We visit friends in Chattanooga at least once a year and this is the best place we’ve stayed. The house was super clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the location was good. We will definitely be back.

I don’t know where to start. Tbh this was my first time getting a home from Vrbo and I was a little nervous it wouldn’t be as beautiful as the pics.
I was completely blown away. This house is so freaking cute and had literally everything we would ever need on a vacation. It was my daughter’s birthday and we made her breakfast in bed and I thought man I wish I had candles. Look in a drawer and “boom” candles and matches.
April was a wonderful host and I would stay here over and over again! Thank you for everything April - it was perfect!

We truly enjoyed our stay. This home is one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The host thought of all the extras as well. We were downtown in minutes and could’ve walked if it wasn’t so hot. Me and my son loved the backyard and threw the football alot. April is an awesome host. We would come back in a minute!

The home is in a great location near the Northshore and walking distance to the walking bridge. The host keeps the home very clean and made sure everything was working out well for our visit.

If you want to walk into a phenomenally clean and conveniently located place, this is the one! All linens are new and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and lovely backyard with firewood. The owner is very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The owner mentioned that the crib was broken when she went to clean the place in preparation for our stay, so before we got there, she went to the store and bought a brand new crib for our little one to use. Wonderful, wonderful property.

This was by far the best stocked house weve stayed at, ever. The host thought of everything you might need. Location was great for walking to local restaurants and to the pedestrian bridge and Coolidge Park.

The house was great. We had everything we needed. Some friends and I were in town for a wedding and loved having the ability to grill some steaks for dinner and sit out by the fire on Saturday night. The location was perfect. It was walkable to nearby restaurants and stores and also just a short drive across the bridge from downtown.

Stayed here for the Ironman 70.3. The house was perfect. Super clean, perfect location, and the host was absolutely wonderful. Couldn't recommend this place more.

The property is located in the fun vibe of the North Shore district with so many shops and eateries in walking distance. The Happy Home is amazingly set up with details thought of for guests with young children to those like us gathering with adult family. Beds were comfortable and everything so clean with high quality accessories. The owner was ever so kind in our interactions with her.

The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The house was very clean and was exactly what we were expecting and more. The family hung out by the fire pit one night after grilling up some steaks. The only issue I had, is we couldn’t stay longer. Was convenient to everything downtown, and several eateries within walking distance.

My best friend and I took our 3 boys (two 6yr olds and a 1yr old) to Chattanooga for their spring break. The house was so close to everything we wanted to do...walking distance to most things and a short drive to others. It was a perfect size for our group and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming to us. The host was absolutely AMAZING!! She answered all our questions quickly and even provided us with some additional ideas for fun things to do during our visit. We could not be happier with our stay!! If we're ever in Chattanooga again, we will definitely stay here.

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing! The house is located within a few miles of so many restaurants and bars. Our host was nothing short of amazing. She gave quick responses and made things so smooth and comfortable for us! I highly recommend booking this house.

April’s bungalow is charming. Squeaky clean throughout. Stocked with all necessary kitchen and bathroom items. All appliances function well. The refrigerator has a built in water filter. High quality linens and towels. Convenient location to North shore restaurants and shops.

The home was so comfortable and clean. All the essentials were there for our stay and extra treats for the dog! The location is easy to walk to restaurants and shops on Northshore. The fire pit and chairs are great in the backyard! You should try it out!

So happy with this stay! We were in town for graduation weekend and the location was perfect. The house also had everything we could possibly need, even dog bowls for our puppy! Would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I (and our little pups) have used VBRO for many years and this may be the best experience we've had! The house is clean and modern and cozy with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owner. Grocery shopping and a host of interesting restaurants are a walk or short drive away and downtown Chatty is just minutes away. We stayed for two weeks and everything about the experience staying there was top notch!

Great space! Easy and quick communication. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We were truly thrilled with the 2 big bathrooms as most rentals we looked at only had 1. So close to excellent restaurants and shopping. Fell in love with the Northshore area. Plenty of coffee place choices and ice cream shops within 5 minutes. Could not believe we could be at UTC campus in 10 minutes to see our son. We would absolutely stay here again.

Such a cute, clean and well equipped house, tucked away on a quiet street but just minutes from everything! The host has thought of everything, from extra towels and toiletries in the bathrooms to earplugs and sleep masks in the bedrooms. April was a great host, very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again on future visits.

Perfect spot close to most of Chattanooga. Most tourist things are just a few minutes drive away. Also liked that it was on a very quiet street. Very clean and plenty of room to relax. Brought our baby and she had pack n play and high chair set up before arrival! Also, the most extra things I’ve seen at a VRBO as far as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, soap, etc. Great spot!

The house was even better in person than the pictures. We were there for my 30th birthday weekend and the Moon River Music Festival in Coolidge Park. It was perfectly located for an easy walk to the park.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was great. Easily walkable to restaurants and shopping. The home was comfortable and just as described. The kitchen had everything needed. We actually cooked several meals! April is a fantastic host. Very responsive to my many pre-trip questions. I very much recommend this home.

Our hostess April didn’t miss a thing a place was decked out to the nines and had everything you could ever need. April was easy to talk to, and answered all of my question. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place.

This was a great home. The owner had everything a person would need and super clean. It was close to all the visitor sites and very convenient. The owner was above the board in communication. I would definitely stay here again if in the area and I recommend this 130 percent.

April deserves a 5 star rating for sure! This was truly a home away from home with all the amenities! So welcoming from the very beginning with snacks and pup treats. If you forget almost anything it is provided. Cozy and close to restaurants, stores, and the Walnut Street Bridge. So happy with our experience and will absolutely be staying here again!

The house was excellent. It was pristine, neat and so well-maintained. There were unexpected little extras - water in the fridge, fresh coffee and granola bars. The furnishings and supplies were plentiful, thorough and thoughtful. Everything was top notch. Location couldn’t have been better for all Chattanooga activities. April was available and responsive, but the whole place was so well equipped there was nothing needed. Highly recommend!

The property was great. Super clean and very well stocked. Probably one of the cleanest VRBOs we've ever stayed in. It was super comfy to came back to after enjoying the sites. Close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. Next time we get to chattanooga, I'll definitely be staying again...if it's available 😊

My husband, dog, and I loved our stay. The home was super clean, well-stocked, cutely decorated, and in a great location. We walked to nearby restaurants and were a short drive to prime Chattanooga attractions. Communication with April was excellent. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property.
