We celebrated my husband’s birthday with family and friends. We loved our housekeeper and cook it was amazing food and value. We will be back!!!

Beautiful condo! Perfect location! Amazing cook (Lupita makes the best bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp)!!! Weather was perfect - not too hot or humid! We will be back next year!!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place!

This was our 2nd stay at Hacienda de mita! Everything was wonderful, the house is perfect, amazing view, the cook Lupita is amazing! The only change since the first time is breakfast is not included only prepared so expect a bill for all your food. We did not know this until checkout. Either way it was worth it! The cleaners showed up on the last day of checkout at 9AM and hung out in the house trying to clean around us. Check out is at 11. It was a little weird when you are trying to pack up and needing showers etc. I wasn't sure if the owner knew this which I doubt but I did let the concierge know and she had them wait in the bunk bed room for the last hour we had the place. I wouldn't change my rating on this place but I probably should have told them they couldn't be in there until 11. Great stay, amazing beaches, clubs, great for kids, will plan to go back in a couple of years!

Great place with amazing views. I love the closeness to the town (5 min walk), and a bunk room for kids. Highly recommend for immediate and extended family.

Our 5th stay in Hacienda de Mita was as wonderful as all of our previous stays, with many thanks to Cecilia, who as our housekeeper/cook made us so comfortable and well-fed that every morning was a pleasure! We really can't say enough about our enjoyment of HDM 205. The location, the cleanliness and attractiveness of the furnishings, make for a wonderful holiday, and the addition of 2 golf carts and the premier membership keep everyone active and fulfilled. The only issue we had was with the internet, and we do think that they must improve that for anyone who needs to stay connected with their business. While there, the concierge did repeatedly try to solve the problem, but it will take some serious work. Nevertheless, we had a fabulous holiday, and would highly recommend this condominium experience to all!!

We had the most incredible week at HDM! The accommodations were wonderful and Lupita’s cooking was such a treat! Susana was very responsive and helped with all our reservations for activities and spa. The views and location of this unit are perfect. We enjoyed the pool at the unit as well as checking out all the beach clubs which are so easy to access on the golf carts. Our family loved Punta Mita and will be back- there is truly something for everyone here. Highly recommend this spacious condo and would rent again for our next vacation!

This was our second consecutive year at the property and it was again wonderful. The gorgeous ocean views, great location with proximity to town, access to the fabulous beach clubs and Lupita’s food and immaculate cleaning. The owner did some needed refurbishment to the property since our last stay which was great to see. Punta Mita is a piece of heaven for us and this property has contributed to the experience for us.

Nice place. Perfect for families! Great location We loved! Only thing missing was a grill and an umbrella for the patio in the morning. Otherwise it was perfect.

Outstanding location. Double golf cart really comes in handy with 6 people.

Fantastic unit, close to town and very nice

This was the 2nd time my wife and I stayed in Punta de Mita Mi Hacienda resort and first time renting this property. The 5-star reviews led me to select this unit and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Lupita, who was our cook and housekeeper, was absolutely the BEST! The meals she cooked for us received rave reviews from each one of our family members! Breakfast was simply fantastic each morning she arrived. Lupita even checked in on us during her day off after a bad storm hit in the early morning hours on Sunday. Her care and culinary expertise were simply wonderful and made our stay at this unit a remarkable experience! The view of the ocean & beach from this unit is one of the best that I’ve seen. With 6 adults and all with separate interests, the use of TWO golf carts was definitely a plus! This resort is an amazing place to relax and enjoy a paradise experience with family or friends along with great food, drinks, and activities to keep you busy. We would definitely return again!!!

The place is beautiful, Lupita kept it spotless and fed us so well, Susanna was a great host and we can’t wait to come back one day. Overall this is an exceptional place to stay with family if you truly want to relax and hand over the keys of every day burdens to someone else!

Nice property and location, good cook, nice property manager. There was a temporary noise and smell issue due to adjacent construction but the owner was very fair in adjusting for this inconvenience.

The property manager, Susana, was very helpful. She can arrange everything from transportation to spa services. The condo is spacious and well equipped. We loved the location and enjoyed visiting the beach clubs.

We love Punta Mita and have been many times. This was our first time to take our kids (9, 8, 7, 5 and 1) and everything was fantastic!

