Outstanding location

This was my 60th birthday celebration with my family and Top of LaMancha was a great place to stay. We had plenty of room to play board games together in the living and dining areas. The bedrooms were big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The pool area was very clean with plenty of lounging areas. It was great to have beach towels and a cooler there for us to use when we went to the beach. All in all, we had a wonderful experience.

Great experience, great location! The place was amazing. Funiture and decor a bit out dated, however, the place has perfect for our stay. The host is amazing! They took their time to leave us a small welcoming care package that consisted of goodies and Puerto Rican coffee. They were very accomodating and responsive. If your traveling with six to eight people, this place is perfect. It's located in Isla Verde 7 minutes to the airport and all the food and shops along the strip that require no driving. I highly recommend it even if traveling in small group less than 6!

Our family of 10 had a very nice stay at La Mancha. It was a great place to come back to and relax after a day out. The extras supplied by the owner such as some starter groceries were a plus after a long day of travel. Spending New Year’s eve in Puerto Rico was awesome and we had a perfect view of the fireworks from our balcony. We look forward to coming back soon and would definitely rent this property again.

Pros: Excellent location (easy access to restaurants, beach, airport), spacious rooms Cons: Exercise room did not match photos, needs several updates (furniture, area rugs, kitchen cabinets didn't open completely) Overall: Would stay there again due to location, communication, & cleanliness, however unit is dated

We were there for our daughters wedding. 7 adults and two children. The place was just as shown in the Ad. Plenty of room . A small balcony to sit and watch the planes come in or enjoy the scenery, and a short 1 block walk to the beach. We appreciated all of the extras, beach towels, beach chairs, water, bread, eggs etc to hold us till we could go to the grocery store. The security was top notch with gated entrances. The pool area is beautiful with a wonderful seating area for shade with tables. We sat there and made wedding favors. There is also a small playground my grandson enjoyed. We had a small issue with the showers but they came and had them fixed in 20 min. Would highly recommend staying here if you have a large group. We how to be back some day.

Booked top of La Mancha for 4 adults, 4 kids. The property is nice - clean and big but not exactly super high end (which is not what we were looking for). Easy walk to the beach. The pool is big and not super-chloriney. The pool is most appropriate for hopping in at the end of the day, you wouldn't want to spend the day there. The biggest challenge we had was just the number of keys. The property is safe and very secure, but you need keys to get anywhere - we should have asked for more keys and I'd encourage future guests to get one per adult. Interactions with the host during our stay (via text) were helpful. Groceries are nearby, restaurants are nearby.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The duplex penthouse was spacious and clean with everything we needed for our family. The location is fabulous.

This was a great property. Felt very safe and it was next to a number of restaurants (and even the casino). The beach is a short walk as well. The property itself was just what we needed for our group and having the balcony was nice. Very spacious.

We had a wonderful time! The location was good. The building was very secure. We rented a 15 person van and were not able to park in the space. The apt was spacious the stairs were not great for the little ones but we put cooler to block the entrance. The apt had chairs, beach towels, beach toys, an umbrella and coolers which were all very useful. The kitchen was well stocked including a blender. A few down falls: The rug is not in good shape a small vacuum would have helped. Water pressure in bathroom not very good. But all in all it was a great time with the family. Thank you!!

The lower penthouse was a little “tired”. There were broken cabinets in the kitchen. A window in the living room doesn’t close all the way. The tub in the first floor bathroom is peeling. Overall, our stay was great. Plenty of room for our party of 8 adults. Great location! The beach, CVS and several restaurants are within walking distance. Cheap Uber rides to surrounding areas and the management team was very responsive!

Few changes would make this rental exceptional!!!

It was a good stay, plenty of room, nice location. pros: tons of room, location, clean, cons: elevator is suspect, a couple broken things which we fixed (dishwasher, kitchen facet, dining a/c), 1 parking spot, hard to get in an out of parking without security around suggested: better parking spots and make it at least 2 for a place that sleeps 10, check for broken items before new tenants check in

Great location. Definitely needs new couches and rugs. Needs a bigger refrigerator. Ten of us went and we needed more space in the fridge.

Top of La Mancha is ideal for a multi generational family. It’s close to shopping, a ten minute walk to a beautiful beach and a wonderful, large pool. The condo is equipped very well: all kitchen needs, beach towels, chairs, different soaps and even some food to get started. It was great to have milk, bread, eggs and coffee for our first breakfast. The beds were quite comfortable: 3 bedrooms and two baths on the second floor and one bedroom and bath on the first. on the first. So what is the downside? A few not difficult changes could make a big difference. The bath tub/ shower could have safety bars. The tubs are quite slippery. The downstairs tub is peeling and unsightly. The living room area has three coaches that are very dirty as it the rug. With these adjustments, the Top of La Mancha would sing. Having said this, I would rent it again because the good points very much outweigh the bad points. The area alone is fantastic!

The property was very spacious and gave us lots of room for the 8 adults in our group. Lots of little nice touches including eggs, milk, coffee and bread for us to have on hand without having to run to the store that very first day. The property management was easy to reach and very helpful by letting us in a little early and letting us check out a little late. Hope to stay again!

Renting the condo was hassle free and it was easy to work with the Marco Polo company.
