Had a lovely weekend staying at this home. Had everything we needed and more! Fully frenced/gated so safe for our young children. Able to walk to the lake and town. Beautiful, warm and peaceful.... We look forward to staying again in the future.

Spent three nights with family that flew up from Christchurch. Great location to be able to walk to town. The property was very clean with all amenities you would need.
Just need to fix the weather next time.

Perfect property for elderly mum and 2 daughters for 3 night stay .Close to town, lovely lake view,very relaxed atmosphere with comfortable beds ,great showers,plenty of onsite parking with a locking automatic gate ,felt very safe and secure.

4 friends in Taupo to ride local ways, good security for gear with a fully fenced property & gate. Enjoyable deck to sit out on in the sun & enjoy the view of the lake & mountains in the setting sun.

My family (myself, husband, child, and two grandparents) thoroughly enjoyed this very handsome home just a short walk from everything in Taupo. The home's owner, Denise, was incredibly gracious and kind by making sure we had everything we needed for the entire duration of our stay. I loved that there was plenty of space for everyone the spread out and the bedrooms were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay at this location again and am already looking forward to my next visit to Taupo!

We loved our stay and it really was a home away from home. There are a lot of amenities that make it comfortable. The house was very warm and cosy which was a delight to arrive to.
It was very much appreciated having the Chromecasts connected to both TVs so we could stream our shows with ease. The house had pretty much everything you need and the secure parking is a bonus.
We’d love to stay here again.

Great house for the family to enjoy the sights of Taupo from. Clean, tidy and nice and close to the centre of town. Plus there’s a playground right across the road for the kids!!

A beautifully appointed house with lots of small details that made our stay special. It was handy to everything and secure with the cool gate system. We loved the character of the house and it was interesting to see the before pics in the entry way. We really wished we could have stayed longer. Next time we will!
