Views from hotel are amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The paid for breakfast options are excellent, with lots of gluten free options available. The onsite restaurant is very good for evening meals.

The rooms are very dark, the lighting not really adequate. We have stayed in two different room types (older style at the rear of the property and the newer ones with private balconies) and each have their own flaws and good points. The heating controls didn’t work, the room thermostat didn’t seem to function and the gas fireplace was sporadic. However, the air conditioning worked very well.

Location - the lake is beautiful even in winter and is just in front of the lodge. Hot Tub Sauna and steam room Service and friendly staff Huge window facing the lake and balcony Plenty of local lights in the room, making it very convenient to light up any part of the room

Tap water - even after boiling funny taste stays in coffee and tea. Upon departure we realized bottles of water were provided at front desk - oops! should request earlier.

Camera decadente, con odore sgradevole, vecchia da usura troppo usurata. Rumorosa: sentivamo in camera gli ospiti al piano sopra era come averli in camera con noi. Male gestione del personale ( che è stra gentile e disponibile) per le problematiche perché se si prenota tramite Booking.com ti chiedono di passare attraverso il sistema di Booking questo risulta noioso e seccante ed una perdita di tempo, perché se ho bisogno di una modifica e sono lì io personalmente davanti perché devo chiamare Booking ( spendere dei soldi nella chiamata ) attendere che Booking chiama la struttura quando io sono lì in carne ed ossa lì davanti? Per fortuna una ragazza ha capito il problema e ci ha risolto o almeno ci ha provato! Brava!

The view was amazing. Very tranquil.

The room was very very noisy....noise from upstairs and noise from the room to one side of us. Walls are very thin. Also terrible noise from fan in bathroom and water pipes ...even when another room used water the pipes made noise
