Breakfast was included and met our needs. Only one person replenishing buffet and her kitchen limited. She struggled to meet demands of the the number of guests. Nice variety for overnight guest of eggs, waffles, muffins, yogurt, cereal, etc

Dark rooms with only 1 towel each. We stayed 3 nights and no room service unless requested. Housekeeping was available for requests and we got more towels.

The place was clean.

Lots of noise coming from outside the door and you can hear the neighbors in their room.

Breakfast was very good. A nice omelet and fried potatoes were a change from the usual hot breakfast offerings of scrambled eggs and sausage. Very light and tasty.

On the negative side--there was only 1 towel rack for 4 towels in a bedroom with two queen beds (for 4 people). Stayed at Sleep Inn in Flagstaff with the same layout and they had a nice towel rack with a shelf and towel bard behind the toilet, in addition to the regular towel rack. Many fewer TV channels offered than in the Sleep Inn in Flagstaff.

Breakfast is very good and good variety of items

We have stayed there quite a few times, the pillows always have body odor so I bring fabrezze with me, but all hotel are the same even the ones in Vegas ( NYNY )

Came home with bed bug bites

it has been well maintained and clean. They also provided shuttle service to and from the WM Open which was so amazing .

You could hear the guests talking and shouting in the hallway in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was better than expected. Eggs/sausage/potatoes, also yogurt, coffee, etc. only one fruit choice.

Minor issues with maintenance; but quickly resolved by staff.

I liked the location.

The breakfast there needs help. The only fruit was a little tangerine. No bananas and the tiny omelette and ham were not really hot. The walls are not sound proof as I could hear a room close by when they use the bathroom on the third floor. Also, no shampoo.

It was good value and very clean. An older hotel, but it had breakfast, and again, it was very clean. Excellent customer service.

The lady at the front desk quickly took care of our early check in with the manager. They are very excellent customer service.

Pool was good nice grounds.

Someone needs to spend a night in 101 really loud plumbing sounds here and a really noisy fridge.
