagles flying over us. Definitely recommend & hope to stay again as Harley was a pleasure to work with.

We rented this house for part of a girls trip and couldn’t have been happier. All 4 of us love it and would all return. The view is amazing, I can’t say enough about that. The location was great for exploring the area and it was an easy walk into town for dinner or shopping. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped. The bonus was listening to the ocean while going to sleep!

We loved our stay here! We enjoyed all the entertainment they had to offer. We went paddle boarding and crabbing with what was provided. We did try to ride the bikes but 2 of the bikes had low tires that would not hold air. I am giving this 5 stars because it was a beautiful well kept home with lots to offer. It would have been cool to maybe have some movies to watch and maybe condiments for food. We did have access to login to our Netflix and a store close-by.

Owner was phenomenal to communicate with and took care of anything that popped up! Would definitely stay again!
