What a wonderful condo in a fantastic location!

We were five adults and there was more than enough room for every one! Loved how it had three bathrooms for each room! The condo was very clean, area around had so much to do and if we needed anything Stacy was right there to help! Can’t think of anything but a perfect time and place! We will be back for sure ! If you want to be on the beach, close to restaurants and activities, this is your best bet. 3bedrooms/bathrooms perfect for friends or large family. High end amenities with nothing left out. Perfect.

Our family of 5 (3 kids), absolutely loved our stay & hope to come back soon! A perfect spot for families to relax & enjoy the beach, walkable restaurants, stones throw from the ocean & small enough that it was never crowded.

The property was very comfortable and well supplied. We did not cook or use the grill but our needs were well met. Very nice and bright condo. Coffee on the upper deck was a good start for our mornings.

Crescent Beach and this condo are a little piece of heaven on earth. My husband and our three kids (ages 2, 5, and 8) stayed here the last week of August. It was magical. The condo is perfection. Everything from the artwork to the furniture is beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. Stacy was wonderful to work with, and thought of the smallest details. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the household items we needed including dishwasher and laundry detergent. We loved the big blue beach towels, it was so nice not having to pack those. And of course the balcony views are absolutely amazing. The pool is also outstanding. Clear, clean water and was never once crowded. Crescent beach exceeded all of our expectations. The white sugar sand and turquoise water are a dream. The thing that surprised us most was all the sea life we encountered. The first morning I took our older two kids swimming we only went out waist deep and still saw dozens of angelfish, trumpet fish, and schools of silvery “rainbow fish” as our daughter called them, not sure of their official name lol. A sea turtle nest hatched near the condo gate during our stay and we saw three baby sea turtles on two different occasions. Our last day at the beach while swimming at sunset, we saw a pod of dolphins swimming about 30 feet away from us. It was low tide and we weren’t far from shore, it was honestly as if the dolphins were coming to say hello. I mean. Talk about the experience of a lifetime. We spent most of our time at the beach or in the pool and in the condo, but the other areas of Siesta Key we explored were lovely. Turtle Beach is stunning, a totally different experience than Crescent Beach but equally wonderful. The sand is coarse, a salt and pepper mix with larger grains. The waves were rougher and the water more of a jade color. The whole area had kind of an otherworldly feel that was really neat. There’s also an adorable playground with a pirate ship right by the boardwalk. Be sure to stop by Jake’s ice cream, everything is homemade including the waffle cones. And Green Turtle Shell Gift Shop was so fun. We mostly cooked in the condo (Stacy has all the cookware, dishes, and even cooking spices you could ever need), but the two restaurants we tried, Mellow Mushroom and Dutch Valley, were excellent. 5 stars for Stacy’s condo, 5 stars for Crescent Beach, and 5 stars for Siesta Key ❤️❤️❤️

We travel a lot to Florida, and stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and I was really impressed with this unit! First of all, there's a lot of unit in this complex, but hands down, this unit is the best in the complex! It has its own private entrance to the beach rather than taking the elevator. It has amazing view, and extra seating outside compared to the other units. The cleanliness is amazing. I couldn't say enough things about this unit. The primary suite is gigantic. You wont regret renting from Stacy either. So accommodating!

The location can’t be beat & the condo is very well appointed. The spiral staircase off the patio was an added bonus I either missed from the description or wasn’t mentioned. It was so convenient to walk directly from the condo to the pool & beautiful beach… not having to take an elevator & walk through a hall to get into the condo was awesome! Stacy was incredibly helpful & went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. My only complaint would be the skylight in the second bedroom allows lights from the neighboring building to shine directly into the bedroom all night. A sleep mask solved the problem for us but a shade of some sort could be helpful. We absolutely LOVED our time at Siesta Key & the condo was a big part of our enjoyment!

My husband and I stayed the week with our grown kids and their partners. As three couples we each had our own bedroom and bath which was perfect. This is a beautiful condo. Gorgeous ocean views, super floor plan, awesome kitchen for cooking, well equipped for the beach. Nicely furnished…We loved the grill and fire table area out on the terrace. Because of dietary restrictions, we can’t do restaurants so being able to cook and hang out was very important to us. Also wanted private outdoor space due to Covid. We were disappointed that hot tub was under repair but the beach was beautiful. We loved playing corn hole with the set at the unit! I will note that the beach was very crowded with a large convention group while we were there after Christmas . As first timers to siesta key we didn’t know that was a thing. Much quieter our last day after they left… parking was easy, pool area seemed nice… we really enjoyed the unit. Owner was very responsive. One issue with broken microwave and she was right on it…

Spacious, updated, clean, beautiful condo directory on the beach. Beautiful furnishings. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Great location!

We spent the last week at this amazing property celebrating my 40th birthday. It was an amazing place! Easy access to the pool and ocean from our private staircase. Clean, very well stocked. Easy walking access to stores, bars and restaurants. We will return to this property. We decided it was the best place we have rented on VRBO and we have rented numerous places. The owner is very helpful and quickly responds. You will not regret renting this place!