Our week spent in this beautiful HDM unit was perfect!! Susana the concierge took incredible care of us leading up to and during our stay. I cannot say enough about her attention to detail, timely communication and willingness to help whenever we needed anything. The unit was comfortable, clean and very well located within the property with beautiful views from the terrace and bedrooms. We enjoyed all of the Punta Mita amenities including tennis, golf, Pickleball, and beach clubs. Restaurants on property and in town were wonderful. Susana and her team did everything to make sure our week was relaxing and stress free!

This property was everything it said it was. Great location, safe, clean, and plenty of room. We appreciated having Lupita cook breakfast daily, and clean up daily. She was wonderful and we will miss her. Susana was a perfect concierge. She made all of our reservations and arrangements and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back.

We previously stayed in an ocean front penthouse and thought it was the best… BUT our stay in this unit was even better! Lupita’s cooking was fabulous and even prepared a fabulous meal at the last minute when our friends popped in. It is on the same level as the parking garage so you walk straight out to your golf cart. The location couldn’t have been better! Susana, the concierge, was always on top of anything we needed. I hesitated giving such a glowing review so I hope it is available for our next visit. The best vacay ever!!!

A wonderful ocean front location. My family used it as home base to explore all the included beach clubs, Kupuri, Pacifico, Sufi and El Surf. Such a convenient location with a quick walk to waterfront restaurants in town. Lupita, our cook, deserves all the praise she receives in reviews. Having her cook breakfast each morning was a luxury. Can’t wait to return.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Our group ranged in ages from 14 to 75 and everyone loved it. Our chef and housekeeper Lupita was incredible - best restaurant in town. Our property manager and concierge Susana was also fantastic and had things planned seemingly before we asked. The condo is spacious and lux and location is the best - right on the beach, close to town and easy access to the parkade golf carts to get us to the beach clubs. A truly incredible vacation.

We all loved our stay. the condo is well appointed and Lupita made our entire stay delightful. She is an excellent chef and every breakfast was delicious. We did two dinners at the house and it was so comfortable and easy. The only potential problem was that the bunk rooms said they had a full bath which only had a toilet and sink -- luckily 2 of our guests cancelled out, so it turned out not to be an issue. Put the unit only has 3 baths and 2 half baths.

Such a beautiful property inside the gates of Punta Mita. Golf carts make it easy to get around and go into town or the beach clubs. Lupita was amazing and served us the best breakfasts each day and kept the condo looking like we had just checked in! A very nice and relaxing trip.

Amazing condo, great location & Lupita is a fantastic chef. The area is fantastic for families. However the security at Hacienda De Mita is there to get you in trouble, not looking out for your safety. They must get paid to give out tickets and in all my travels, I;ve never experienced anything like it. If you are a group that enjoys making noise or swimming after 10pm, stay somewhere else. You will be ticketed. The security walks around watching your every move and they don't hesitate to write tickets to the guests for anything from bringing a glass to the pool, to swimming in the wrong pool to making a wrong turn on your golf cart. It was the most inhospitable atmosphere I have ever encountered as an adult traveler.

What an amazing vacation! Our family had the best time. The condo was amazing - spacious, clean, comfortable, modern, oceanfront. What more could you ask for? Lupita’s cooking was excellent. The beach clubs were very nice. Quick golf cart ride to town. Would be tough to top this vacation experience. Thank you Joakim for sharing your beautiful place with our family. Everything about this home deserves a 5+ star rating. From the interaction with the owner and concierge service, to the beach front location and views, to the amazing interiors, and full access to the beautiful Punta Mita resort with two golf carts, it all came together to make for a beautiful and memorable vacation experience for my family. I will leave a separate, special category of praise for the cook and housecleaner, Lupita. Such a sweet and beautiful soul who also just happens to be a fantastic cook. We fell in love with Punta Mita. We loved this property. It was beachfront and had the most incredible view. Lupita made us an incredible breakfast and Ricardo was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

This was our first trip to Punta Mita and it was fantastic. The condo was beautiful and so were the views. Lupita's meals were delicious. Ricardo was very helpful with setting up reservations. Would encourage you to make sure you use his expertise. A 5 out of 5 family vacation. Highly recommend!!!

Exactly as pictured, we stayed in this rental during our second trip to Punta Mita. Inside the gates, access to the beach-club, etc. makes for this perfect location to be that much better. The town is located 5 minutes away by golf cart and there the restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores make for a convenient trip. We wish we could take Lupita home with us! Our kids adored her, and for their picky food choices she cooked food that satisfied all. We had her cook adult dinners as well a few times which made for a decadent time at the condo. We enjoyed it so much so that we already booked this unit again and can't wait to come back!
