The hotel accommodation was lovely. The food in the coffee shop was disappointing however.

We had a wonderful stay at the homestead celebrating my partners birthday. Staff were very attentive and kind. The property is essentially brand new and our kind room was located on the second floor of a cottage like building. It had nice views from the deck and there was a nice community fire pit about 50’ from the entrance. Pools were amazing and we had a breakfast and dinner on property that were very good!

Although the property has a history with original buildings that are inaccessible, the amenities are modern with a farmhouse feel. Walking through the property, I was struck by the charm of it. The new pools, cozy coffee shop, and delicious menu in the restaurant we're all exceptional.

My kids loved the new pool! It was cold walking back and forth but it was nice that it was heated! We love escaping to the Homestead when we need a get away during a long break.

This place was so wonderful, better than I could have imagined. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The setting was incredible. ALL of the staff were the peak of professional. I witnessed another guest complain about other staff and berate staff at the front desk. They never faltered, maintained professionalism and composure. They shouldn't have had to deal with that, but they did their job and I want to give them specifically 5 stars. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful accommodations. Candace was wonderful and very helpful. The property has been updated and is beautiful. We hate to tell anyone about it cause we don’t want to have it become overcrowded. But it truly is so amazing and beautiful.

Beautiful property. Had diinner at Simon's Restaurant. It was very good. Because the property is so large, they have golf carts to take you to your room if you ask.

No electricity, tv didn’t work along with other items, kids bottom of feet were cut in the new pool, construction noise load. A wedding was there and partying all night. Supposedly becoming a Marriott AC. We have been going there for decades and the new ownership group has one vision push rates lower service.

Loved the new swiming pool plaza! Great place to stay for Swiss Days.

They charged my credit card after i had already paid through expedia. It has been a nightmare trying to get my money back. Then when I had to check out a day early for a family emergency, expedia gave me the runaround about getting a refund for the second night. I'm never using expedia or homestead ever again!

The network for the television was not working and even though a staff member “fixed” it 3 times it didn’t work longer than about 5 minutes. The forth time I finally called the front desk to talk to someone and had to leave a message. I requested some level of compensation but never heard another word from them.

We decided to take a little anniversary trip here for a night. The property itself was beautiful, we did some Golfing and walked around a bit. When we tried to check in the systems were down and we were never given a key, and all the other rooms had keys.The sweet girl at the front desk had to let us in our room until they could find our key, and we were told we would have to go back to the front desk to have them let us in everytime. Once in the room there is a slot on the wall that says to put your key in for power, however we had no key. When we called the front desk from our cell phone we had a bad connection and they were not very polite when we asked about the power, I guess any card works but we were never told until we called. I would like to try to give them another chance when all the systems are working, but it was not the greatest first experience.

Upon arrival systems were down and check in took 45 minutes and was very unprofessional. Finally get to our room which was nice but there was mice poop on our bed. Later in the evening and throughout the night the room began to smell of sewage that was so strong it woke us up. I expected more for spending over $400 for one night.

The property is great and the staff is great. I don’t recommend Simmons as a good eating option but 1886 grill is pretty good.

Loved our stay at the Homestead. Will definitely stay here again. The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous and very clean The swimming pool and pool area is beautiful. Also enjoyed golfing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Randomly chose this resort during our trip to Utah, we ended up saying two extra nights! Staff was kind and helpful from the front desk to the restraunt! Will be back!
