Very nice staff. Super friendly. Room was lovely. Cleaned everyday. Cocktails were amazing. Pool and private beach were beautiful.
Food was not good at all. Ended up having to eat out

I was charged extra at check in which was unexpected. It’s basically a hidden tax charge which was more than the one on my booking confirmation.

No internet in the apartment. If you need wifi you need to go to the lobby area.

the views were decent
wasn’t given proper booking upon arrival. had to pay more money to upgrade when we had already paid for the upgrade previously. food was extremely limited. staff could not understand us. very limited English. wifi terrible. only in lobby. trying to cancel management was extremely rude. wasted a whole day of our vacation before reimbursement of partial amount. only one restaurant available. waited 45 minutes at snack bar for a burger.

Just Pool
in some of the pictures it shows the beach in front of the Hotel but the beach was a minute walking distance. I didn’t really like the buffet food and in true rooms the Wi-Fi didn’t work only at the lobby and swimming pool area.

The meals were great.
Lots of activities to enjoy.
Easy access to the marina.
The whole general area was nice and clean and well kept.
We liked everything here.

The pictures in the internet which are comply different than the real thing
The service , when I arrived there I was given a room that was already occupied by some people . The entire place is old and kind of falling apart. When it rains it gets flooded everywhere…..

Everything was great.
The service they gave at the reception. Seeing that we had seniors an giving us a 4 floor and no elevetor. That was so wrong of the people up front.

That it was by the marina in Vallarta and sunny
the safe never worked!
The room wasn’t done until we had to call always after 7:30 PM!
The beach they have is to far to enjoy you have to walk like half of a kilometer and you can’t use the beach duo to no space!
The food was poor😕
I will never go back there!!
Nor recomend them!
Maybe because I booked it on Booking.com and it was cheap or a good price but I felt I wasn’t treated like a real guest!

The many pools were clean and well maintained. The water was the perfect temperature and the towels were large. The snack bar added a change from the buffet food. The real pleasure was the Italian Restaurant that had the best Fillet MignonI’ve had in a long time. The Seafood Restaurant was also quite good. They had hand sanitizer in a lot of areas and requested that you use it every time you entered the lobby or one of the restaurants because of Covid-19.
The buffet food was standard with not much change day to day.
