convenient location right across the Tim Hortons.

bedroom felt dusty upon check in. Because of the dusty room I kept sneezing. the weak AC almost seemed non existent. the additional fees for accommodating stains was outrageously high. although there are terms and conditions the charge felt unreasonable and it was never indicated that I’d be charged that much. Hotels are suppose to be able to have quality cleaning agents and never usually charge their guests but this one does which is disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here again. the location is great but there are other options for you that would be better.

When I requested a room with a view of the city, the staff complied immediately. Everything you would want or need is within walking distance from the hotel.

A balcony would have been nice, but other than that, it was perfect.

The hotel is cleaned, bed is comfy. very close to everything. The staff was amazing! Helpful, kind, generous. Nothing to complain

No kettle, i love coffee lol. Anyway there is a 7 eleven just next to the hotel.

In toilet no shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion only one liquid soap is kept that is not refiled during my stay duration. No breakfast available. No phone in the room is available. The size of the room is too small.
