The property was immaculate and luxurious. The art was great, kitchen stocked well, had all the extras you could think of (including water and chocolates by each bed), location fantastic and the property manager very responsive. She gave us great restaurant suggestions and responded quickly to any questions or needs. We loved the rooftop deck with view! There are lots of stairs but there is a room on the ground floor for anyone who struggles. We had a great girls weekend with 8 people and never felt cramped.

Loved our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The only complaint is the first image of the balcony view is outdated - there's now a new high rise under construction that blocks that whole view of downtown. But the interior of the space was lovely and just what we expected.

The house and surrounding area was fantastic. We had a wonderful thanksgiving and enjoyed several amenities in the area including the Kris Kringle Market, the Bean, and many restaurants. The house accommodations were great and very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This was the perfect place for 6 girls for a long get away --- do some shopping, sight-seeing, experience Chicago eats and then relax, play cards and drink wine!

This was hands down one of the best experiences, if not the best experience I have had. The home was exactly as described and portrayed in the photos & the host was so friendly, responsive and very accommodating! The rental is extremely comfortable and a great layout for muti-generational families. My husband and I stayed with our two young teenagers & grandma who came up to visit from Urbana. Everyone felt as if we each had our own private space since the rental is uniquely split into 4 levels with the family hub/meeting area being the large main level with fully stocked kitchen, large dining area and huge comfortable sectional that we mainly hung out at. We played board games (provided by the rental), watched Netflix movies & went out to local restaurants and bars at the up & coming Fulton Market district which is only a few short blocks away. We all felt extremely safe walking everywhere we went, & there is a nearby Whole foods if you need to grocery shop. Short Lyft to Eatily, Navy Pier and the museums on Michigan Ave (also walkable distance if grandma was not with us). Note the lightrail is nearby (as portrayed in the photos) so if you are an ultra light sleeper, you could bring earplugs, although we all personally did not feel it was loud and found it even quite comforting. Seriously this rental is a gem, you will not be dissapointed!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at Michelle's home. The property is well equipped (appliances, etc), and has comfy furniture/beds and stylish decor. There was great separation of space, and we enjoyed the views from the small deck off the fourth floor and the location was great... blocks from bars & restaurants. Michelle was super responsive and accommodating and added lots of little personal touches. Would stay again!

Girlfriends for 50 years stayed at this lovely home for 4 nites! It was wonderful in every way! Michelle is so helpful and easy to work with. We had everything we needed! A group of friends & I stayed here for a girls trip; it was fantastic! The townhouse is beautiful & looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean & spacious. Beds & pillows were super comfortable. The front door is opened using a passcode so it was really convenient not to have to carry keys all around Chicago. The location is perfect with tons of fun bars & restaurants within walking distance. The only suggestion would be to turn down the air conditioner a day before guests arrive. The bottom 2 floors took quite a while to cool down once we arrived; it was a very hot weekend in general so maybe just a fluke. Otherwise, we loved our stay in this Fulton Market townhome. Would definitely stay again!

Michelle and Marc’s place was the perfect spot for our long weekend in Chicago. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was convenient to the airports, provided easy access to downtown (walk, bike, bus, train or Uber) and the Fulton Market District was an easy walk to amazing bars, restaurants, and shops. We biked to Millennium Park, went for a run on the riverwalk, ate and drank our way through the city, and saw Hamilton. Each night was capped off with a glass of wine on the rooftop deck surrounded by the lights of the downtown skyline. This is the perfect location for any group. Our group of 7 was comfortable and had room to spare. Do not hesitate to book this place. You will not regret it.

This was the very best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had. The house is immaculate, looks even better than the pictures, and they had everything you could need for a lovely stay. Michelle was great and the contact who greeted us, Sammie, was kind, communicative, warm and helpful. My team was in town for a trade show and this was the perfect location, and “home” to crash at in the evenings. Thank you!! Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely what we needed. We arrived exhausted after a long drive into Chicago, we were ready to take a break. Michelle guided us through check-in and also made themselves available for any questions. This Home had all the little extras that we didn't realize would make our stay more comfortable. It's convenient to all of.the good shopping and eateries. This is a definite do-again place. Lovely stay and great hosts. Don't hesitate to book this. I'm glad we did.

