The Tupper Lake property was a nice place in a great location. It was perfect for a fall getaway. It fit three couples very comfortably. It is rustic but comfortable and it is accessible to hiking and boating and all the outdoor activities the Adirondacks have to offer. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

We absolutely adored this house and our two week stay on Tupper Lake. The view is spectacular and the house is super comfortable. Mike could not have been more helpful. Having the owner close by gave us a really good sense of security. The swimming was great and there's a lot to explore in the area both culturally as well as of course in the Great Outdoors.

Great house for our large family gathering ,enough room for all. WE enjoyed the fire pit at night, swimming and boating during the day and great family meals. Great view of the lake, the sunsets were beautiful. This was our second time staying at this house and hopefully we will return.

Beautiful and spacious house on Tupper Lake. Used the boathouse for our 17 foot boat. Walk to waterfront is down a slope and 2 sets of stairs. Beach is sandy and nice for swimming. Floating dock was described in the listing but was not there which was a disappointment. Indoor fireplace is beautiful. Lovely large lawn with lots of some wooden chairs to use.

The house worked well for our family of 14.

What a great house. Clean and spacious, old school ADK. Absolutely stunning views of the lake and sunset. I think we’ve found our new home.

The good:- beds were cozy.- plenty of space to spread out.- nice fireplace and firepit.- kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils.- very fun fishing on Tupper Lake! (I caught a northern in September)The less than good:- mice came around everynight and left droppings all over the kitchen and on our produce and vitamins, sunblock, etc.- the dust and mustiness of some areas of the house definitely triggered our allergies.- Due to the times, I ran disinfectant wipes on surfaces upon arrival and found that common surfaces were not completely clean.- we had a rental pontoon in the boat house and the boat house doorframe was tricky to manuever in and out of especially with wind/waves. lots of caked on pigeon poop in the boathouse.

We really enjoyed it,. There were 10 of us (4 kids 8 and under). The house was very comfortable - spacious; comfortable bedding; very clean; nice kitchen (we cooked a lot); good space for everybody to get together (living room; large dining table). We especially liked the picnic area - fire pit, large table for everybody, comfortable chairs. Kids had a lot of fun (friendly chipmunks was the highlight + fire pit). Lake and the beach are very nice (we slimmed; we also had kayaks). Everything is very kid-friendly, from floaties for the beach to a huge set of board games. Hikes in the area are excellent (2 that we enjoyed the most are Raquette Falls Trail and Black&Bridge Brook Ponds). Thank you !

The house is in a wonderful location right across the street from your own private beach. The kids lived it! We were able to rent a boat for the whole week from the The Red Top Inn and had a blast going on the beautiful lake. Large home with plenty of space for kids (6) to have their own beds. Able to go to the local park and play and hike local trail up Coney Mountain. Loved everything about it.

We couldn’t have been more happy staying here! Our kids loved the house, loved the property, loved the lake. Owners could not have been more friendly or helpful. Missing the lake house already!

Great vacation!

Mission accomplished! Our family needed a safe place to get away from this current craziness, to relax and regenerate our collective energy. The location on Tupper Lake was excellent, providing us access to the lake, close proximity to a golf course, excellent hiking, kayaking, fishing, a fire pit and enough room in the house to just chill. We utilized the kitchen, outdoor grill and we even brought a smoker with us to make all of our daily meals. Everything we experienced was consistent with how the propriety was advertised and we will definitely consider returning.

We really enjoyed the home & location. It fit our party well, 14 people and we rented the adjoining apartment - really glad we did. There was no body soap for the showers, which was odd.

After full days of canoeing, boating, taking a hike or visiting one of the new eateries and breweries in town, we loved sitting around the fire in the evening. The home was very comfortable and spacious and everything we needed to make it our home for 2 weeks was there. Can’t wait to come back!

Rental was an easy process. House was clean and has a central fireplace that was great to keep the place warm.

the lodge is beautiful so spacious the view of the lake is so amazing the beach was great so easy to access. the water was wonderful enjoyed every minute I hope to return it was everything I hoped for. there was enough room for every one enjoyed the night fires the beautiful sunsets loved it a place you don't want to leave.

Our family of 20 enjoyed this rental home. The house was clean with plenty of room. The private beach was a nice perk. The kids were occupied with swimming and kayaking which gave the adults time to relax😁.

Family group (12) with 6 young kids. Fantastic time .. plenty of space and play room inside and out. Small sandy beach was perfect for young kids. Crossing Route 30 to get there is concerning but ok. Beds all comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive to inquiries. Definitely will go back in future.

heat was at comfy level when we arrived...thanks for warm welcome. The great room with the fireplace was terrific...kitchen was well appointed with utensils/pots/pans/etc..everything we needed to dine in...which we enjoyed. nice view from the front of the house! spacious bedrooms and kitchen too. Dining area size was tight for the 9 of us very reasonable pricing. top be top shelf, interior decorator visit would help families were talking about a return trip already.

We stayed on Tupper Lake as a part of our annual hike in the Adirondacks. We didn't spend a great amount of time in the house, but it met our needs for sure. The place was clean and had some nice charm and character. Very simple, but functional. Beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. Beautiful property and surroundings. Owner was good to deal with and had a prompt refund of our damage deposit. For anyone over, 4'6", the upstairs showere is a little small, but works all the same. This is not like many of the higher end places we have stayed in, however, has a charm along with ample space for a large group (we were 16) and as long as you are not overly concerned about all amenities being brand new and appreciate the little quirks of an older house, it is a great place to spend some time at a reasonable price.

We had a great stay at this property. Large enough for a few families to vacation together. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Very convenient location. Beds were very comfortable and the house was extremely clean. Lots of great amenities. We would definitely consider renting this property again, and highly recommend it to others. The property owner was extremely helpful and accessible.

We came in from California to meet up with our friends from back home, just to have a "Grown Ups" Movie style vacation. And we did. Jill was great to work with, the house was clean and perfect for what we needed. Close to the boat launch, close to town and easy to find. Thank you for the hospitality and we definitely left with great memories.
