The condo was really cute and had most of the things you need for a beach stay. The location was great and close to everything. The beach is a 15/20 walk or a short shuttle ride. The dock was lovely and the pool being so close was great! The common area was nice and the kiddos liked the tennis court.

The house was very clean. All and everything you need to your access. Close to the beach, also the pool..lol.. Right outside your screened in porch. Owner responds right away when needed. Will definitely stay again.

This is exactly as pictures shown. Perfect for a family of 4. The pool is right outside. Beachtowels and beachchairs. It was pretty far to go to the beach if you bring a bunch of stuff😅 But if you have a car you can go to the public beach just a few minutes away. We had a great stay. I would really recommend it. Siesta key is wonderful.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Condo was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Pool is right outside the door. Beach access was close by. Communication with the owner was great. We loved the dock area behind the condo. Was so nice to sit out there and watch the water.

The property worked well for us for the week. We spent most of the week at the beach and the owners had a nice supply of beach chairs, coolers, etc. for time at the beach.

We stayed here with our two young children. Having close proximity to the pool was lovely. All of the beach essentials were also provided by the hosts. We had a great stay! The hosts were very responsive to our questions or requests.

We had a wonderful week at this condo. It is well stocked with everything you need. The pool is right outside the door which is so convenient for kids and beach access is a short drive away.

We spent two weeks here. Loved the proximity to the pool, fishing dock and lovely neighbours. Property owner very responsive. We found the condo musty upon arrival so washed the linens, pillows etc and left the door open and we were fine in no time. Second bedroom very small and suitable for kids. Great for two, as there is one bathroom. Laundry was very nice to have. The trolley was nice to avoid travel and parking on the island. Good proximity to Sarasota and grocery stores close by.

Don & Teresa were wonderful in communicating with me after Hurricane Ian. I was afraid we would have to cancel our trip becuz of Ian but they assured me there was no damage other than the screens on the lanai. There was new screens when we arrived. The pantry is fully stocked with appliances, cleaners dishware and much more. The kitchen is very well stocked as well. The condo is decorated very well and very comfy cozy. We enjoyed our trip to Turttle Beach and Siesta Key. We drove to Caspersen Beach and did some shark teeth hunting! It was huge success! We visited SK Village one day and did some shopping. We did drive up to AMI only becuz we love it there and it only took 45mins. We had to text Don & Teresa about how to use the tv in living room since it was Roku only. Within mins Don called us and walked us through it. I highly recommend staying here. It is very quiet at the condo and the place is wonderful. King size bed, bathroom is great, vanity area is separate from the shower and the mirror has defrost built in. The lanai is in view of the pool and in a corner spot. Wonderful to sit and drink coffee in the morning. There are plenty of beach chairs, toy and towels. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay.

Condo was stocked with everything u need for ur stay and some extra. The bunk bed is good for younger kids only. The host was flexible with our check in and check out times which was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Terrible. Mold in shower, dirty coffee pot, very old mattresses and linens. Condo not clean.

Theresa was wonderful to work with and she was very quick to communicate. Her place was absolutely wonderful and we would definitely recommend!!

From the initial booking to the follow up after our stay, the property owners were amazing. The condo was perfect in location and amenities provided. The only thing we needed to provide for ourselves was our food and beverages. This condo is perfect for family getaways or if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. We will most definitely book here again!!!

The condo was clean, comfortable and easy to get too. The trolley is so easy to get too and use to get to the village or the beaches. The condo is steps away from the pool which we used daily. We weren’t quite sure how to get to the dock and the grill area but we found it with ease and it is a beautiful quiet area right on the water. We had a few questions while staying and she got back to us quickly and was very helpful. Will definetly be back!

Great location in the middle of Siesta keys. Trolley system is super easy and takes you to Siesta key beach or Turtle beach in minutes. Beautiful pool right outside screened porch.

I've rented over a dozen VRBO and this condo was a gem. From the bed which was surprisingly comfortable, to the decor which was very beachy to the kitchen, well apportioned everything was great. The TVs had basic cable and Roku boxes which was nice as I like to relax and watch tv after a day on the beach. The lanai was packed with useful items like beach chairs, fishing poles, snorkeling gear, pool toys, soft coolers, beach bags and more. The pool was a few steps out the door although I did not use it much it looked nice and a lot of people were enjoying it. Very close to Siesta Key Beach, Cresent Beach, and only a short free trolley ride from the nightlife in Siesta Village this 2 bedroom condo packs a lot of punch for the price. I would rent here again and in fact plan to do so in 5 months. The hosts were responsive and friendly. They really go above and beyond what most hosts do. Great experience.

Our beach plans were ruined by the red tide so it was really great having the pool. The condo is close to everything including restaurants, beaches, and shopping. I loved that there were cleaning tools in the condo so we were able to keep things clean throughout our stay. Teresa was an amazing host and can't wait to visit again!
