Nice clean cabin high up in the mountains was ok but rock roads were not expected. The road needs to be improved to asphalt. Location was good for our stay.

We loved the cabin. We had 8 adults and each couple had their own bedroom and bathrooms! Everything was very clean and the condo has all the amenities you need. We will definitely look into this cabin again the next time we go to the Smoky Mountains.

This was the most beautiful cabin with an amazing view. We had plenty of room for everyone and plenty of things to do. The hot tub was great after a long day of spending time out and about. My only regret is that I cannot live there for the rest of my life.

Everyone had a wonderful week with the spacious rooms and views! We had a visit from 2 cubs and mamma bear the first evening. Bear Ridge had all the amenities listed, along with plenty of towels and blankets. It was cozy and not far at all from Pigeon Forge attractions.

We took our parents with us and having 2 bedrooms on the main level was great. Cabin was immaculate and owner was so easy to deal with.

We have been going to Pigeon Forge for 35 year. This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed at. My family loved this house. So clean. Well stocked. Great Location. The owner was very pleasant. We will definitely stay again.

Loved the view, cleanliness, details in themed decorations (bears). The toddlers had a great time of bear hunting almost 300 (inside)!

This was our first trip with extended family and it was fantastic. The house was welcoming and ideally situated for what we wanted to do. Beautiful view. Would definitely recommend.

Cabin was extremely clean and roomy. Great for large groups. Road going back to cabin is not very biker friendly or great for a truck pulling a trailer. However, we made it there and had a great stay! Views were fabulous! Plenty of room on the two porches to sit and relax.

Perfect place for our first whole family vacation!! Amazing scenery! Very clean and well kept property! Definitely plan to come back and stay here again!!

Coming from a big city I wanted to have a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, that’s exactly what I got. This is a beautiful home with everything you need to have a confortable vacation. My family entire family (group of 8 adults 3 children) was very happy with the accommodations. Owner was very attentive with any questions throughout our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again.

This cabin was amazing!! I don't have one bad to say about it. I read a lot of reviews on issues with the hot tub but we had no issues. It's dated but it still did the job. The sauna is great. We had 12 people overall and we were never or ever felt crowded.

There were 8 of us ranging in age from 6 to 74. The house was a perfect size for us. There was more than enough room for us to spread out and the house was very clean and looks like the photos online. The drive up is steep and we, who live in Houston, were unaccustomed to driving up a mountain with narrow roads! In addition, we do not have 4 wheel drive and our starting day was the day of a late spring snowstorm! We could not even make it up the first hill in our van so we spent the night in town. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The house came stocked with some basic condiments and supplies. However, if you are arriving in the late afternoon, you should arrive with your dinner for the evening and any other supplies that you might require. The only real part of the road that I did not care for was the gravel road because only one car can drive each way at a time. There is only one home that overlooks this house and when the trees are green, I'm sure you do not even see that house. We could see other children there, about the age of our grandchildren and I think they were envious of the way our grandchildren were running around outside, making up all sorts of games and actually rolling down the hill which they thought was great fun! We actually saw wild turkeys but no bears (for which I was very glad!). The views from the house are gorgeous and overall it is a very peaceful place and one would not know that it is really only a short ride into Pigeon Forge.

Overall very good place except for hot tub. Kids were excited to use it but water in it was not clean and tub it self had some stains.

Our family has made an annual trip to the smokies for 20 years and have rented a different cabin every trip. From now on, if this property is available we are going to book it. There is no reason to look for another one for us. The view is incredible and the convenience to pigeon forge is great, not to mention the cabin itself is very well kept and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

We loved staying in Bear Ridge! The views were indescribable! Rooms are spacious, windows all over, huge wrap around decks were lovely, and the hot tub was big enough for the whole family to enjoy! The road to the cabin does involve a gravel road, so prepare for your cars to be a little muddy. The driveway also has some fallen rocks near the edge of the parking spaces that made it a little difficult to back up, but it did have several places to park for large families! The owner was great at responding to any issues we had during our stay. Our only complaints were that the climate was hard to control in the cabin. The upstairs and main floor would freeze while the basement would be very hot, no matter what the thermostat was set to. Another minor issue we had was that because there is not much insulation, you can hear every little creak in the floor or toilet flush on every level of the house. It made it a little rough to sleep in. Other than that, the cabin was great and we had so much fun! A bear (or bears) knocked over our trash can on the last morning there and made our day! We got to see some action up close! Highly recommend!

Cabin was clean, well maintained and everything in working order. Fully equipped kitchen. Easily accommodated our party of nine. Great view. Only issue was with the hot tub. It worked well but was in need of a cleaning and no chemicals in dispenser. A;so, limited supply of tiolet paper and paper towels

BEAUTIFUL views!!!! Loved that we had a bathroom for every bedroom. Close to town but felt like we were in the middle of nowhere.

Really enjoyed out stay and would definitely book again. The host is extremely easy to work with went out of her way to accommodate our stay. I highly recommend and will definitely book again!

This vacation property exceeded our expectations. The property was well maintained and had all the key essentials one would need on vacation. The one thing we struggled with was the internet. The views from the deck and hot tub were amazing. Having 4 1/2 baths was also a huge plus for my family. Each couple had their own bathroom. It was the ideal getaway and would love to come back.

We had a great experience at this house. It was large enough to accommodate 4 families (grandparents with 3 adult siblings’ families). We made meals at home and the kitchen and dining space was large and accommodated us perfectly. The deck and views are great.
