What a beautiful lakeside log cabin home! An easy 10 minute drive to Eagle River with an immediate easy access to Catfish Lake, we enjoyed the convenience of our place while we golfed, kayaked and dined in the area.
The place was impeccably clean (no small feat given the contours and surface area of a log cabin design), spacious and impressively furnished. The furniture in the large living spaces was exceptional, with plenty of seating for a large group. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. While we were a small group of two couples, we were all impressed with the design and comfort of this grand home. A large group would absolutely appreciate a stay here.

Property was spacious enough for our whole family. We enjoyed the whole Up North feel from the log cabin to the wonderful outdoor property. Very peaceful spot on a beautiful lake. Were able to rent a pontoon boat at a nearby marina.

The property is like your own private park with outstanding views. Great deck seating up and downstairs, and the fire pit warmed us nightly. Indoors has everything, with a GREAT fireplace upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen.

Well furnished! Comfortable/plentiful seating/sleeping accommodations. Indoor & outdoor recreational activities were great - with kids enjoying immensely. We did have to wash a number of kitchen items prior to using, as they were notably dirty/sticky. We tried to use the dishwasher, but it would not close/lock in order to run, so we ended up having to do a lot of dishwashing by hand in single sink all week. Washer & dryer were great. WiFi was slow and TV reception not great, but didn't watch much as we spend majority of time outdoors. Very quiet allowing us to hear the lake loons - a real bonus! No neighbors home until final day, when they arrived with a barking dog whenever we were outside. Fire pit was also a real nice experience. Overall, a very enjoyable week!

The lodge was clean and property well maintained. The kitchen was large and had two usable tables and 4 seats at the bar. The kitchen was poorly stocked for large groups that cook. The property comfortably sleeps 13 maximum. The upstairs of the lodge has a very steep incline/decline staircase which is not safe for children or physically challenged individuals. Catfish lake is a great swimming and fishing lake. The property has a nice dock to park a boat and misc. water toys. We enjoyed the fire pit and the patio tables and chairs were well maintained. Great location and lake!

Needing a larger property for a snowmobile trip that could offer sleeping for 11, this place delivered. Great to have 3 full bathrooms, a pool table and other games available to enjoy. Cooking for a large group was a cinch with all the cookware and utensils you could want.
I would like to have the property owners do a little touch up on a couple items. There was a broken loose tile in the main bathroom shower. Some of the kitchen cabinets were in need of some attention as well with loose knobs and not closing properly. Overall not a deal breaker and I would not hesitate to rent here again!

It's absolutely a stunning property from the moment you walk into the house, to the view of the lake and the spaciousness of the lot.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend for 9 adults. The house is large and well equipped. The lakefront property the house is situated on is expansive with enough room for all sorts of activities including a mini-beach with sand. The dock was perfect for our pontoon rental and we enjoyed boating on Catfish Lake and the chain of lakes that it is connected to. The only cons I would include with my review is that there are no spices in the kitchen including salt and pepper and although there is a canoe and rowboat for use, no floatation devices were supplied which are required by the WI DNR for all watercraft occupants. Would still highly recommend!

Lovely home, beautiful views
If your viewing this property…go ahead and book it! You won’t be sorry! The home is absolutely beautiful! And the lot the home sits on is incredible! The only thing I would pre-warn you is that although there is lots of dishes, pots and pans… this home doesn’t have any “extra items” such as Pam, tinfoil, dish soap, salt/pepper…. Book it! Bring plenty of cooking supplies if you wish to cook and enjoy your stay!

The home was a dream for us. We loved the space, the wood work, and the location. We had so much fun enjoying the snow in April. Very clean and spacious and the kitchen was perfect for cooking big family meals. We can't wait to go back.

Friends weekend
The house was great and really well stocked. The communication during our stay was excellent. The game room was perfect and fun for our group. The only complaint, which really isn't complaining, but bigger TV's would have been great since we were there to watch the Packer game, but we managed just fine with the smaller screen. Great place!!!

Cozy house, great piece of property, but…
This is a super cozy house in a great location, and on a very appealing piece of property that affords lots of privacy. Importantly, the Vacasa reps in the area were incredibly respondent, proactive, and friendly. However, not sure we’d stay here again on account of the water situation in the house. Specifically, the water had a noticeable smell in the shower. The color of the water coming out of the sink taps was gross, even after boiling it. We didn’t feel clean after showering, and didn’t trust the water enough to use the washer and dryer. We tried not to think about the dishwasher and dishwashing effectiveness. Any more than the three days we were there would have been a problem

Our multigenerational family had a great stay in this home. The cabin has clearly been beautifully crafted, if getting a little dated in terms of some of the interior at this point. There were several bed options in the loft giving some flexibility in terms of sleeping arrangements (although lacking in privacy).
Not a lot of bathrooms (3 full, one on each floor), with the main floor bathroom also serving as the general powder room, and the top floor bathroom quite cramped space wise.
Really home-like feel, very cozy.
Great lot on a point with a small private beach and dock for a boat, as well as a playlet for the kids.
Very scenic area and lake.
Recommended.

Just perfect!
Beautiful home, perfect location, great amenities, nice beach and frontage, deer so tame they come and eat popcorn out of your hand. Conveniently across the lake from Boat Sport Marina so you can rent a boat and dock it at your pier. Just wish they allowed a small dog. Had a blast and will definitely be back!!

Great place that hasn't been updated in years
It's a great property. Hard to go wrong here, but they haven't updated anything, literally anything (maybe towels?) since we stayed here last time a few years ago. They have the same gas weber grill that took some real work to get going. Burners didn'twant to burn. Clogged mess. It's not like it needs much of an update, most stuff lasts for years. Pots and pans, blankets, etc. But the grill. Oh man.. Buy a new grill please.

it’s a large & wonderful place for multiple families BUT for the amount of rent THERE SHOULD BE A GENERATOR AS OUR POWER WAS OUT FOR 12 hours ….. no water, no internet, no tv , and NO TOILETS
