The reception was really polite and the location is convenient.

The house keeper went in our room when we were gone and made one bed that’s how we knew she was in there and an hr into our drive home we stopped to eat and noticed 450 dollars was missing from my bag. couldn’t drive back because we live in nyc and didn’t have money to get gas so we had family send us money.

We had to leave early due to business emergency and would have liked to receive a credit for three days since we left 4 days early and had plans of staying there again my next event .

the front desk person was rude, the cleaning lady was rude, supposedly the key card system was down, but the master key was working no problem. was told when we checked in that the keys couldnt be made at check in because of some issue with the circuit due to a power outage from the previous night’s storm. but to give the front desk person some time and he’d bring the keys up to us, and then hours later, i checked on that, and get told that the keys still could not be made. if you weren’t able to make the keys at all, the PLEASE tell me at check in!!! I would have gone elsewhere. i didn’t feel safe one single bit despite the fact that I i kept the door locked the whole time I was there. To boot, the room was dirty. the floor behind the furniture was not clean, the towels were all dirty. Don’t go here. Will never come here again. If i could have left and gotten my miney back, I would have

the fact we were charged full price but were kicked out at 6 am with no where to go because the building was on fire , then we’re denied a refund of any kind

After driving 13+ hours it was affordable and gave us a place to rest.

The clerk acted like she had no idea we had booked a room. Even after showing her proof of booking she was still questioning us. The rooms smelled awful, the light fixtures were broken.
