We were very happy with the location and accommodations seeing as we were working across the street. The property manager was super helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The home was clean and easy to access.

Would stay here again. Great location and was very pleased with everything.

We had a great stay at this property! The location is incredible, just a few blocks from everything. Our favorite meal was right across the street at Bijou! Definitely recommend for a big group.

The overall stay was great. We had a small issue with beds since it was a guys trip but it was all figured out and didn’t put a damper on the trip. I’d book again if visiting Nola

Staying at the French Quarter Townhouses was such a wonderful treat. The location is amazing, comfortable beds, ice and water waiting for us. Mike makes sure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay!

We enjoyed this place a lot - it had all the stuff you needed, nice sitting area, plenty of beds. Easy check in an checkout. Location is top notch, and parking was easy. It wasn’t totally clear from the listing (or at least I couldn’t tell), but the bedrooms don’t have doors, so one of the bedrooms is basically an extension of the living room. Not a huge deal and wasn’t a problem for our group, but something to note. That notwithstanding, still a great place at a great price.

We all had a blast!!! Only thing missing was fans.. lol !!! Clean and roomy.. will definitely book again!!!!

We loved this rental. We felt so safe staying here. Multiple gate and door codes etc. The hosts were incredible. Even the cleaning lady at property was so kind and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay at this property. Mike met us outside when we arrived and showed us how to check in and use the gate for parking. He was very sweet and very accommodating to us checking in early and out late. He was always available for us if needed. We love Mike! We had 9 people stay here for a bachelorette. It was a full house but had plenty of room and loved the back patio! The walk from bourbon street was perfect and we felt very safe in this location. Highly recommend staying here! Can’t wait wait to go back!

This is a wonderful property! Location is great and Mike called once we arrived to make sure that we had arrived ok and to see if we needed anything. The lagniappe of the beer and the wine was greatly appreciated and the snacks! We had a wonderful porch and courtyard that we took full advantage of the weather being so nice for Memorial Day. On a side note, the downstairs level where no one stayed, our other guest, couldn't make it, needs to be dusted around the lamp and table, there were quite a few flies in the room, which didn't make sense because we never let the door open. I would probably put up black out curtains to cut the street noise. There wasn't any coffee and we couldn't find any extra trash bags, but maybe there wasn't supposed to be anyway. The kitchen area had a strong musty smell, so strong, that it made me think there had been a water damage at one time. Just wanted to let you know. Again, it was easy and just what we needed for the first time back to the city after over a year! Thanks again!

Six of my friends and myself stayed here for a Bachelorette party. It was exactly as described, clean and well stocked. The house had a locked gate and it felt very safe. There were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and only a few blocks from bourbon. We walked everywhere and did not need to uber which was really nice. The outside area was really cool! Mike was very accommodating and was a great host. Would definitely recommend!

Our group of 8 had a fabulous Mardi Gras stay at this home that has a true traditional/historic New Orleans feel to it. The discreet gated access to the home and quaint courtyard is a great plus. We felt safe throughout our stay; including hanging out on the private interior porch into the wee hours of the night. Location is convenient to all the fun and food in the French Quarter and the Marigny. And ... Mike is simply the best!! Hands down the most attentive, friendly and knowledgeable guy about local spots one could hope to meet. Access to the nearby private parking lot was also an unexpected, wonderful luxury. Highest ratings.