My wife and I have two young girls and needed a place that is spacious enough for us all to be comfortable and clean enough for us to trust having our girls in. This rental had both in spades! Not only that, it was quite luxurious, especially the master suite. We could put the girls to sleep upstairs and have enough space in between to have our own adult fun downstairs without fear of waking up the girls. It’s own parking garage to have our car is such a perk in Chicago! It’s location is very close to navy pier and high end shopping. It’s also nestled among many fantastic restaurants. We will certainly come back to this rental when we visit Chicago. It will be our home away from home. Also, Michelle Murphy was awesome and very communicative prior to and during our stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here, you have my word.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s home for a girls weekend in Chicago. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us and the location was perfect, close to the great restaurants, bars, and shopping in west loop. Michelle was easy to get in touch with when coordinating our arrival and we would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. We had a girls weekend and the place was perfect! Super clean, great beds, nice bedding and great setup. The neighborhood was another plus...short easy walk to tons of great restaurants. Only suggestion is maybe add a Bluetooth speaker...maybe there is one but we couldn’t find one and we would have enjoyed playing music while we hung out. Thanks for the great weekend!

This townhouse was perfect for our girls reunion weekend. Accommodations were exceptional. Extremely clean and well-appointed. Was larger than appeared in pictures and had plenty of space for 8 women. Located in a very hip neighborhood with short walk to great restaurants, starbucks, groceries, etc. Longer walk to Riverwalk or Michigan Ave. Loved the roof deck, comfortable living space, 4 bathrooms for makeup and hair, walk to Jewel for more wine and Do-rite donuts. I could live here!

This house was perfect for our group of 6. Michelle was extremely gracious and accommodating to allow an early check in. The house had everything we could have wanted, including very comfortable bedding - even the twin bed mattresses were fantastic. Thr living spaces were very inviting as well. The location was wonderful with many dining options nearby and easy for our group to access the Laver Cup at the United Center a mile or more away. We even walked back from there a couple nights and found the area very safe and easy to get around. I would stay here again without hesitation if I have a reason to be with a group in Chicago.

I am a mom of 3 and majority of my girlfriends have kids as well. We discussed starting our first girls trip and settled on Chicago since none of us have been before! I stumbled upon this house and after showing the girls, we booked it almost instantly!! I’m so glad we did. It’s beautiful, roomy (we had 8 girls) and it’s walking distance to the L trains! It is a little bit of a hike to walk into downtown. It’s about 30 minutes or so to walk. The view of the city from the top balcony is stunning! Makes for a beautiful backdrop for pictures! Michelle had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked two nights of the three we were there and didn’t need to bring anything but our groceries. The neighborhood is quite quaint and there was no reason to worry about disturbance from the streets or other surrounding homes. The house was clean and the bedding/towels smelled like they were fresh out of the dryer (that is also provided for use!). There was plenty of items for everyone to use. Don’t hesitate to book this house. You won’t regret it! I’ll definifely be booking this again in the future! Thank you, again Michelle! It was fantastic!

We stayed there with our 19 month old and nanny for a wedding. It was the perfect location for us and had plenty of space to make ourself at home. Kitchen was fully equipped to allow us to prepare some family meals. We felt very at home here. Next time we are in Chicago we will definitely be staying here again. Great value for any family adventure.

Michelle’s home was lovely and perfect for my family (including children and my mother). The location was fantastic, and everything was clean and well kept. We loved having the separated living spaces and bedrooms on different floors and used every room in the house during our stay! We definitely will keep this place on our list for future Chicago visits!

Great location—perfect for our family in from out of town for graduation. Although a rainy weekend, plenty to do nearby in Fulton Market District.
