Beautiful view from rooftop. Great stay overall.

Location and apartment on the 6th floor was really nice

Ce fut très sympas malgré quelques petits désagréments, comme la place de parking qui passe 22h vous oblige à vous garer a l'extérieur, le frigo qui s'est mit a s'ecouler et que nous avons du nettoyer au second jour, les occupants precedents qui ont casse le lit et tâche les canapés et bouche la douche. Mais cela n'incombe pas au propriétaire mais au manque de civisme de certains locataires. Sinon chouette appartement bien positionné

Tres belle propriété fonctionnelle nous avons passer un agréable séjour il manquait juste de quoi faire un petit barbecue l appartement est bien placé pour profiter du soleil avec un vent agréable nous recommandons

Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel et avec une belle terrasse. bien placé dans un endroit calme et à proximité du centre ville accessible en tram. un très bon séjour. juste un petit bémol, il est compliqué d'assurer le rendu du linge de maison dans les conditions demandées et dans les délais impartis (lavé, séché, plié avant 11h lematin...).

- Loved the panoramic views, terrace, light, airiness, and space in the apartment. - Things felt slightly unclean under the surface (crockery etc) and bedding was all creased, though seemed clean. - Hard to cool apartment in hot weather, even trying to manage with shutters and air flow. Felt like a constant battle. Only one fan. - Quiet and peaceful location, about 10 minutes walk to well connected tram stop. - Lots of toys for children. - Kettle not working and many switches/lights didn’t work (electrics or bulb?) - Swimming pool fees costly for two adults and a child, but we had not been told that the pool was closed every mornings by until midday when we paid for this - worth noting if you plan to use at the start rather than end of your day. Pool not particularly clean, but perfect temperature and grassy areas around it. - Told on arrival on Saturday that there had not been hot water for two days, though they had got a plumber booked in for the Monday morning (still requested cash up front for cleaner though!). Told that as it was a heatwave most people had cool showers or could use someone else’s house(!). In the event it took 3 full days to get hot water working, for which we’d had to support by staying in twice for plumber/electrician (having to give them a key for a third visit on instruction from owner) and spending an hour or two overall communication with them about how to help fix it. With children aged 7 and 4 who would not tolerate cold showers/baths, we had to do three evening’s of boiling several saucepans of water to make a small, tepid bath (they needed a bath in a heatwave!) - hot water in an over hot apartment! Everyone was friendly and understanding, but when I asked the owner to consider a reduction in cost (which was no cheaper than a mid range to good hotel) due to the significant disruption to the holiday, none was offered and indeed it was then explained how a rebate would hit him hard financially. We felt this was unnecessary and not respectful of his position of owner and ours as guests. I have still not had a response two weeks later, and a week after raising this with Home Away. - So, potentially a wonderful apartment, but several issues!

The apartment was very clean, well furnished and well equipped with great outdoor spaces for eating and relaxing. Very private which added to a really relaxing stay. Well worth paying the extra to use the pool. Great location, close to tramway and with a supermarket nearby. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend for a family holiday... Montpellier is a lovely city and the beaches nearby are fab too.

Très bel appartement. Propriétaire très sympa. Cadre idéal pour la détente. Nous sommes partis à 5 personnes pour 4 jours l'endroit était tellement agréable que nous avons prolongés. 15 minutes en voiture des plages, 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville avec une vue d'ensemble de Montpellier sur la terrasse.
