Great place, great location

We had a great stay in Scottsdale! The heated pool and hot tub were big hits with our kids, as we are from the Midwest and swimming outside in December/January isn't an option for us in our regular life! The home was clean, ample towels, activities for the kids, and the location was great for us. Quiet neighborhood, although you hear quite a few planes from the Scottsdale airport. Overall, a great stay for our family.

Property was clean and inviting. Enjoyed every part of the stay. Would go back in a heartbeat.

6 days staying at the Eugie Terrace property was just what we needed to unwind. It is though on the path for takeoff from Scottsdale airport. The pool and hot tub were really nice and we used them a lot.

Spent a long weekend here with family. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Pool and backyard were perfect and the area was quiet.

The neighborhood is very nice, the house was clean & the kitchen had everything we needed. The disappointing parts were the hot tub & pool were cold & all 3 beds were very uncomfortable. None of us got a good nights rest the entire stay. When you first walk into the home it smells like old cigarette smoke. The wall in the backyard is falling over, so that was a little alarming.

We stayed at the house with my children and two grandkids. The pool was the main reason I picked this property and it did not disappoint! There were steps wide enough so that small kids could play The size of the pool was so perfect and the spa was icing on the cake. The golf putting green was really nice and we roasted marshmallows for s’mores at the fire pit! The interior was nice and clean. There were plenty of towels for the pool and showering. The house is very open, and the common areas were perfect for 6 of us. The location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood Safeway was 1.3 miles away, and lots of restaurants nearby that were really good. All in all, a perfect getaway! We will be back

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It had nice amenities and was super clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and the putting green. The location was perfect for us as well. We will book again when we are in the area.

The house was wonderfully private and accommodating! The host was very helpful as we had difficulty getting the hot tub going. They handled it remotely and on time! We would definitely stay again!

Very clean and very comfortable. Did address a couple of small issues with manager and was responded to promptly.

The property was nice and clean on the inside. The outside looked like it had not been cleaned up when we arrived. The pool was great! The online pictures made the property look a little better than it was. There were a few things inside the house that didn’t work such as a bedroom fan. Overall it was a good experience.

Nice quiet steet with a awesome pool , had a wonderful time

Overall the house was nice with a great pool. The home does need some TLC. We had the smoke alarm go off when we cooked and when we opened the bathroom door after a shower. Also, the master bedroom could use room darkening drapes. Besides those minor things, the pool and fire pit were great.

Excellent place to stay for family. My son is disabled and appreciated safety features with doors and pool. We stay in many VRBOs and really used most fears of this home. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful property. The interior of the home was spacious and nicely decorated. However the backyard was our favorite spot. We loved the heated pool, fire pit and putting green. We spent a majority of our time outside. Would definitely recommend this property to families. It would also be a great location for a girls/guys trip.

The backyard oasis was perfect for our getaway! This backyard had it all for our entertainment! The interior of the house had some issues but communicated with the owner and was responsive and tried to resolve the issues but was unable to at no fault of theirs. This is an older property that has been remodeled so there will be small issues but overall great property.

This house was perfect for our stay for a concert. Quiet area, but not far from restaurants and other things. Pool and hot tub are great. A few things on the property are in need of repair, but nothing adversely affected our stay

Vacation rental was in very good condition and clean. Lots of prepping and cooking space in the kitchen (just watch your head on the hood range if you’re tall like me). Stefanie was very helpful, and very quick to respond, when I had technical difficulties (due to myself, not the equipment) switching and adjusting the pool heater. Pool was clean and warm when heated, perfect for our 3 month olds first swim! Overall great stay.

Nice property

I was incredibly impressed with this exceptional property while viewing (and choosing) it online, as well as during communications with the property manager prior to my arrival. When we walked in, we were greeted with a personal welcome message on a large interactive screen on the wall and experienced an immediate sense that this was our true 'home away from home' for the week - and vacation had now begun! :) This home is beautifully furnished, incredibly clean, welcoming and spacious! The backyard is a true oasis that includes a perfectly sized heated pool, hot tub, putting green, fire pit, relaxing furniture and more! The property management team was very kind & responsive to my few minor clarifying questions during the week and the check-in/check-out process was at my fingertips on the communication screen, making for more time to relax! This tool also helped us search and choose local restaurants, shopping areas and things to do while in Scottsdale (including surrounding areas). This was our first trip to Arizona, and it was a success! In summary - we will be back! 5 STARS! :)

Overall the property was great! Couple of things that stood out that would have made it more enjoyable were there was a old musty smell when first arriving. Outside lights on porch were off so arriving in the dark made it difficult to see. The putter was broken as well. The house was very clean and the welcome package was a nice touch. We especially liked the welcome screen with all the info needed to make our stay amazing.

We wanted to love our stay, however it fell shy of a perfect experience. We took the time to read all the reviews before booking in hopes that they had address several of the issues raised, only to find we had raise a few of our own. Indeed the umbrella did fall into the pool, luckily my teenagers were able to fish it out. Securing a large umbrella with rocks in lieu of bolting it down is a huge hazard. Bedroom 3 had zero light! None of the lamps worked, several of the outlets didn't work either. We swapped light bulbs , tested many of the outlets and ultimately had to move one of the lamps from the primary into bed 3. Easy enough. Sadly, the house definitively smelled of smoke. While clean when we walked it, the overwhelming odor of cleaning products covered up the cigarette stench. It took about an hour for us to notice. The primary bath toilet had also not been addressed, this was a huge pain for the men in the house. All of this was relayed to the manager of the property. In better news the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the grille was clean which we truly appreciated.

We didn't stay at the home much, but the home was a great place to relax at after a long day of work. Probably coming back.

Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood that had everything we needed for our stay. The comforts of home as we call it when we travel for work. John

We enjoyed our stay, but would have LOVED it, if not for a few potential improvements (really ... do these!). 1. Lights! We arrived after sunset - Turn on exterior lights and at least one interior light for your guests. 2. Buy some scented plug-ins! No one's house smells minty-fresh without some air circulating. These are a Real Estate essential - they will help! 3. Wash those darn area rugs (kitchen) and have all the bedroom carpets shampooed by a professional. 4. Invest! in shutters or 3" blinds for all the windows. Too dark and dreary without and too "exposed" if you dare peek out the curtains (those are not hip enough for this cute house anyway). 5. Clean those outside cushions! 6. Garbage dumpster was fallen over and stinky when we arrived. Easy fix before the carport is swept. Picky, yes ... but that house is too adorable to not fetch a higher rental fee based on these few details! Thanks for the hospitality!
