Cons: The stairs are a huge killer. My in-laws weren’t happy. Would help to have an elevator. Not ADA friendly at all. Too many pots and pan in kitchen leave zero room for storage. Our food was all over the place. Kitchen counter space is very small for cooking and prepping. Ice maker not working. Sofa bed super old, most uncomfortable sofa in the world-pro tip: bring an inflatable mattress and ditch the sofa bed. No towel hangers in bathrooms or bedrooms. Bedroom fan noisy, my husband had to attach to ceiling. Shower upstairs can have better setup, everything gets wet and no water pressure at all. Can’t control A/C, hot during daytime, freezing at night. Backyard filthy, pool full of sand and barely maintained. Grills full of grease, burn food. Nobody came to clean up patio, spray for bugs or trim overgrown foliage. We had to clean after previous messy renters and messy neighbors on apt A. Dryer old, sounds like a screaming gorilla. Gross. Pros: beds are ok. Clean sheets and towels. Location is perfect. Parking is comfortable for 3 cars. Quiet and private. Pool is a plus for kids after a nice morning at the beach or for a night swim. Management responded quickly to fridge issue but never fixed the ice maker as promised. We’d like to explore options with elevator or one-story for next year. We won’t be coming back to this one mostly because of stairs.

This condo is in a great location for beach lovers and Avery short trolley ride to the village. I’d like to give a five star review but the condition of the furniture can’t be ignored. It’s just bad. The two couches were uncomfortable and dirty. We covered them with a blanket. The mattress and bedding needs replacing. Most of the outdoor furniture is at best uncomfortable. The unit, location and service was great.

It was a rocky start but it worked out. Communication was a bit rough on some issues, we had a hard time opening the rec room and the person responding seemed annoyed like we should know. When I first arrived I noticed the front door was so dirty, not a great first impression as I wanted everything to be special because it was my 50th birthday and my friends came from all over. I ended up cleaning the door myself. Everything seemed fairly clean, but the pull out sofa had stains. My friend slept on the couch and we asked for blankets they first said they were there, they weren't, then again they said the company doesn't provide any, then third time we received blankets. There were a few small roaches, but understandable as it is Florida. Pretty fully stocked kitchen except no can opener, maybe someone had taken it. The toilets were a slow to flush. The outside seating was not as clean. Everything was taken care of eventually. I paid for this place because my friends came from all over, despite these mishaps it turned out to be a special time because what mattered was I was together with my besties. The location was the best part and trolleys are always right there and the Village was like a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful place to stay. Great location. We loved the pool and short walk across the street to the beach. Ready to go back!

Stayed here for my friends bachelorette party. Great property and amazing location! Breach is right across the street and just a short walk to town. Pool was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for. Had a great time and the location is perfect! Walking distance from restaurants and shops!

Location is great. Right across from the beach and .5 miles from the village. The biggest issue is just that the place was dirty. The furniture fabric throughout had stains on the upholstery. Even the pool table (which is “dead” making it really useless) had just dirty stains all over it. The pictures and other wall decor had thick layers of dust on it. The smell in the game room was just bad. Basically, it’s one of those places where you just felt like you don’t want to take your shoes off..if that makes sense. I would definitely not stay here again because of the cleanliness but if that doesn’t bother you, the pool, location to the beach, and overall convenience of the property in relation to the Key is good. With this, working with Seista Key Luxury Property was great. They were very good at answering questions and being available when needed. Although I would never stay in this property again, I would definitely work with this team again for another vacation trip. PS - I never complained to Seista Key Prop team about the cleanliness as that places needs major cleaning and even replacing some furniture. We just simply dealt with it. Furthermore, I would had never mentioned it but I continued to get emails from VRBO to give the place a review. So, hopefully those emails will stop as well.

Our kids & adults enjoyed the pool and especially the game room. About a 10 min walk from the strip but who doesn’t need the extra walk while on vacation.

This was an awesome location - right across the street from public beach access. Plus there was a beach wagon to use. Having a pool was wonderful as with a young one the beach was not always our best option. I love that there was also a gate at the top of the stairs on back patio! The game room was an added bonus as able to still be down by the pool and let those that didn't want sun be indoors or for a child to nap. Overall for the price and location would definitely stay again.

This is a great location and nice place. You do share the pool with the other unit which I don’t remember reading. Overall it was a great place. Close to Siesta Key Village and the main public beach. There’s also a beach access across the street. You may use it for extra parking also. We rented a golf cart and had so much fun! Property manager was great also.

small place , its actually good for 8 only for small people. Its advertise as good for 10. We were cramped.

Would have liked to open windows/doors for the house to air out a bit, but that shuts the A/C off. We would stay at this home again.

Rented for family members down for wedding . 3 sisters and their immediate families . House was perfect

This property is beautifully decorated in an amazing location. It felt very cozy and comfortable staying here. There were a few minor details that need attention for the next family or group staying there but overall it really is a great place. For one, half of the lights in the gameroom were not working, the toilet upstairs broke twice during our 5 day stay but the Concierge's-Stephen was extremly attentive and sent someone right away, and the floors in the living room were not visibly dirty but all of our feet were so black full of dirt that it was noticeable the floors had not been moped in awhile. We also noticed one of the barbque's still had food from the previous group stay that had been forgotten. None of these things ruined our stay but cleanliness for me is key especially during these times.

Called and expressed how bad it smelled of smoke. Manager did drop off some plug ins but it really did not help. Also, the pool has a valve that has a very strong suction that injured my son. Patio furniture very dirty. Overall very disappointed

Perfect space for our family and friends!

Great location across the street from beautiful Siesta Beach (access #10 on the map). Just a few blocks from the lively Siesta Key Village with its bars, restaurants and Big Olaf's (among other frozen dessert vendors). The property managers are thoughtful and responsive. They provide starter dishsoap, laundry soap, paper towels and other supplies. as well as, plenty of bath and beach towels. All we had to do upon arrival was hop in the heated pool. There are two immaculate grills by the pool, one for each unit. We preferred to take advantage of nearby restaurants (The Hub for tacos, Riptide for pizza, the Salty Dog and the Sun Garden Cafe are favorites) or we buy something at Morton's market and deli on the strip. Beautiful sunsets. And very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay with our son and his family. If we had rented both sides of the duplex, our entire extended family could stay. Maybe next time.

The location was perfect for our family. Everything was very clean and well decorated.
