We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location! The home is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and we really just enjoyed wandering around and looking at beautiful homes. The rental was within walking distance of so much! We also loved having the grocery store so nearby and picked up food as needed. The Yerba Mate cafe just down the street is also worth a visit. Overall, our family of four was quite happy with this rental.

This is a very spacious house, with high ceilings and plenty of floor space. The unit seems to have been renovated recently and is very well equipped. It was quiet at night, and is located very close to the beautiful historic district of Savannah. The walk to the commercial district by the river is about 15 minutes; there's a well-stocked supermarket two blocks away. The house was beautifully clean when we arrived and the management company answered the phone immediately and was helpful with regard to the one enquiry we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The app was broken when we got to town so I had no idea where the property was located or our codes to get in. An email and a phone call later, they texted me the info and all was resolved. The only issues we had were the construction going on next door, it started bright and early on weekday mornings, and the bath tub had a slow drain. I just attributed it to old pipes and never called it in, but it may have been fixable. Otherwise property was clean and location was great!

My siblings and I spent five days here with our 85 year old mom. She had never been to Savannah. We lucked out with fantastic weather the whole time. Our stay was fantastic. The house was beautiful and we spent a lot of time in the back patio. We all highly recommend it. One small caveat if you are a senior or have issues walking- the stairs to the upper level are very steep. It’s a tall old house and most are like that.

Location was great. However, the only drawback I felt was the main bath upstairs. It seemed somewhat outdated to rest of home. It would have been nice to have seen a better notification of street sweeping schedule on site or in house as we got a ticket out first night for parking on street in its path.

This row house is a lovely property in historic Savannah. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to Forsyth Park and the Riverfront areas. I would recommend that the property management supply better quality toilet paper, hand soap. And also provide facial tissue. There is a Kroger down the street, but the Publix is a few miles down the road in a much better area and has better quality food.

We had a great 3 nights at this comfortable townhouse in historical Savannah. It’s in a great location and the booking and check-in where very easy. Great communication with the owners. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean when we arrived. Our one complaint would be the lack of comfortable seating in the living room area. We would definitely book again and return.

Felt price was high for condition of property, but location excellent. Having a shelf in shower for shampoo & soaps would have been helpful; Patio could use some sprucing up!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. My suggestions are 1) fix the leak in the sink in the upstairs bathroom. 2) owner may think about replacing the cushions on the couch in main area. Other than that, we enjoyed the place.

We liked our location and space except the property was not cleaned well and we had cockroaches in the house. There were no cleaning products at the house. We were freaked out! We looked up cockroaches and saw that they carry bacteria and leave waste. There were other roach like bugs and mosquitoes inside as well. I had to ask for bleach to clean up. For a 10 day stay there should be more garbage bags, toilet paper, and cleaning products.

The house was in good condition and Lucky Savannah was responsive to service requests. We enjoyed the neighborhood and would stay here again.

The location of the property is amazing, just a quick walk to Forsyth Park and Downtown. Parking was easy and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The living room furniture was pretty rundown, one cushion on the couch was unusable and the recliner had seen better days but otherwise the space was nice. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We’d stay here again for the location alone, especially if the couch was repaired!

This house all in all was lovely. I’m pleased at how things were set up for us. We’re are a BIPOC queer family and we were very comfortable walking around. Hitting up the Mate factory cafe, such kind deliciousness. Neighborhood was so quiet seems like lots of folks around might be tourists as well. A lovely orange tree hangs over and blesses the back courtyard with fruit. Beds were on the soft side but surprisingly comfortable and I loved the sheets. Decor was nice too. Only gripe is the couch is so lumpy and uncomfortable and the chrome switch plates in the upstairs bathroom are corroded dirty. 1.99 fix at Home Depot. Kinda gross to look at as you are washing up and getting clean. Other than that things were pretty clean, I think the exposed brick, though beautiful def lends itself to extra dustyness. I’d stay again tho :) overall great communication and super easy check in and out. Thank you!

Overall wonderful. We appreciated your eye for detai but noticed the following: Windows, in room with twin beds, rattled in the wind. Couch very uncomfortable. Coffee left in pot from previous clients. Kitchen floor was not clean

Enjoyed this property. Has everything you need for a weekend. The only caveat is there is only one full bath. We were rushing to get ready for a wedding and 4 of us had to share bathroom. There is a half bath downstairs but it doesn’t have an electrical outlet. Overall this place was just what we needed. Forsyth park 5 minute walk and then head east on bull street for an amazing walk to downtown. Great shopping and restaurants along the walk.

The property was in a great location and we liked having a homey, historic place to stay.

Daughters did everything for our anniversary, consisting with us, of course. All we had to do was show up and enjoy. And we did!