This spacious condo is beautiful, immaculate, and very well maintained. It is located right by the pool and the beach. The host was exceptional and really gave us the VIP treatment. She went above and beyond in communicating not only check in/check out information but also provided things to do and popular restaurants. We will definitely book this property again. Everything we needed for a stress free vacation was provided. It was very convenient to park our car and ride the trolley. We had a fabulous vacation.

This was a fantastic retreat and a great find! The pictures do not do this property justice. The furniture and decor is high end and the condo itself is much bigger than anticipated. The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance and kitchenware you could think of. The private staircase to the pool was so convenient and other guests commented to us that we were lucky to have such easy access. The owner, Stacy is wonderful. She supplies the exact right amount of information without being overbearing and is very responsive. We will definitely stay here the next time we plan a trip to Siesta Key.

We loved staying at this absolutely beautiful condo for our Siesta Key trip. This is by far the most tastefully decolorated place that I've ever stayed in on Siesta Key! The condo is huge, super clean and very well stocked... best stocked condo I've ever stayed as well! It was wonderful using the stairs down from the patio to the pool & beach... so convenient! The sunsets from the upper balcony were absolutely stunning!! I can't say enough great things about our stay here. Stacy was wonderful to work with and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and rentals. The whole property is really 5 star all the way... super clean and well maintained. We loved this property! The condo was lovely, spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated and equipped. The beach was just steps away (although we did struggle with red tide for the first several days). Other than that, the beach was perfect - lots of soft, white sand and a company set up right there that would set up beach chairs and umbrellas (for a cost of course) every day. Thank goodness there was a pool to escape to which we got a lot of use out of. Our balcony was spacious with 2 levels allowing us to enjoy the gorgeous view. Parking and access to the condo from the garage was very convenient. Plenty of stores and restaurants and a Publix close by. Stacy was easy to communicate with and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. Would most definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated and very spacious. Incredible views of the gulf. Loved having a few bars and restaurants right across the street for the nights we just wanted to stay put. Would absolutely recommend this property!

Amazing apartment with gorgeous views of the beach!

This was a return stay for my family of 5 to this beautiful rental. We especially like the spaciousness of the condo and not all of us being on top of each other. The property is clean and the beds are comfortable. We appreciate the beach supplies i.e.) cooler, towels, extra chairs and toys. Two balconies with comfortable furniture that you can’t decide if you want to go to the beach or just watch from the comfort of your own condo. Communication with the owner is always easy and she responds immediately. Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation residence.

Everything was as expected or better, we really enjoyed staying at your place. Very smooth process and everyone enjoyed the amenities. The balcony is wonderful and perfect for eating outside or enjoying wine and watching a sunset.

No complaints whatsoever. Owner was very informative and easy to work with. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The location can’t be beat! Highly recommend!

Great unit and memories!!

“Wow!” Is the only word to describe this unit and it’s offerings. Location on Crescent Beach and of the unit were perfect. Even when it hit lower temps this week you could easily feel the warmth and sunshine on the protected decks. We enjoyed every sunset, shell collecting, the powder sand, luxury beach towels, and the little extras provided by the owner. Our children loved having eateries right across the street and I loved having every kitchen and bar gadget available to cook with. Beds were super comfy and the space for sprawling out was great. The spiral staircase pool and beach access was a game changer! Definitely will be back!!!!!

Absolutely loved our 2 week stay! Best location on Siesta Key! The two private outdoor decks are paradise. Stacy was a joy to rent from. Super responsive & great tips for the area. Already looking at dates for next year. Five stars!

This property is absolutely stunning. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. The views from the condo are amazing and we really enjoyed starting our day with coffee on the balcony.... so peaceful. It was hard to leave!!

The condo building is small, private and quiet. Loved the location, great beach walks each morning and beautiful sunsets. It was just me and my husband in this large unit. We wanted the beachfront with the private steps down. Clean, comfortable, well stocked condo. Nicely decorated, nice owner, friendly staff. The staff even provided my husband with everything he needed to wash his car. Walking distance to some restaurants but also easy drive to shopping and grocery stores in Sarasota. The wifi range wasn't very good for a few days but the building manager and owner quickly worked to get it fixed with Comcast.

After weeks of research, we felt so fortunate to have found this gem of a condo in a fabulous area for our girls week adventure. Very upscale accommodations and amenities galore. The owner has put so much thought into furnishing this place. The convenience of nearby great restaurants, small market with upscale food, free transportation to popular bar/shop/restaurant area, private stairs from condo to beach and pool area, second pool was very secluded and lovely, cooking in a well appointed kitchen and feeling safe with the excellent security in place made this a dream of a trip. The owner gave great suggestions including menu choices at a certain restaurant (it is one of the best things I have ever eaten!). She was also super responsive to all of our questions. Many thanks. Only problem, ---we had to leave after our week! But we'll be back!

Outstanding condo ... Meticulous, beautifully appointed. This was the most beautiful condo we have rented through VRBO. We had a wonderful view, the building is kept so well, and the people we met who were renting in the building were all impressed, and all very warm and friendly. There isn't a better spot on Siesta Key to enjoy the best beach in America. The facilities are outstanding and leave nothing to be desired. The most responsive owner I have ever worked with is an added plus to a beautiful unit that has everything you need for a fantastic trip. All newly appointed, fresh, clean and beautiful. Overall this is the place to stay without question.
