I love the location of the property, right on the ocean and not far from the main food and shopping locations. The staff was very friendly, and it had a nice breakfast as well for something quick and easy. The room was nice and balcony was big and covered so we could sit out on the chairs and enjoy the view even if it was raining or windy. There are definite cons on the room but overall was a nice stay.

The rooms could stand to be updated! The bathroom was updated but way too small. There was barely any room on the bathroom counter and it just looked old. Same with the kitchen area, felt like I was in an 90’s hotel with the countertops and cabinets. Had a ‘musty’ type of smell when opening the cabinets and using the dish ware. And there isn’t much room to put things, not much counter space. The TV was also tiny and wasn’t working properly. The TV in our room definitely needed to be replaced, there was a line running down the middle of the screen and most of the TV was ‘shaded’, like the color was running out of the TV. With how much these seaside rooms cost, I was expecting a updated type of feel to the room. We usually stay at the Best Western but decided to stay here since it was a discounted rate. We will probably be going back there until the Hi Tide does some updating.

The staff was nice and professional.

The bed was not great. The rooms heater was cranked to max and was 90 degrees when we got there. The pillows were thin and we had no phone so we couldn't call to have more delivered. The toilet was not flushing correctly and there was not lamps by the bed.

Property location is great, rooms are very comfy and everything was as advertised. Beach access is right in front of the hotel, very nice beach. We took our 6-month old son, he loved it.

Bathroom is outdated, but it did not impact our experience. Internet was a little slow, but was good enough to stream shows.

I loved the veiw! I loved the staff and Paola or Paula whoever did the love bundle for #312 thank uuuu i cried walking in the room. Like was sorta a getaway for myself and bf but mostly myself. Also just whole trip was a blast!!! Really hated leaving honestly cried for like 30 mins on way home cuz just so much better than Portland
