Meal price was a bit high for quantity

We loved the location near the highway, but very close to the river and no discernible highway noise. Welcomed by a herd of elk at hotel access road. Excellent access to Jasper town and scenic drives/walks. Rooms in the lodge part of the hotel are rustic and a little outdated, but fairly priced; next time might try to book a small bungalow/cabin. The restaurant food and the service in the Kumama restaurant associated with the hotel, were excellent. We will be back!

Person at the checkout desk was either too sleepy or an unpaid intern, had trouble understanding him.

The staff is so nice

The property was in a great rural location and just a short drive from the centre of Jasper. The room in the hotel was a nice size and clean and comfy. The location is great for spotting elk and we also saw a bald eagle fly down the river.

The wi fi is poor so the tv didn’t work either

Food in restaurant great.. more variety would have been nice.

Menu was pretty limited. Could have used a few more basics and more casual fare

Breakfast was very good, but the service was slow. A bit pricey.

I thought it was very expensive. But the room and service was wonderful.
