i like the accommodating receptionist & helpful guard. the facility is old but its clean and neat so i dont mind. the AC is at good working condition. i got the room cheap but it was a nice experience. there was a blackout during the time of my stay, good thing they have a genset,.

The hotel did not accommodate us and the guard told us they were already fully booked when in fact I just booked them 15-20mins ago that day via booking.com app. I was told to just cancel the reservation and contact booking.com for a refund which I did but now they are telling me that I was on no show status that date, when I told them I went to the property and was not accommodated due to them being fully booked, I received a different reason why they will not refund me. They said I should have checked in at 2pm that day but I went there at around 9 pm. How can I check in at 2pm when I booked their hotel at around 8:45pm that day?

No receptionist around 8PM onwards. We have been charged on our credit card but the guard (acting as a receptionist) also asked to pay the amount again plus deposit fee. We dont have a choice but to pay it again. This place is a total scam and unprofessional. The assigned receptionist (morning) is not pleasing at all and rude. I guess this is the amount that we pay for. About the place? The only thing is comfortable is the bed. The CR had a stained pee so we need to scrub it with the provided toothbrush with alcohol, the tiles is not scrubbed and dirty, the hallway had a lot of folding beds at the sides, the TV is not working. All in all, its a total DISASTER. Will not book again and recommend this place. Disgusting

This is not to exaggerate. The bed is itchy and the room smells like feet. There is no hotel lobby, you will be met by the guard.

No kettle and fridge, no free coffee/tea either. The blinds/curtains aren't that helpful -it's too bright in the morning. Finally, I wasn't informed prior to stay that there will be a deposit. Good thing I got extra cash on hand.
