Suite had a door for sound on the bedroom.

We came at 9pm. I had called a couple of days before to confirm that our disability room would not be given away, but they still gave us the wrong room type anyway. The staff person on site said the room was just around the corner, but it was down two long hallways. I walked all the way back and she gave us another wrong room (again, not for the disabled). When asked why we were being given these and why, at this point, we weren’t given an upgrade, the staff person “mentioned” we had booked through third party so they couldn’t guarantee the room type. I informed her that if the company doesn’t want business, it’s free not to contract with third parties. She then gave us a suite that still didn’t have a step in or roll in shower, but by that time, we were exhausted. The room was okay, but it was difficult for me to get in and out of the bath before my surgery the next morning. Your staff need better training and you need to stop penalizing third party customers. We expect the same courtesy as if we had booked directly.

The man at the front desk was very unfriendly and I felt like I was not attended to personally .

Clean, kids enjoyed the pool, beds & pillows were great, all of us enjoyed breakfast. Thank you!

Spacious rooms and whirlpool tub

Breakfast was horrible No non pork options… oatmeal was old. Very old and runny. As a serve safe kitchen manager I was very disappointed and upset because that was the only option I had to eat. For hot breakfast so I had to go hungry.

Breakfast was good, offered quite a few options. Staff was attentive to making sure that supplies were kept up & messes cleaned quickly.

Not enough time to use all of the facilities.
